Waterloo Police Arrested an intoxicated man overnight who they say is responsible for two hit andruns. Police started searching for 47yearold james browns car around 12 30 this morning. The waterloo Cedar Falls Courier reports police found his car in the drivethru at a taco johns on la porte road on the citys east side. Officers say they found an open bottle of whiskey and an open case of beer in the back seat of browns car. The courier reports his blood alcohol content at the time was more than twice the legal limit.
