Now, 400 officers have received training on how to identify a victim who is at risk of death. It is through a program called assessment. They will sit down with Domestic Violence victims and take them through a series of questions and determine their risk. What we are learning is it becomes very impactful for a Police Officer to sit with a victim of Domestic Violence and tell them danger of being killed by your domestic partner. If a victim is determine today be at high risk, officers will immediately get them in touch with resources and direct them to a safe place. Coming up, a car bursts into flames along i25. So, some of our Central Mountain areas once you get to the Higher Elevations could see five to ten inches of snow. Two to four inches of snow in the lower elevations. Winds at 30 to 40 miles an hour. And your visibility is going to be very reduced so that is why we have the winter storm warnings in place. Ahead of this, we had very warm temperatures.
