No one was hurt. A waterloo man faces Human Trafficking charges. Prosecutors say he convinced two teenaged girls to come from illinois is now in the Black Hawk County jail. His bond is set at 40 thousand dollars. He faces two counts of Human Trafficking among other charges. Police got a call monday about two teenagers shoplifting at a waterloo store. Officers caught the girls, who are both 16. They told police that campbell paid for bus tickets for them to come and live at a north waterloo home with a promise of a better life. Instead the girls say they had to engage in sex acts with others to earn money, and they had to steal he would have them go out and engage in shoplifting so apparently they could turn around and sell the clothes. He says its possible the case could go to the us attorney for federal prosecution.
