A group that opposes an oil pipeline across iowa says the state utilities board is limiting public the utilities board will hold a hearing next week on the proposed pipeline that would run through iowa, carrying oil from north dakota to illinois. Because so many people want to comment, the board is limiting the number to just over 200. Half of the speakers will be supporters, the other half will be opponents.
