When the delegates go to the National Convention in philadelphia to vote for hillary or for Bernie Sanders, which Bernie Sanders says hes going to keep duking it out until he gets to that moment, you will have pledged delegates from the state that come as a result of these primaries. Then you have the superdelegates, and knows people are not pledged to the will of the voters. They are Democratic Party insiders, elected officials, and they can vote for whomever they want. People see that as a perfect example of Hillary Clinton being the establishment candidate.
