A nurse at a Cedar Rapids SchoolHealth Clinic says there is a large need for student care and not just the physical part of care. During an open house at the clinic in taylor elementary, she says there should be more Mental Health services. Right now, the united way funds parttime inschool thehepists with 2000 thousand dollars each year. That funding is nearly half of what the district received last school year. Thats after the department of Human Services dropped a 150thousand dollar grant from Mental Health services.
