An internal Aurora Police use of force board found the tazing to be within policy. The aclu says that policy needs to be changed. Because this video shows what police should not be doing what they need to calm a situation, when they need to deescalate. The city of aurora said they will convene an independent review board that does include Community Members to look at suggestion sugzs to the chief suggestions to the chief.
