Casino operator wild rose announced today its partnered with a newly formed nonprofit, cedar River Alliance for gaming or crag. Crag would hold the facilitys gaming license and give a portion of revenue back to linn all casinos. The move comes after state gaming officials rejected a larger project in 2014, citing a saturated gaming market.
