We argue with you I would argue with you by name or some Cooper's right to be passionate if he is truly a journalist he doesn't have a right to get that passionate and to be there rude and I do think there's an agenda on display there and the truth doesn't have an agenda as we like to say in my world that's read it every frame of this in this class action suit I don't know if you have a lot of time to look at it but there's been a switch in the $2000000000.00. Award that was given to people who filed the lawsuit against the the round up weedkiller company and it's now owned by Bayer and a judge slashed that lawsuit payout that award by 95 percent Wednesday and we heard almost nothing about it it's been a week why would something like that go unnoticed by the media is this standard do these awards happen and then in an appeal they mostly get cut in half or in this case 95 percent I don't know that they typically get cut that much that's a very very significant Pat but the 1st part of your question is is right on Unfortunately a lot of these very important lawsuits often fly under the radar because not everybody is and packaged by them this is a huge weed killer lawsuit that really did get a lot of play and I actually have been following it not just because I'm a lawyer but because partially This is one of those things where you've got to watch the disparity between what they are is willing to settle for what they are willing to accept what they're going to be helped liable for versus what the plaintiff's lawyers think the cases are for our work and you know it's funny you and I were the been talking about the Dominican Republic a couple of weeks ago we were talking about pesticide issues there so it has come onto the radar and for something like this not to have been discussed as much we can say that everybody you know watching politics that well you know that's not shrew you know you and I eat out of politics but many people. Well you know I created my Twitter account the day that President Obama was re-elected it because I was only a voter I only went to the polls and test my ballot and I told myself Scott you can either sit at home and whine and complain or you can do something you can become a community organizer like President Obama and affect change in the world and that's exactly what I did it you know I was a dog walker working at an elementary school who decided to start volunteering in politics and I fell in love with it and in 2014 I worked my 1st political job for Attorney General Greg Abbott who snout the governor of the great state of Texas and over the last 4 years of my life I've just been laser focused on electing Republicans up and down the ballot all across the country I wanted to defeat Hillary Clinton more than anything and I helped do that and now I am laser focused on reelecting Donald Trump on Tuesday November 3rd 2020 I want just more than anything I'm not a traditional Republican I am an America 1st Republican and I think there is really a difference in politics you either have these globalists that want to take care of the whole rest of the world versus America 1st politicians that want to put our people 1st make sure that we are not getting ripped off on trade deals to make sure that our border is secure make sure that we are spending money in cities like Baltimore sic Aagot Atlanta l.a.
