You mean listening to c.b.s. Sports radio 24 hours a day 7 days a week all all but. Still great n.f.l. Executive realize that he was wrong in the worst way and we'll get to that in just a minute I'm Vince Quinn with the on c.b.s. Sports Radio Company live from the rock in mortgage buy Quicken Loans studio's home is so much more than a house it's the home of your dreams and for 30 years they've been making it better rocket mortgage pushbutton get mortgage Yeah Bill Polian man when you see with him are Jackson's been able to do that Patriots game was something to be seen I'll tell you I mean watching a quarterback run around the way he has and throw the balls he's making the office they build it's all it's incredible it's it's incredible and we'll get a lot into what's been going on with Lamar Jackson and how Bill Polian fits into 1st there's just been so much that's happened over the course of the week and so something we've been doing every week here and again I'm Vince Quinn and I'm here and least until the New Year baby you were hanging on for dear life I'm that cat poster in your office so. There's a lot of stuff that's been happening I want to do a quick recap of the week so let's run through it jelly. Doc Rivers was fined for saying the coup while Leonard feels great the n.b.a. Disagreed saying the quiet doesn't have feelings. Baker Mayfield said they need to start force feeding Odell Beckham Jr Odell replied that he doesn't want to eat he hates the kitchens there. Are rumors circulated this week that the Chargers could move to London it seems they want a bigger empty or soccer stadium. Antonio Brown had a meltdown on Twitter this week it which he said he'd never. Playing for the n.f.l. Again he then came to the terms that he'd get in a reality show but 1st he needs to come to terms with reality. I botched that one it Tonio Brown had a meltdown on. Me that's not here laugh at me look Bron James had 3 triple doubles this past week 3 triple doubles There's also the Wendy's order of the cola yolk it and there we go that's it we're going. Yeah on the joke here I'm Vince Quinn you can laugh at my orrible jokes at it's Vince Quinn on Twitter I'd love to hear your feedback it's been so glowing and positive usually like usually for the past couple of weeks there has actually been good people been nice to me on Twitter which for a new guy to the network from Philly I did not expect that even a little bit I just didn't people have been cool this week talking about load management I just I don't know I just I found something in people and I'd shaken them to their core they can't get over but here's the thing with load management too let's just be clear about this the guys that do load management want to do it doesn't mean everybody has to do it doesn't mean that not even a little bit James Harden Apparently this week was asked about load measure and he's like what's already there and heard about it it's a silly thing so I feel like a tough guy that's great until he tears patellar tendon and then he's going to want some games off talk to me then James Harden but for now he's saying oh I'm just going to play every game and I could do that you know he's healthy he's in his prime he can do that if he wants to that's fine guys have the option to do it and for the most part they do. It's really only 3 guys as far as I can tell from missing somebody please tell me and I'm not being sarcastic about that please tell me at it's Vince Quinn if I'm missin somebody but the 3 guys that I've got that have actually gentleman load management issues and issues in air quotes quite Leonard who's had an injury problem with Bron James who's played more minutes than anybody and Joel Embiid a 7 footer with multiple foot problems and he's he's just a massive human being you you're asking a lot those are the 3 guys I've got who am I missing that's 3 players 3 teams out of the entire n.b.a. And 2 cities that's it so I just don't think it's that big a deal I think it's totally overblown it's a couple of guys sitting out to get healthy so they're ready for the long term anyway I want to go back to Bill Polian here because Bill Polian. He admitted he was wrong which doesn't happen in the world of sports all that much you know guys like me on the radio when they get a take wrong a lot of times ability I don't remember that opinion which is what I'm saying now they'll move the goalposts like if I get something wrong I'll tell you I screwed things up all the time I screwed my jokes 5 minutes ago that's just what I do and I'm a human being yes I'm on the radio yes I'm talking about sports yes I would like to be right certainly I would like to be right all the time when we all but I'm not right all the time and so I'll tell you I will I will make that a point to tell you I've got no problems with Bill Polian was able to admit he was wrong and what was he wrong about well he was big time wrong about Lamar Jackson Lamar Jackson when he came out of Louisville and he had won the Heisman before right and he wanted his junior year yeah so he wins it his junior year and he was in the running for for a while his senior year and he goes pro and people are thinking well known so I think you'd throw the football great run or not they could throw the football maybe he should be a wide receiver that's what Bill Polian thought Bill Polian by the way was a part of the bills in the ninety's helped build those teams part of the Colts for the early 2000 everything they did there was Peyton is a part of that so he's been a lot of Super Bowls he's won a Super Bowl all that stuff Bill Polian is a respected football guy. All of Famer So for him to say Lamar Jackson was a wide receiver was a devastating thing to hear now Lamar Jackson to his credit ignored that and said No I'm a quarterback I'm not going to work out as a wide receiver if you draft me you're only drafting me to play quarterback and I'm very clear about that that's it I will not settle to Tivo the same way to his credit I mean it didn't work out for Tim T.-Bone he made a mistake but for them our Jackson it's worked out it's worked out wonderfully he looks great he's a better passer than I thought to be honest with you just a couple of like if you saw what he was coming into the league and if you saw him last year the March x. And he could throw the ball 10 yards 15 yards he was pretty accurate doing it now he's big it's a really nice throws 25 yards down the field occasionally 40 yards down the field he looks damn good he looks like an m.v.p. That's what Lamar Jackson's doing right now and if you saw him take it to the Patriots last weekend that was a hell of an impressive game guts if you capture the guy and so Lamar Jackson after Bill Polian saw that he was like I was wrong I just got to bite the bullet on this it is what it is the margin x. Is a legitimate n.f.l. Quarterback and he is but we need to appreciate how lucky them are Jackson is not trying to discredit him here what I'm trying to say is what Bill Polian represents is what a lot of people in the n.f.l. Are a lot of people in the n.f.l. Are not creative people they're not innovative people a lot of times they say this is what people have done this is what works this is what we're going to do right think about this 1st much as you've watched professional football as much as you've watched the n.f.l. For whatever team you follow how often does your head coach from one year to the next totally change the office. That coach offensive coach how much do they totally change what they do based on the players they have they really don't do it because they have a system they have a way they like to do things they draft players to fit the system they don't draft players because they're good players and figure out what to do with them they draft them because oh for our x. Receiver we need a guy that's this size and this speed and these kinds of hands like that's what they look for that's what they care about it's a mistake but that's they do that's why Belichick wins all the time it just takes guys that can play and he makes it work he's got 5 different running backs they all do different things he uses them differently each week if you haven't fantasy you don't know to start if you're to start if you have a Patriots running back on your team in fantasy it's basically Russian roulette you just don't know that's why they win it's not about a system and people don't want to adapt from their systems so Lamar Jackson is lucky that he's gone to Baltimore because they get their amazing Do not under sell anything that John Harbaugh is doing that guy is on his way to being a Hall of Fame coach because of things like this because what we're seeing right now in Baltimore have you watched that often it's incredible couple of big tight ends on the field big running back in Mark Ingram you've got a quarterback that's running the ball regularly and a couple little speedy guys that run around to give you that change of pace to go with it they can stretch the field as well it's masterful it's creative it's just fun to watch if you just sat down and watch the Ravens game if you're just looking for a game to turn off your brain and enjoy your team's on the bye week the plane Sunday night Monday night you just wait to get through that grind turn on the Ravens watch them play it's magical. I think it's 2015 when the Carolina Panthers went to the Super Bowl that was a fun different weird running off and it was cool it was unique there were only so many teams that are willing to do that like if Amar Jackson goes to I don't know let's say uses Freddy kitchens right does Lamar Jackson get the most out of himself with Freddy kitchens is that going to work. How many teams get the most out of him right run down the list if he goes to Tampa Bay Bruce Ariens runs a system that's it that's what you're getting you know they're not going to get that quality out of them are Jackson he's not a fit for what they do and that's the problem players in any sport if you're really talent it's not about what you fit into it's how can we fit around you and for Lamar Jackson to have the confidence in himself to spite people like Bill Polian to commit himself to playing quarterback like that to go all in in that way and have it work out it's incredible it's really it's a testament to him it's a testament to the Ravens and it's a testament to Bill Polian for realizing that he's wrong and that when you see elite talents like that you've got to reconsider how they fit a 55 to one to 42 to 7 that's how you joined the show and Vince Quinn with you on c.b.s. Sports radio we've been talking a lot about load management and is it a good thing for the n.b.a. I only see 3 guys doing it that's all I hear that's all I know about is that ruining the n.b.a. 3 guys missing 20 games in an n.b.a. Season 82 games long 30 teams does that ruin it is everything on fire because I don't see it let's go to Allan who's in Toronto Alan you're on c.b.s. Sports radio what's up I know you mentioned. They don't hold a candle to Michael Jordan as a gator traction and talking absolutely nothing else just as against whether it's. Tim Duncan or Kevin Garnett or Jack or Kobi even Le Bron James. That people are coming to see him more than they were before but they don't have a candle to a Michael Jordan of Michael Jordan side of this I would complain about because he's on the he's on a par with Tiger Woods and Wayne Gretzky as far as the gate attracts and I'm really talking about that yeah Ok so then I would complain about I had no 1st hand I go to about 2530 games a year and nobody even the present players to whether if you want to Steph Curry quite Leonard you know and the big difference. But it wasn't a great attraction at 1st but not anymore so then I would complain about it Michael Jordan so I don't because I recall years ago when he couldn't play a game discovered they were selling tickets for half the price but he was playing then because we're going through the roof yeah you know that's your that's your only reason I think it's not going to hurt the n.b.a. Because there are no great attractions like Tiger Woods as well and again these guys are going to play longer even if they're missing games here and there just the fact that they're available for more seasons even if the playing 50 to 60 games a season since 70 to 80 they're still in the league and available that name recognition is worth something right yeah exactly you know in the long run you know in the long run. Don't forget the travel travel clearly there's 30 teams and you know a lot of back to back and so it's not like it was in the old days now it's exhausting and Alan I appreciate a man thanks for the call if you were to get in 855-212-4227 again I'm Vince Quinn and I think load Majnun is just fine I don't think it's a problem I think it's overrated I think that long term leaves better off but you tell me you can also hop in it's Vince Quinn when we come back some of the best sound of the week don't go anywhere. And what you're hearing is the smooth logistic to those events Quinn I'm hanging in there baby we're here at least till January 1st we'll see what happens after that half the people want to it seems like they want to throw me into a dumpster which is just such a great feeling I'm having a good time though and if you want to get in 855-212-4227 you can also hop in on Twitter at it's Vince Quinn we've been talking about loading management and is it a good thing to me the scope is small they make you feel like everybody sitting out is Damian Lillard going to just sit out 20 games for the hell of it this year is Russell Westbrook doing that is James Harden doing that no they're playing all the games they want to and frankly for a lot of these teams they have to that's part of it like why Leonard has the luxury of doing it because the Clippers are great he gets them is 20 games they could still get the one seed if he misses 20 games there that could say for the Lakers same thing they could get the one seed Le Bron is 20 and the phone could hurt him maybe possibly but if that means your 2nd seed or 3rd Stephen Instead the one seed but you have a healthy Le Bron for the playoffs I think every Lakers fan is happy to take that I would be I would be happy be a Lakers fan but I do go to have to do it if that's the situation I'm a sixers guy Joel Embiid he misses 20 games Sixers could still win the East and even if they don't they'll be 2nd they'll be 3rd and they should have a healthy indeed I want that I'm all in on that. So when I'm looking at it if it's those 3 guys sitting out for teams that are really good and it won't really affect their playoff status I don't think it's a big deal if you look at Don church at like 20 years old is missing 25 games just because just because he's like you know I want to go back to Spain for a couple of days I'm just going to miss this back to back trip. I'm going to get my hair done and I'll see in a couple of days like that would be a problem if Juval McGee on the Lakers decided oh you know I'm just going to take a day off I you know I could use the rest those 12 minutes a game just really burned me up then yeah Ok now we're talking about an actual crisis these are players that should be able to play they're not risking their health in any extreme degree and they're not superstar talents that would be a problem what we have right now not a problem anyway let's get to our sounds of the week we start with if you remember this last week Jimi garage below letting him down the moves on Erin Andrews wasn't you know you know just a bit. On we've got to get you get to my. And then he walks away and then he turns back and he gives or this point any like if he could wink I bet he would try to wink and then he walks into somebody on the other team by accident and it's a masterpiece So Jimmy g. Was asked about that interaction this week is that we followed it up I didn't expect. Yeah excited. If by the way Aaron call me please call me I'm vailable in San Francisco another and sixpence but they were both Richard I'll be fine come on David come on down that's what you know and you G.'s about he's taken out you know a ladies of adult film Kat he was doing that like 2 years ago. I almost said ladies of the night it's a little different there's a legit. Professionals it's a clean environment everything's fine so that's what Jimmy g. Was doing and now he's making his move on Erin Andrews and I respect that if you've got a friend that's like for the old school crowd right that's my quarterback I want the good looking quarterback that sit on the hot chicks football like that's that's Jimi Gropple Oh he's that guy that's why you're getting so congratulation San Francisco Let's go to a guy who feels horrible about himself Baker Mayfield is having some issues and it shows up with his facial hair parted for the most number of. Europe. And of course I was on The View Of course under enormous pressure from you know. He didn't deserve the handlebar you know it's I get it it takes a certain level of professionalism to earn a handlebar mustache that is true you can't be some casual schmuck and have a handlebar mustache it's just not acceptable you've got to you've got to have some swagger to you got to have some background if you just show up in a group of strangers with a handlebar moustache you better be the smoothest suave as Mo Fo on the planet like it's just you can't pull it off so Baker he loses everything's visible in Cleveland he does it that's it and he shaved it off he shaved twice that day by the way he downgraded his beard that he had the handlebar that he went down to the sad mustache that he had that sad the tech developed after the game that everybody has fun of and rightfully so it was just the absolute best it was hysterical as once I do like Baker I do think he's going to be all right long term let's talk about a guy I don't think is going to be all right long term Michel Tra bisque is coming up with creative ways of trying to not feel like everything is falling apart trying to get some of these tv's in the building turned off because you have too many people talking on t.v. About us and what they think about us what we should do what we are what we're not but they don't really know who we are what we're careful as people 'd are what we're going through what we're thinking and on is just outside of years looking in . Mitch if you're listening you might want to turn the show off you just might Here's the truth you're not that good brother I'm sorry I picked you over to show Watson in the draft I would have gone with you you were my guy I believed in you I was wrong you're just not good enough you're a backup quarterback and that's it we know enough about you it's not the team it's not about the Bears the Bears solid defense some good role players on Robinson's good he's really good we haven't known about it for a while he's been hurt and you're thrown in the football but l. Robinson is really good I believe in that David Montgomery solid play you've got some things there that team can go but you need to go for them to go it's just not working in Chicago and they need to get somebody Cam Newton Andy Dalton Teddy Bridgewater anybody just get somebody who isn't Mitchell to busy in there I'd love to see the Bears be good again and they're not going to get there with her biscuit now the last one this is every I mean I'm a dog person but sometimes of feline can steal your heart always with the 5. But it is surgery Ok so the guy got surgery on his ankle he got the same surgery on his other ankle last year and if he doesn't have that mobility How's it going to affect him for you Ellice you how are they going to attack that that's one of the single biggest things you have to look at this game because obviously you know how good to it can be when he's at his peak is he better than Joe burrow I wouldn't go that far I would take her over to it but to is a Heisman candidate he is in the running to be the topic of the draft he deserves all of that and if he doesn't have that mobility is he going to be able to lift up Alabama this week it's a big game for them I mean this is not typical Alabama they're just guaranteed to make it to the college football playoff it doesn't matter what happens this week no it's it seems like it does now this is a different year their schedules not as serious as it's been and so when you've got a light schedule and one of your biggest games really your biggest game of the year if they lose this. They're going to sweat and they should this is a big time game they need everything they can get out of to and if they have to push him a little bit if he's pushing himself to get back credit to him in the n.b.a. That's not how we do things you know it's I say we like I'm in the n.b.a. All the sudden me and my don't we physique you know so many guys that I'm the coach joke it's a I'm a I'm a lanky white guy it's a little early on a little doughy just being around a little dough so maybe I could play center for the Nuggets call me I'm available 855-212-4227 is how you recruit me to play for your professional basketball team I'm Vince Quinn with you free agent and you can show on Twitter at its core and that's all one word it's Vince Quinn by the way Sunday the n.f.l. On c.b.s. Features the chiefs taking on the Titans or an n.f.c. Encounter between the lions and bears all beginning with j b in the guys on n.f.l. Today at noon Eastern 9 Pacific on c.b.s. Let's talk about load management and I want to see if the people supported or not team load management Let's go to Ken is in Harrisburg Ken how do you feel about load management what. I mean years. Much I'm use wonder. Yeah or your marriage. To the next consider not running them in the ground I mean are you guys pretty much your only hope for looks . Yeah you really got run into the ground in this 1st year well it's a good question so here's the deal for r.j. Barron for people who aren't following the Knicks which I don't blame you r.j. Barrett is getting about 37 minutes a game or more that's his average right now early in the season so he's playing a ton can and I get that and I do you have to think about it when load madmen is such a big topic of conversation for now I think it's Ok because he is a young guy and the experience is good and a lot of guys I mean the n.b.a. When they do stats it's Perth 36 minutes right like that's the hip analytical way of looking at it that's what a guy a lot of veteran star players will play in a game so if he's playing $37.00 I'm Ok with that what I'm worried about and this is what they have to be mindful of is that rookie wall because you're playing so many more games than a college season so for him to do that against bigger stronger players where he has this massive workload that's an adjustment for him and when it gets to the middle of the desert right like that's when they might have to consider toning down his minutes a couple of a couple of minutes a night you know if they bring him down to 34 minutes instead of $37.00 whatever has to be any little adjustment once he starts showing those very likely signs of wearing down over the course of his rookie year so you don't want to run him into the ground especially all season I don't think it's going to be great if they play in 37 minutes but for now for the next couple of weeks I am good with that I don't think it's a problem. You know like you said you know you know going to go to 16 European college and I'm going to play you be too. If you really do and I really thank you strongly my friend yeah and he's a good player I want to see him be healthy I want to see him have a long career and Ken thanks so much for the call calling out from Harrisburg Now if you want to get in 855-212-4227 is how you do it let's talk about Zion Williamson for a little bit because in the in the world of load management what's going to be described with Zion he got a knee injury tourism in this case and he hasn't played yet in the n.b.a. Hasn't played a regular season game yet he's going to be out for a couple more weeks and December January that's what people are thinking is when he's going to get back on the court now here's the thing with. If you're the pelicans Ok you run the New Orleans Pelicans you're the head coach of the New Orleans Pelicans take your time take your time no need why Russia is what 19 years old generational talent for a guy that 662 perhaps ski guy is mobility is just ridiculous his court sense is ridiculous that to have a guy like that there's no doubt need to rush in whatsoever for this team Why what are the pelicans have going on this year what race and for so take it easy make sure he's 100 percent give him a day or 2 after that just be sure the 110 percent when he gets back on the court once he gets back playing playing every night he's got to learn he's got to get adjusted to the schedule there is something to be said for that young guys need to play are they going to have a night off here or there you know I mentioned look at Dontcha just segment or to go and. Should he said 20 games no she said 5 to 7 games maybe yeah I don't think that's a bad idea if there's a point schedule where feels like they've been playing a lot they're on to you know I guess it's easier there in Denver they're in the middle the country but if you were say going on a West Coast road trip in your clock is off and you're playing good teams and he's worn down he's maybe got something that's nagging him but he can play Yeah get the night off and do that over the course year here and there but generally you want these guys building up that tolerance for an n.b.a. Season it is an exhausting labor to do I mean think about this right and we don't appreciate the travel element as much as we should because we don't experience it I mean I sit on the couch whenever I'm watching the Sixers because I'm Philly guy from watching the Sixers I watch them all over the place yeah they're in Portland one night and they're in Utah the next night or they're in Phoenix the next night in Denver or whatever like they're all over the place I'm on my couch for all of them I'm doing the same things I'm not leaving my house I'm not traveling with the team everywhere I don't know what that's like can you imagine 82 games where you're flying somewhere and just the number of days every 48 hours those guys are on a plane just basically as a fact just every 48 hours you're flying somewhere if not sooner than that that's a crazy demand do you fly anywhere you take a flight 2 hours like for me east coast you fly to our south you go to Disney World right oh boy who can't wait to go to Disney World and you get off the plane and you're just like kill me. You didn't change a time zone you're only on for 2 hours you're not 6 foot 10 and you fit reasonably comfortably into the airplane seat as much as you can you fit reasonably well into a hotel bed into a rental car all that different stuff these are massive super human beings these guys are 6 foot 6 and considered small That's the n.b.a. For these guys to travel and have lingering injuries and play these super physical games even if you say it's softer than it is now it's still a physical sport you're still when you get fouled you're getting hacked by a giant strong human being that's knocking you onto a hard wooden floor this isn't slam ball remember slam ball it's not that you're not land on a trampoline and bounce on right back up it hurts these guys are doing that night in and night out 82 games with all that travel that's a lot and so for the young guys you want to build them up to have that conditioning where they're used to it they know what the methods need to be for them to have themselves in game shape at the end of the season when the playoffs start you need that it takes work it takes time it takes years that's why young guys don't win in the n.b.a. How many guys are led by a 22 year old superstar and win the title it doesn't happen you have to be $252627.00 it just takes that time it takes that experience it takes that building up of the physique there's just a lot that goes into it there's so much maturity in addition to everything on the court and honing your game and all that stuff it's a lot and so for the young guys Xi'an he needs to play Take your time get him back get him back to 100 percent before you put him out on the court but once he gets back on the court play him all the time and that's the thing when I think when it goes to load management conversation. Is that load management not really you're just making sure a guy's fully rehabilitated said that weird rehabilitated before he gets back on the court that's it being cautious and making sure somebody is fully healthy before they get back on is totally reasonable once he's healthy play him if you're quite Leonard and you've got a lingering age injury and you've been through all that stuff and you know how to win and keep your body in shape then yeah sit a couple of games you can handle it you've earned that right you just want to championship but there's no reason to question quiet Leonard on how he knows his body how he manages his body it's not just that he's playing and playing well he's playing and playing the best he's ever played in his life right now management is doing that it's a real impact he is as good as he's ever been in his life right now and he's missing games doesn't that tell you something tells me a lot. And that's why support loadmaster Let's go to use in Toronto gear on sports radio I almost said my Philly state judge c.b.s. Sports radio I've upgraded maybe yeah how you doing. I'm doing good so how do you feel the load management Well I mean obviously. We complain about it like you mentioned why Mr 22 games or something but I think the rockers actually had a better one percentage. Sitting than they than they did with them in the lineup that really meant anything but I think I look at it 2 ways. I understand it I think there's a lot of. The need to game and you know these guys do need to rest you know I don't think the practice is much though as they used to. Look at the old school players they never took it so I'm kind of on the fence like I understand it and I'm Ok with it but not if not after missing 15 or 20 games in the season I mean that's that's a lot of games to miss if you're missing one of maybe every 10 games then I'm good with that and I think this year ironically I think the rafters Anyway they have 2 of the 5 leading guys and minutes per game in La reinvent lean I think the other 2 are from Portland and McCollum and little are going to be interested or plays out later in the season but. I'm kind of on the fence but yeah it is a complicated thing and you want to see it done properly and thanks so much for the call it and that's part of it like you guys that little McComb playing all the time they're younger guys but in their prime and they are playing every day. Why because they don't have any major injuries and they want to and they kind of need to like the Blazers are really good team how good are they if Damian Lillard misses 20 plus games that's going to hurt them significantly they're going to drop from maybe they have a shot at the 3 seed to like the 7 seed I mean the West is crazy it's really tight and they need to Lillard in a big way they need McCollum in a big way so those guys are going to play now if they had some major injuries last year maybe they wouldn't play as much and say yeah you know we're going to lose a seat or 2 it's probably going to hurt us some but Damian Lillard going to be healthy in the playoffs Have you seen Damian Lillard when he's healthy he's really freakin good he's gotten better each year I mean that guy is really a sight to see he's amazing and so they want to keep him healthy I get that and that's why I load management is a funny thing because it feels like it's everybody the way it's talked about it feels like all the guys in the n.b.a. Are doing it it's only a few Daniel explained see Gemma comes playing for advantages he's playing so 855-212-4227 I think it's all overblown I'm just not sweating this I'm not worried about this now real quick one of the things from the Thursday night game that just brought pure joy and I never expected this John Green I thought that was going to be as bad as could be Jon Gruden 10 years. With the Oakland Raiders 10 years like there's not a chance that you see the way this offseason is going and Tony Brown is not a chance but man has it been fun and a great sign of it was today on Twitter Frank Kelly endo who you know used to have mad t.v. And all that stuff impressionist has a Jon Gruden impression what do you know he was hanging out with Jon Gruden it wasn't what he were my was. Somebody left in the back of the car. It's a great clip it's a simple dumb silly thing but it's great it really is like Jon Gruden the personality that he has has been incredible for the leak in the booth he killed me I hated him I really did it was just so cheesy the spider why banana you know it's just everybody's a group grinder we're all grinders look at that guy he's a grinder Oh look at that guy he's on the grinder he swiping right on the grinder you know like that's just that's what he did and it was it killed me it killed me to listen to Jon Gruden but now did you see what he did after they won the game on Thursday after they beat the the horrible and sad l.a. Chargers. He went to the end zone he went to all the fans he's shaking them he's a hug you know is just it was great it was a beautiful thing to see and for Jon Gruden to to be a head coach that has a real personality that inspires people that's just he's a classic football guy right did you see Hard Knocks watch the 1st if you're watching anything on Hard Knocks just watch like the 1st 3 minutes of the episode of the the 1st episode with the Raiders this year he comes out he's like on the side in the dreams I'm in the nightmares it's like the greatest speech and we group in the Raiders the role and it's fun man and it is an exciting thing to see and I'm glad it's happened on Vince Quinn with you can always hop in if it's Vince Quinn on Twitter when we come back a major voice weighs in on load management don't go anywhere Hi I'm Jay foreigner c.e.o.
