27yearold William Franklin faces a 2nd degree robbery charge and is in the Rock Island County jail. Police say another man 28 year old shawn cade went into Dutrac Community credit union on november 27th. He passed the teller a note saying he was armed and got away with some money. Today the Iowa Republican and democratic parties revealed that theyve done several hundred training sessions to teach people how it works. Theyre also making sure a precinct worker brings a smartphone to each caucus location. Once each caucus records its results, it sends them to each Party Headquarters for review. They can verify that those within the error bounds they expect them to be in. They can reach back out to the chair if they need to. Ask for clarification.
