I thought it was bad nightmares then your whole body you cant move and your brain is going nuts. Its thinking, what is happening . Is this a nightmare jo so i kept associating it with that, then i had the other narcoleptic things. Im doing much better. I still get it once in a whi. Now because i know what it is there is still frightening. People are waking up this morning and going, what are we talking about here, and it is about reducing your stress. We all need to do that. To be able to get some rest so many people when they heard we were doing this story said that happened to me. That happened to me, and while stress and lack of sleep are the main causees, things like narcolepsy can be there as well but there are things that we can do in terms of improving our sleep and reducing stress that can actually help. We have to have a shooting environment. Yeah, we talked about the soothing for you. Such as . Well, we know that one of the ways that our body tells itself its time to sleep theres a rise in a hormone called melatonin. But bright light and blue light can inhibit our bodys release of that hormone, so there are things we can do. One is just dimming the lights but a couple of cool things. Ive got these orange glasses and when i put those on, take a look, this is what it looks like, the environment changes. Wow. Okay, and what that does it allows her body melatonin. So if you put those on for a couple of hours before bed, small studies show it may make you sleepier. On our electronic devices, you can hit something called night shift, and it turns your screen colors from blues to oranges. Other devices you can download that as well. These are Little Things that you can do that may help you get a better nights sleep. Turning off your electronics an hour before bed is a good thing too. Do you do things like that . I do. We, the routine which im not so great at especially with our schedule but i keep the phone away at night. A big one for me. And out of the room. Out of the room. I can tell a big difference and out of the room and then what i also do is that calming, ive been using lavender, some of those things. I do that too. Important. Bless your heart. I got the script and read the script and after i put it down, i wiped the tears from my eyes and called my agent and said id its this incredible story. It was kind of a nobrainer but i just happened to luck out it was filmed in sydney and barbecue at my sisters on sundays. Tell us. This conscientious ober saved 75 people by himself. If we put everything he did in the film you wouldnt believe the movie. It would be just he was out on the battlefield without a weapon. Without a weapon. The only man in the military in weapon. They tried to Court Martial and he just went, this is what i believe. I just want to save people. I saw it. I had chills the entire time and literally on the edge of your seat watching this man do what he does. Im listening to you now and three southerners at this table and your accent was incredible. I think everyone knew how lucky we were to be a part of this story and so everyone was just on board straightaway and its the brotherhood we had on this. Everyone came together and was really, really felt fortunate to be telling this story. It was all very organic and its true. We saw each other a couple of weeks ago and it was like we hadnt left each other, as well. Nice to be have that connection to some people now forever. You were telling me you were in new orleans for a premiere and drew brees grandfather actually fought on hacksaw ridge. He was there 92 years old and ready to go. They were really moved by were standing up out of their wheelchairs telling you how mean of a son of a gun they were back in the day. Shows you did a phenomenal job. We all appreciate it.
