The man, who police say was in his early 20s, was fatally wounded. He has since died from his injuies. The two officerer and the k9 were noo hurt. City Council Unanimously voted to add the design guidelelnes to the ys Flood Control management project. Design teams will follow these guidelines over the next 20 years. The ll will feature openings for trails, roadways, and paths. Each will be a certain color and size and include a marker to symbolize the path.
