Reporter while shes used to being front and center reporting from the sidelines of sports biggest events this morning erin andrews is expected to be front and center in court taking the stand fighting for herself. Reporter the 37yearold reporter and dancing with t t stars cohost is suing Michael David barrett who in 2010 pleated guilty to stalking filming her naked through the door of her hotel room and the owners of this marriott for 75 million claiming the hotel made it easy for him to film her in the nude. If she tells the jury how this affected her, that she was embarrassed by it, that she was sickened by it, that she continues to be emotionally imagine that its going to be difficult for is jury to connect withther and this jury to find in her favor. Reporter the hotel says barrett is a criminal who tricked them into gaining access to andrews but andrews lawyers say the hotel did nothing to prevent barrett from finding her room number and failed to notice he had removed and altered the peephole on her door.
