Vernon McGee not a day Franz we come to the 11th chapter verse Chronicles and those of you who are following this study with our Note know that now we come to the 3rd major division of this book in the parson I'm shocked we had this remarkable genealogy are I should use the plural genealogies and they were indeed remarkable and we have here something that we believe is very important just one chap here on Saul from God's viewpoint he didn't. Mike near the splash that I'm sure that many in that day fall that he did from God's viewpoint why here is a man that did not impress the law that all but now beginning here with Chapter 11 where we begin today you will find that we have our 1st in the 1st 2 chapters shared chapters 11 and 12 they would smite a man and we have them and chapters 13 to 16 David on the ark and then Chapter 17 David in the temple then we have David's wars chapters 18 to 20 and then we have David Santa numbering the people Chapter 21 and then David's preparation and organization for building the fam chapters 22 through 2009 now the remainder of this book is about David's or aims all about David. And fact of matter is the genealogy that's given to us is the genealogy that brings us up the David and of course but young David the family of David that is the one that becomes all important now in this book and we'll see David's family in the next book 2nd Chronicles and we see that the line that is followed that is David's line and very little attention given to the Northern Kingdom after they rebelled and with grew from they reign of David's family now this is a very important section and therefore and the emphasis now is upon David and have a while to know as we go along the emphasis that God gives shared a certain things and other things and David's lives that are played down now you will now decide said David san in chapter 21 but I hadn't anything to do with Bathsheba the number of the people now that is not welcome bond elsewhere and I would say that in God's sight this was the greatest say and then this is the one that he now did by the way I'm of the pinion that the great man in fall could be a great man a Christian that can set or certain things. And other things they don't consider Suzanne and they're going to get in his presence someday and find out that we're all mixed up and that's going to action that they are not marriage shares they thought that was what they thought was a great sand may not have been line and what they thought was something that was very slight and important God put it down as a saying on David's alive everybody could point that thing there David Braddock of the bad shape and God punished him for it was a terrible sin but God forgave him of that was he came in compassion to the law and God forgave him but that's a matter of number and. People know that doesn't seem to be a bad say in what we're going to say that it was rather important as far as God is concerned and we'll see why it might be well for many of us to get a different perspective of what Syrian really is that is saying in the sense of certain things that you do and certain things that we don't do We saw that especially you will recall in the a pestle to the Romans and the great principle that God puts down that far us now let me begin here in chapter 11 the emphasis here is have fun David's my demand we're going to see you now high you became team leader then all is surreal gathered themselves David under Heber on saying Behold we are alive bone and I flange now you will recall that back in the other double books when we had this history given to us we were told that her 7 years they did a little writing go with the 2 tribes in the south Jude and Benjamin and that he writing then he had grown but now that's past older why because God looks at family as a nation all 12 tribes and in God's book they time that he really became king when he became king of all 12 tribes and all it's surreal except that him they said we're bone of your bone we're pleasure your play now verse 2 and moreover in time past even when Sol was king that was he that led to stay out and brought us Stennis surreal and the Lord died God said under the Thou shall lead my people this rail and thou shall be ruler over my people now you see there acknowledging the hand of God and He does not become king then tell the people excess. Them as being God's choice and that began 7 years after it began to rain after the death of saw verse 3 that 4 came Ali Alizadeh surreal to the king he Bron and David made a covenant with them and he brought him before the law and they are now in a David King over its soil according to the word of the large by Samuel l. Now he's made king over all 12 tribes and as far as God is concerned that's when he began to rain now we were told the rainbow with the 2 tribes 7 years but not here burst forward and David and all its real went to Jerusalem which is Jesus where the jetty aside so were the inhabitants of the land now David had inspected that lion I think that he had probably been over that land with a fine tooth comb and knew it better than the spot as that were sent in by Joshua a new great deal about it and General Salim was the city that he picked would become the capital it was to be the place where they can pull was to be built David made this city the capital it was his choice and was the large choice great deal is said in the Word of God about the city of Jerusalem now its not a city of Jerusalem as we see it today there at the place the corner of the temple wall direct the corner of the temple the pinnacle of the temple is where sight until the large eases and they backs give aid to down that mound I found out a wall actually an earlier times when the obvious a direction then away it goes today the city of David was that oun Bello and you. Always looked up to the temple but later on when it was moved that is the walls were put up on Mount Zion and higher up actually you look down at the temple and then that's the way it is today a great deal of the city of Jerusalem is above the temple layer of the temple areas mount Mariah on it goes like a ridge right through Jerusalem was said into day and over that outside of the wall on that ridge is where God is the place of us go where Jesus was crucified Now this is that place that David and David took the castle of Zion it was that worries palace was built Mount Zion was the place that was very precious today now you will notice verse 6 and David said Whosoever smiled at the gem your cites curse Shelby chief and Captain So Joab the son of the ruler went 1st and he was cheap now this man is the number one Mayan in the service of David he was the man that was number one man I think as adviser and number one man that led the army and he belonged to the mighty man of David you'll recall that we're told something about his exploits when he 1st came to David alley lead the army and how you fought for David and this man that for a became the captain he was the one that was in charge of the Pentagon in David's day he had charge of all of the brass they army and the Navy and whatever else they might have a round he had charge of it now we're going to be given the last of David's my demand I. And the exploits that they did with say that in just a moment notice verse 7 and they've agreed well in the castle that for they called it the City of David now the city of David actually is the Mount Zion They are David Love that place well apparently it was where is powerless was built by Hiram and he built the city round about even from Milo roundabout and Joab repaired the rest of the city and Joab was not only a soldier but he's a contractor is the one that had charge of the repairing of the city so David Waxman greater and greater but a lot of hosts was with him and he brought a kingdom to its zenith actually and it's my feeling that in any study of ancient history when you look at the great nations of the world like Egypt our Babylon our Persia our the Hittite nation even before all of these other that you need to remember that David brought these people up the place where it was a great king them and had great influence throughout the world it was the basis on which solemn one was able to bring a witness to the world that day now we are given the less of a catalog of David's my demand now that seems strange that right here that we have that given Now these are the man who came to David during the time of his rejection and now that he has been elevated to the place of King chip these man are elevated also now man I say the corollary here with a large Jesus Christ is something you just can't pass by the large Isa's Christ today is calling out of people to is a name there is mighty man these are the days of his rejection. Just as David was rejected he was a big Cain but he hadn't come to the throne yet because Saul was the reigning and God gave solve every opportunity to make good and he didn't and so David was in a period of rejection but he gathered is my demand now Christ today's rejected by the world you don't have to lay but who might that point if you can't see that you can't see anything you and I live in a world where the large Isa's prize is rejected. But during this period he's calling out of people to his name but he's the king one of these days he's coming to that place of rulership now he is a lot and I'm asked us Savior today so we have a white telly comes to the place a king ship then we're told way to reign with Him But if he's rejected I don't know why in a world believers want to try to become the most popular person in town you can't be a large ease a set of the world hated me they're going to hate you and my friend if you were popular today remember that the late Dr Bob Schuller here in Los Angeles he used to say tell me this on one occasion I've heard him say it publicly he said I judge a man not by the friends he has but by the enemy see has and if you've got the right kind of enemies you are I I want to make sure always that the devil is crowd doesn't like me but I'm very happy to be able to say today that those that don't live Bible study that was always true in a church those that were against Bible study hated to study the Word now they care to make Bible and were very pos but they really hated the study of the word I'm glad that I was not their friend because I'm sisted on Bible study you see and you're judged by your enemies who again I'm is today now we're in the period of the rejection of cries but he's calling now is my demand now there are 3 groups share and I'd like to call particular attention to I've mentioned one group before and the ones that we had before are actually the ones 3 of them and they're the ones that brought water from the well it Bethleham to David and this is a tremendous story verse 16 and David was then in the hole and the fella stands Gary. And was then it back lamp This was the time of his rejection and David long been saying all that one would give me drink the water well a bath a lamb that is that the gate and the 3 break through the host of the fellas stand Andrew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate and took it brought it to David but David would not drink of it but poured it out the lowered and said My God forbid it me that I should do this thing shall I drink the blood of these maim and put their lives in jeopardy or with the jeopardy of their lives they brought it there for he would not drink it these things did these 3 mighty Yes Now these man are singled out as being them ideas and what you have here is a wonderful picture you see David been brought up in battle lamb that was his home town that was a while at the entrance and many a time when he'd been out with his sheep came back thirsty stop at that well to get a drink now the fella stands have him hold out and he can't get to that whale but he said I sure would like to have a drink from that whale it was just a wish not even a command and so these 3 men they broke through the lines of the furnace stands got the water and brought it to David but the interesting thing is that David Bowden Except that is he wouldn't drink it except it would just poured it out as a grain call from him I want a picture that we have here the water from the well it Beth and I am now watch that water from the well it's not other than pride and just think of the exploits of bravery by those down through the centuries who gone after the water take it to a world today I think a man like entering Martin and David Livingstone had an I'm judged sin of the past and I think of many wonderful missionaries I've been down in Mexico. Well I've been down in South America and I've been in Africa and I've been in Asia and I've been in Europe and I've seen these people are gone out there left home and everything I tell you they had to go through a barrier and audit to get the word of God out and I think a lot is taken out of them by the way and base 3 my demand they broke through the enemy lines and a very wonderful thing that they did and then noticed what David did with the water it was a strange wish was not a command but our law it's given us a command the Gulen take the Gospel but do you notice what he did David was unselfish no wonder that man Levin No wonder they're well in the south for West Ham because he was willing to suffer with I am he wouldn't take that great because those men didn't have water any just took his place with them he recognized the bravery of the man none of the largest set on the cross poured out like water that's what Psalm 22 says he took his life and he poured it out like water on the ground and he today took his place down here under last a child is born and us a son is given and they tell us and World War 2 that they want to get a line through shell had broken this line through and there was not communication between headquarters and they sent a soldier out and then he made the connection and he didn't come back and so after the battle was won they found him he was frozen and dead but he was holding those 2 wires together it made Conde Nast say to you the day and the Lord Jesus is the wand that it was poured out like water he made this sacrifice and I tell you a way to make us sacked. If what you did day are to be rewarded of him aside in the day that reward anyone then there's a 3rd incident here and I've always appreciated one it's but not the other son of Joe Hart the son of a valiant man of cabs zeal who had done many acts he salute to line like man a Moab he went down slew a lion in a pit in a snowy day and I love that one this actually is something that is quite interesting because this man saw a lot and you know when he did it he did it on a snowy day I tell you it's wonderful to have officers in a church and come out one is for rain and come out on Sunday night in a mid-week service a law it takes note of that and then we have in chapter 12 and I'm going to left out just one incident there that was some man who belonged to the tribe again and we are told in verse 15 of Chapter 12 these are the way that went over Jordan in the 1st month when it it overflow in all his banks and they put to flight all them of the valleys both toward the east and Cord the way as and that came of the children of Benjamin and Judah of the hold on to David David went out to meet them and answered said unto them it be become peaceably under me to help me in my own heart shall be net under you but if you come to betray me to mine enemies saying there is no wrong in my own hands the God or our fathers looked their own and rebuke it and the Spirit came up on my son who is cheaper the captains and he said why are we David and on the blind side now son a Jesse peace and peace beyond of the and peace meter than helpers but by God help but the then David received them made and kept and so the band now hear a group of my. When it came to David and I have swam the Jordan River flood tag and just about to give out they have it goes down he doesn't know where their friend enemy he said Now he may not harm me he said I'll destroy you and I said all now David we've come over to be on your side how wonderful this is I don't think this is consecration I think this is service they want to live but David they wanted to be honest and you know the greatest problems of the Christian actually are not service a great many folk think I just got to be busy but that's not our problem do you wanna lay of a cry and that's what these men said they did we want to be on your side we want to live for you we want to yield ourselves to you May I say that he brought your were Jordan by his death and resurrection you've been blessed with all spiritual blessings but you have to return to the world to live the Christian life and in heaven you're going to live a Christian live but he wants you to live it right down you're now he says I pray not that you should take them out of the world but that you'd keep them from the evil one right here in now and this is the only place you'll ever have an opportunity to live the Christian life friend is right down here today Nessa the other day that the lead of the Christian life as I sort of are playing and it's a little mealy mouth type of thing and it's a life of compromise and pussy footing and hypocrisy you're dead wrong my friend you're going to have to swim the water you're going to have to go to day that you'll have to go to the one that's greater than David there's a large ease a sense rendered to him a lot of joy to. You know what the word from Bible Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Timothy Hawkins Romans 14 and 10 but why do lists judge that brother oh why does that not said it not brother who we shall all stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ. Let's take a look at Wes being said here 1st of all there's something there we need to get in mind ourselves all of us will have to personally stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ that is not to determine whether we'll make it into heaven and not but it is to determine. Our works and this is what is going to happen there's going to be rewards given for your good works but then there's also going to be a time of regret because you will have an opportunity to see what you could have done the effect you could have made on some lives or the impression that you could have made on some people who got brought your way and you wonder well preacher What do you say 1st of all this is what I'm saying stop looking on the outside and trying to determine what's going on in the life of your brother when you should be concerned with what's going on in your own life are you investing in what God has given you or you wasting your time sitting on the sideline being a fruit inspector let's be intentional about striving to invest in the assignment God has given you this is been a presentation of Bible Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church 1528th Avenue in Oakland for information on worship services and upcoming events call 514442323 that's 514442323 or visit Bible Fellowship m b c dot org extreme surgeries and pharmaceutical medications are no longer your only options for chronic pain if you suffer with serious neck or low back pain numbness in the arms and legs diabetic neuropathy or arthritis pain there is hope Dr John. This is family life today for Friday January 12th Our host is Dennis rainy I'm Bob look team there is a humility required for us to admit that we are human and to respect the limits that God has put on us in our humanity really talk more about that today with our guest Hannah Anderson stay with us. And welcome to family life today thanks for joining us I was reading recently in in a new book from Scott Sauls called from weakness to strength the book on leadership and I came across something I'd never seen before he included in his book The Covenant prayer that John Wesley prayed. And it ties into what we've been talking about this week in terms of living lives in submission to Christ under his yoke Wesley prayed this and this also reminded me of the contract you and Barbara the title deed to your lives that you signed over to Christ not long after you were married Wesley prayed I'm no longer my own but vine Yeah put me to what that will to rank me with whom thou wilt. Put me to doing put me to suffering let me be employed for the or laid aside for the. Let me have all things let me have nothing I freely and heartily yield all things to the pleasure and disposal and now a glorious and bless a God Father Son and Holy Spirit now are mine and I am dying and so be it and let the covenant which I have made on earth let it be ratified in heaven Amen. That's a great reminder that whatever God has for you whether it's suffering being laid aside being in a humble circumstance we need to embrace that yoke with joy if we want to experience abundance in life he had found the art of contentment in the midst of ambitions desires drives things he wanted to get done Paul talked about it is the secret of contentment the right to do all things through Christ who strengthens me right and we've got a couple ladies here on the broadcast one extremely special lady who comes from Virginia. Oh yeah I'll decide to look out but when you're in the corner there are 5 look at my wife Barbara joins us but she's a guest right Barbara Starr yesterday is this year's Oh yes you're the one I wrote earlier I'm going to go with the ladies are extremely. Well said. But Hannah Anderson joins us of humble roots Welcome back Hannah We're thrilled you joined us all the way from Virginia and from the Blue Ridge Mountains it is a joy to be here I don't always like to leave it in you but it in good to be here when it has been good. You've got a story you tell that evidently illustrates what we're talking about here this week about humility and fruitfulness and saying God uses on purpose has to do with green beans which you love green beans so this will be if I do it for you but I like green beans with just a little bacon grease in there all the way as mama made. It is. Yes So one of the most surprising things and out my journey into the idea of humility and applying it to my life was how it affected my work and my productive day. And I should have been surprised I think I should have seen this because in the passage where Christ calls us to come to him for rest and to to experience his humility he uses the imagery of a yoke oxen Now this is not an ox who is sitting around the pasture are sitting under the trees this is a working ox this is for the purpose of a fruitful flourishing field that the farmer brings the ox under his control so that he can accomplish something so even though we're Christ is calling us to rest he's not calling us to passive 80 he's calling us to productivity and peace together. And so as I grew in to understanding more about Christ humility about the work he has called me to I began to realize that humility has this amazing and dramatic effect on how we enter into the work we've been given to do and one of the clearest examples of how I saw this play out was in my family's life where my husband is an avid gardener he loves it it is his jam too to dream and plan his garden each year and he especially likes to work with heirloom varieties Maybe apples that have been passed down generation to generation ordinarily and tomatoes and one year he got his hands on heirloom beings these beans had they were pole beings that had been passed down in his community up in the mountains for generations and his dad had given him some and he brought him down he was going to plant them in our garden. And he was so excited and so certain that this was going to fill all his dreams and hopes that he would plant these beans and. They would bring forth a bumper crop so he he built bamboo tepees for them to run a pee he planted them he watered them he intended them and sure enough they sprouted and we had this abundance of vegetation beautiful beautiful leaves beautiful vines with no beings no beings and right then and there we had to face our limitations and be humbled by the fact that you can do all of these things to plan your work but when it comes down to it God is in control of the results and you can tend and you can water and you can grow beautiful being vines with no fruit and it was kind of a lesson learned and we laughed about it and we thought well maybe it was the wrong climate maybe something was wrong. And it was funny until later in the summer when my then 8 year old son got hold of the extra beings that we hadn't planted and we had recently done a renovation in our backyard and added a patio and so you know if you've done renovations you know that there's always extra dirt around where the work had been done. And one day we walked out and there are these little green sprouts coming up in the dirt Oh the grass is growing again it wasn't Graf's my son had gotten these being there was playing around with them and it played farmer and planted them in the dirt and so we laugh we figured out these beans had Brad but then they grew and they grew. And they had blossoms and they had beans on them. And we had no other choice except to just drive a stake into the ground and accept that the beans that my son had just thrown into the dirt and up producing more than our carefully tended beans that we had spent weeks slaving over in the garden and as I thought of that in terms of how we embrace the work that God has called us to humility says the results are not up to me I can work hard in the faithful and not see a lot of fruit for my labor or I can have very little work invested in God bless abundantly not based on my work not based on my productivity but based on his good favor and Grace and what he chooses to do with our work and in those moments I realized that God calls us to follow him the same way the ox is called his master to to work for the flourishing of his church for the world but the results really aren't in our hands and we can work hard and deal like we're failure says. Or sometimes will do very little work at all and God will just bring forth abundantly and what we have to step back the only way we can keep our equilibrium in that disparity is knowing that it was never about our work in the 1st place. Family you said this journey that God has had you on was birthed out of anxiety and restlessness and. Stress in your life looking for the rest that Jesus promises and finding that the scripture says that it is in humility it's in taking on his yoke that that rest is found. So are you sleeping better. I am sleeping or how are you a different mom today than you were 3 years ago well I'm a lot more rested. One of the things that changed for me personally and then it exhibit itself it would flow out into my other responsibilities and callings was I learned that I had to honor the limits of my body I had to rest I had to eat well I had to honor those boundaries so that I was more able to enter into the callings that I have so rather than being on edge and snippy and ready to explode because I was just exhausted and irritated. Or to say you ready to explode she doesn't sound like someone to see exactly how does she know if it is a very small fire or no no it is large and my children would tell you that as well . As I cared and respected the limits of my body and my own health and respected the limits of my spirit and said I need time in the Word of God I need time to live close to Christ it allowed me to enter back into my relationships more whole and more able to deal with the things that you can't control Yeah I couldn't control what was happening in my home but I could control my response to it so are you going to bed at 10 are you get up yeah it's going to bed at a reasonable time it's making sure I get sufficient sleep if that's most of the time that's 78 hours not skimping on that Ok it's making sure I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and I know that sounds and that may sound bizarre but any mom that's out there know. Is exactly what I'm talking about Barbara exactly I know exactly what you're talking about because when you're raising kids your goal is feeding them yes and making sure they get what they need and you're not so much thinking about yourself because I'm an adult I can figure it out but I know that as a mom that your focus is keeping your kids healthy and well and you tend to neglect yourself but moms need fuel Yeah but moms don't just need feel they need good feel and I think it's really easy to to set aside what's best for us because we're living the more noble calling of taking care of kids and you even talk about that in the book that it's easy for us to to hate our bodies to hate our limitations to hate what what we need to in order to flourish and that's not what God calls us to do because when you're so busy when you feel like you have so many responsibilities it feels like you don't have time for the snakes That's right and it is an act of humility to acknowledge that not only do you have time but you must take time for my experiencing and mothering and being in this stage to dizziness in life it was very easy to fall back on what I can get by now maybe nobody else can get by but I can't get my mom say that yeah there's a paradox you recognize that I mean to say humility means I need me time. Sounds like what I had to say well I can get by is an act of humility no there's really an act of pride in the midst of all of that saying I I have the superwoman Yes the superwoman and it's a huge temptation when you're busy and you're juggling so many different responsibilities good callings and you can slip into this mentality the Says I can live above normal human limits and it's not just the superwoman it's the Christian super water Yes which is another level what your kids say they have a. Mom today did they see the church less explosive than you might have been 3 years ago right before they see a happier mom Ok a mom who's more playful. Who can joke around a little bit more with them one of the things that came with this period of anxiety and feeling overworked was I don't have time for playfulness because you're so busy keeping them closed in Fed and dad becomes the one who's playful because he comes in and he's done you know in our family my husband is works at his office at the church he comes home he's available to them for joy and playfulness and mom becomes the serious one holding down the the family structure and for me relinquishing some of that control meant that I could open myself up to be kind of more fun with my children and more playful and one thing that's changed is I'll sit down with them now I'm watching t.v. Show or I'll watch a movie together and say I'm putting my work aside I need to honor the limits that I've been faithful. Like he said Mom I've been faithful to the work I had to do today I didn't accomplish anything but it's time to turn it off and so at 7 o'clock I can take kids let's go sit down and watch this nature show together and having mom present on the couch watching it with them rather than them sitting down to watch it and mom running around in the background doing all the work that she felt like she still needed to get done is a totally different message to them and I think it's allowed us to have better relationship quite honestly and you may not be aware. But 2 decades from now. Your kids will reflect back on the nights that mom would sit down and watch those t.v. Shows with us and it will have formed them to be more whole and more present people themselves you may think. I'm not doing anything I'm just sitting here you're doing something powerful and profound by being there and I don't think I understood how much my need to accomplish all of these things was stealing me away from them. I felt like doing all these things to provide them a good home and to be a good parent to them was what they needed but as I entered into this space of embracing my own limits I became more available for them what that makes me think of is something that I've been learning recently is about the importance of presence presence is so important in marriage I mean Dennis and I have talked about this many many times about how we not only enjoy one another's presents but we need one another's presence and it's true with our children that our children don't want us just to provide for them and serve them and take them places they want to relationship which comes by presence and that's what God came to earth to do for us he's a manual he came to be with us and I think as parents sometimes we so focus on the providing in the caring for and creating all these experiences etc etc and we forget that our presence with them is really the most important gift we can give them being a part of their lives and building that relationship we often talk about how fathers may be workaholics or busy and away from the home and maybe they're putting all these hours in at the office but even a stay at home mom or mom who's with her kids a lot can be a workaholic Absolutely and even though you're in the same space you're not present you're not pressing exactly if we could call your has been right now. How he saved changed over the last 3 years I mean this is really tough I mean you're talking to a national audience here and probably a couple of your friends there Ian Brett and Dennis has been known to call us but here you better give us the device or. I think I think he would say that I'm not waking him up in the middle of the night because I'm awake bumping around the house I'm sleeping better I think he would say that I'm a less frantic when a problem comes up one of the things that I discovered and he and I have talked about this a lot is as I was operating in the space of anxiety and being overwrought It also meant that I was always on edge and so anything that happened small or big could feel huge and be a tipping point and it would dump me over because I was already operating at this very heightened space of anxiety so even something small in the church he'd come home tell me about it and just it be too much and so he got to a place where he would feel like he couldn't always share right the burdens that he had because I couldn't handle them without overreacting and now as I'm learning to live in this space of peace and rest through Christ I'm better able to be there for him when he needs me to support him emotionally too we don't talk about it often here on family life today but one of the things I'm most pushy about Barbara is that very thing you're talking about she is a great shock absorber and sometimes husband just needs his wife to be there and shoulder the burdens with him and being a pastor of a local church has got a ton of burdens of people real people made in the image of God Every job has got its thorns and thistles that a wife can better share with. Her husband if she is walking with Christ and is as we've been talking about this week yoked up and I'm just going to close our broadcast today reading Matthew Chapter 111 more time verse 28 to the of the chapter Jesus is speaking Think about who who made this command and this promise come to me all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Hand I want to thank you for absorbing this passage and doing the hard work in your own relationship with Christ.
