You know it's not a bad idea right now in our studios we do have a physical data backup plan as well as we have things that go into the cloud and so it's so because I'm so paranoid about everything you know I mean maybe because I read everything and I see everything I'm like Ok You know I just want to make sure that that our business functions every single day because every single minute that we're not in business we're losing money right. And we but we still have all these bills to pay and you know as a small business your small business I'm a small business you know it really makes a difference I mean every dollar truly towns and so I was so with our i.t. Department and you know when I stand the c.e.o. If you like is it you could you know when you get your poll plan together is that what I'd like to do is to actually have you present your plan to me and to John and Jeremy and our id department and so that this way we make sure that all of you . The bases are covered and then what we could do actually if with your permission time is is take that plan and then put it up on the website and use it as content like was in the show just in case somebody else is faced with a similar situation you know I'll tell you the reason why one of the reasons why I called is because of that very thing because I think you know once it happens to you that you know it's all kind of academic happens to somebody else I'm a small Southern Illinois nobody's going to do this to me or right I'm going to write you know and so that's all I can it is you know I wanted to after listening so very thoroughly last week including you know I think it was going on where that part somebody could use the ransomware that you know this is an opportunity for us to use this as a. Sounding board for a lot of other people if you think it can't happen the your pictures of your grandma your mother your business your dentist office your doctor's office your car changed it can happen to anybody and I don't think you really know how bad it is until it actually well and that's a really good point because you do need to have a cloud backup because if you did have everything up in the cloud I know it's really hard in our business because we have video and audio files right and some are some of these are just huge and to get that over that data pipeline into the cloud it's actually interesting is I'm going to talk about later on in the 3rd hour of the show about how Amazon will well actually deliver to you a an 18 wheeler. And they come to your place of business they download and they take all of your data and they put it in the computers in the 18 real are and then they take that 18 wheeler to a server farm because if the aisles are too big to go over the pipeline that's one way around it but but anyway is if you had a cloud backup is that you could just plug in a computer you could tell the the guys in ransomware to go pound sand which you've already done. And then you've got a new computer just download everything and they go bang go you're up you're back in business right but then one thing I did learn Kim that you know is how in person I am with the the eyes were spots what happened with that. I mean they were instantly on they have been highly communicating with one of the they you know they're going to be taking one of our hard drives to do a more thorough investigation they've been as the when we sent them the photographs of the note that I took that morning off the screens they said we know these factors these people you know we know them we don't know who they are but I was very impressed with the f.b.i. In their response and also was a little concerned when they told me how frequently these phone calls come into their department and Mariella you know that's it is Jewish and a few really great points as Number One who have read think of what happened to you in a small town in Illinois right and shot I mean it's going to happen in these big cities Why what could they ever get from us but you have you have also made some other valid points that it's $400.00 per file Ok or per computer or whatever it is and once this ransomware gets on your network it just spreads out do you have any idea how it started.
