After vowing to release his full medical report, trump instead offered up just this short note from his doctor saying trumps physical strength and stamina are extraordinary. The healthiest individual and that letter declaring trump astonishingly excellent. But there was one glitch. Trump said that the doctor who wrote that letter was named jacob bornstein. But now the american sergeant could be heading back behind bars for life, charged with desertion and misbehavior for endangering his fellow troops. We are now taking steps in order to right a wrong, restoring mr. Police releasing this surveillance image of Rohinie Bisesar monday taken moments after they say she plunged a knife into a woman at a toronto subway station, seemingly at random. By all accounts it is an unprovoked attack. The victim does not recognize the suspect as someone that she does know. Reporter it happened friday at a drugstore inside the station. Investigators say around 2 55 p. M. Bisesar walked in with a knife and stabbed an unidentified woman in her 20s. The victim now in serious but stable condition and bisesar still on the run. Apparently, she is welleducated. And the financial district is somewhere that she frequents. Were asking for the publics bisesar violent and dangerous but say they are baffled by a possible motive. Her linkedin page revealing her leadership roles in organizations for women in business. Was there some event in the hours or even days before this attack that would have enraged her to go out and harm a particular person or random person . You feel for the guy. Legally where does he stand . You can understand why hes furious, upset. Theres no question theres sort of damages here. But that doesnt necessarily mean you can hold the dealership responsible. Its a tough legal case. Theyre throwing all sorts of possible legal theories here hoping that one will stick but the key question is, was it negligence . Should they have known better in effect, than to allow this to happen . And one of the questions when youre talking about negligence is foreseeability. Meaning could you have foreseen that these sorts of damages would occur . You could say its foreseeable there would be damages and hes got a suit. You certainly couldnt have foreseen it would end up in the hands of isis is syria. No, you couldnt have foreseen that. But the plumber is saying that he was trying to take down the name and number and that the dealer stopped him from doing it. He said that the dealer said dont worry about it.
