Thats not happening this year, so the Salvation Army had to go out and recruit a new crop of volunteers. The meal starts at 11 30 and goes until 1 this armys location on c avenue. Its open to anyone who is in need. But this isnt your only chance to share the spirit on the holiday at a Salvation Army in the corridor. The Johnson County Salvation Army also has holiday meal plans from four until six oclock this afternoon. Rangle managed to avoid stop sticks several times, but he then crashed into a utility pole at 5777 160th street northeast outside of solon. The girl was also in the car. First responders took her to the university of iowa hospital and clinics. Court documents show authorities were concerned for the girls safety in the car, because rangle is a registered sex offender and they didnt know if she was being held against transportatio n safety board are trying to figure out what caused the deadly School Bus Crash in tennessee. Police say the bus driver was speeding with more than 30 students on board when he lost control. The crash killed 5 elementaryschool age children, and critically hurt several others. The bus driver, 24 year old johnthony walker, faces multiple charges. Memorials have appeared near the scene of mondays crash. Public records reveal this is the second seat belts that could save lives in case of a bus crash. A middle school in des moines is trying out threepoint belts on some of its buses. Those are the same seat belts used in cars. Only six states mandate seat belts on large buses. Officials say theyve already started seeing benefits.
