Roles and do not get paid. Now, charipar is inviting the Community Join an conversation about the issues the Deaf Community faces. 06 40 22;00 we are trying to be respectful to the community that is giving us feedback, and i am terrifically grateful for the feedback. I am learning a ton and what were really understanding is we should have asked questions that we didnt know we were supposed to be asking. In response to the post, some show if it was unable to find a deaf actor. But others have commended tcr for being open and honest after it made a post explaining its decision. We also reached out to kathy miller, who is the president of the Iowa Association of the deaf she says hearing people in deaf roles frustrates her. In a statement, she said quote we can see through the falsehood the se hearing actors tend to lack the facial expressions that play such a huge role in asl grammar. Deaf actors are right here, ready to pour out hearts out into a role. Again, the tcr is thinking about calling off the production of tribes. It should have a decision in the next few days.
