Police have not confirmed the nature of the activity or whether it was drug related. The only thing we were told about the two men they a green ford with license plate were awaiting word of charges after a a hash oil ex traction caused it. The fire happened last night after 8 00 in the 4800 block of west 73rd avenue. Westminster fire was able to get it under control managed to get out of the house. Two treated on scene for smoke inhalation. When hash oil is done incorrectly, the ex traction part can cause a flash fire or a fire ball which can blowout windows and doors to a home. A man involved in the kidnapping which started with a winding chase through Southern California manages to slip away from police. It began yesterday afternoon as a man was driving this hummer with his girlfriend and two small children inside. The chase led to a standoff in Newport Beach where the man stopped the vehicle. At one point, the man came out of the suv with a small child and the woman and the kids run to safety. The man headed up the hill this morning, police are still on a manhunt. This morning, sports caster erin andrews is going to take the stand in her civil lawsuit against a hotel. A man admitted that stems from a 2008 incident where the andrews. We have the testimony. On the stand monday, erin andrew s s relived the nightmare of finding out secretly shot nude videos of her hit the internet. Everybody put up that i was doing it for publicity and apart. The fox sports broadcaster is suing michael barrette, the hand who recorded the videos and the Franchise Owner of this marriott for 75 million. The hotel is where barrette recorded one of the videos through a peep hole. Andrews testified she found out about the videos in july of 2009 when a friend called me. He said, theres necked video of you on the internet. I said, no theres not that. I dont do that. What are you talking about. She was hysterical. About getting a call that night and the lingering effects of the video. She still has to travel and that makes her very nervous. Video clips from barrettes deposition were played in court monday.
