An iowa city man has died after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. 26 year old ian liang crashed around 11 friday night while he was driving east on rohret road. It happened near highway 1 southwest of iowa city. The sheriff says liang was not wearing a helmet and died at the hospital a passenger did wear a helmet and is expected to survive. A train hit a road grader injuring one person in des moines county. It happened around 8 this morning near danville. These are pictures from the eastern iowa fireground. Authorities say the driver was working on highway 34 and did not see the train coming as he backed the grader the crash threw the driver 40 feet and went to the hospital with unknown injuries.
