Dave, you talked with neighbors today . Beth, neighbors described it as saying he looked out a window to see the entire parking lot filled with police cars. And some also said they heard bits and pieces of what might have prompted the domestic disturbance call that drew a police presence. Police did not describe what went on inside the apartment just before the officer involved shooting. But one neighbor said she spoke with the stabbing victims mother afterward. Daughter had children together, and bivins had come to the apartment and threatened the woman. Another man said listening to para medics he knew the woman had serious injuries. They were telling her things like control your breathing, stay focused keep your energy up that sort of thing so they were really focused on her as well two nextdoor neighbors who in the domestic dispute were surprised. Both knew bivins and the woman had argued in the past but theyd never seen any sign of physical violence.
