They found that people who exercise a lot dont burn extra calories beyond a certain point. Level burned a few more calories daily. But those who exercised beyond moderate activity level show no effect of their extra effort as far as calories burned. Elizabeth february is heart health month. And there are some foods you might want to cross off your list. Nutritionists say canned vegetables and jarred tomato sauce often have a lot of salt. And too much salt raises your blood pressure. Foods that spike your cholesterol include traditional coffee creamers. Also butter alternatives like margarine. And foods that mess with your blood sugar arent good for your heart either.
