But if everyone here gets nine other people to show up monday night, will you have voted 10 times. That is how we win. Steve K Marco Rubio is also encouraging iowans to get out and caucus. He held a town hall event today in clinton. Before that, rubio was also in muscatine where he was asked about ted cruzs caucus strategy. Marco rubio ted is the frontrunner here. Hes spent a lot of time and money. Has 10,000 volunteers working on his behalf on the ground. Were just going to work really hard. We feel very good about the growth of our campaign. Steve k did ben carson also in iowa tonight. He critiqued his performance in last nights debate saying he wasnt as entertaining as the other candidates. Ben carson it reminds me a little bit of ancient roam. Where everybody wanted to go to the colosseum and see the blood and gore while their society was crumbling around them. Stacey we also learned today jeb bush will not host any postcaucus parties in iowa. Instead he will be campaigning in New Hampshire. Today bush did make a Campaign Stop in sioux city. His Campaign Leaders tell us theres a good reason hes not sticking around after monday night. Its really a decision thats more practical than political. Because we should have a pretty significant snow event on tuesday. Stacey Chris Christie will also not be hosting an iowa Party Following mondays caucuses. Christie acknowledged his low ranking in the polls but he says low expectations leave room for surprise. Christie held a town hall event in burlington tonight. He told the crowd hes serious about our statement you know that im serious about iowa because of one very, very important factor. I have brought with me the first lady of the state of new jersey. Also tonight the white house confirms for the first time that clintons unsecured home server contained some top secret material. The state department will release more emails from clintons time as secretary of state later friday. Clinton talked about the email issue in an interview before tonights rally. I said that i should have made a different choice because but the facts are that i never emailed anything that was considered classified. It wasnt marked classified. And i just think that at the end of the day, everybodys going to know that i asked to have all these made public. Id love for them to be public. Id love for people to see what i did. Now, analysts say the iowa caucus has traditionally been a very good predictor of how well democratses will do and a poor predictor of how things will go for republicans. Steve k after Donald Trumps comments earlier today, the Cruz Campaign released a statement saying the only anchor in this race is the one being dragged behind the ship new york values, causing Donald Trumps campaign to stall out. Reporter if this is a caucus on the republican side that is like every other caucus, turnout all around the state, organizing precinct captains, all the fundamentals, ted cruz is still the oddson favorite. But if donald trump has changed the math, changed the dynamic and the conversation, he could be the winner here and if hes the winner here, not many republicans i know believe he can do anything other than secure the nomination. Steve k on the democratic side, Hillary Clintons emails are again making headlines on the campaign trail. The state department now says some of the emails on her home server did contain top secret information. Nancy has the story. Hello, everybody reporter just before clinton took the stage in dubuque, state Department Spokesman announced that seven email chains from her private account totaling 37 pages were being upgraded to top secret. In consultation with the intelligence community, we are and we believe its the prudent, responsible thing to do. Reporter top secret is one of the highest levels of classification, reserved for material that, if released, would cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security. The emails resided on clintons private server at her home in new york for years. Until she turned over 55,000 pages at the departments request. I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. Reporter in a statement today, her campaign called the move overclassification run amok. The result of bureaucratic infighting. Arguing that in at least one case, the emails appear to involve information from a published news article. Kirby would not share the topic of the emails or whether clinton was the center sender or receiver. Im not going to get into debating or discussing reporter he said the emails will be with held from public view. And not blacked out piecemeal like hundreds of other Clinton Emails that have already been released. The Clinton Campaign argues these emails should be released. At least in part. But an intelligence official tells cbs news that some of the information is so sensitive that clinton and her aides should have known never to discuss it on an unsecure system in the first place. Steve k the republican president ial candidates are reacting tonight to the clinton email story. Senator marco rubio says, this is just another reason why clinton is not qualified to be the commander in chief. I havent seen that report yet. So i wouldnt want to comment on it. What we know already is there was highly classified information on her server. What i know for a fact is that if a member of my staff on the Intelligence Committee had done that, theyd have been fired and probably would have been prosecuted. Steve k jeb bush was also attacking clinton from the campaign trail today at an event in carroll. Clinton could be trusted. I give her respect of being intelligent, knowledgeable, policyoriented. She has the set of detailed plans that are very different than mine. But shes, you know, shes sincere in that regard. She believe what is she believes. I can give her credit for honesty and trustworthyness. Spoik he also said he believes clinton will have a hard time restoring some degree of trust with the American People. Stacey the day after the caucuses a lot of people will be trying to get out of iowa as soon as they can to follow the campaigns on to New Hampshire. For most of them, that means tuesday morning. Some japanese reporters i talked to wanted to see me tuesday but they said its got to be before noon because they have 3 00 flights out of cree car rapids. They could not cree car rapids. City officials believe adding more lights, surveillance cameras and increasing Police Presence is the best solution to make court avenue safer. Des Moines Police have started going to nearby businesss asking the owners to install lights. Police say businesses have been very receptive to that idea and agree it could help decrease the violence. The parking lots, alleys, those types of areas where thank are away from the lit roadways. Those are the areas were focusing on. Because those are the areas [inaudible] steve k city Officials Say a company will play some part in dough mating the surveillance cameras. New tonight, one of the three inmates who escaped from a now back behind bars. Stacey he turned himself in to deputies this morning. Chris martinez shows us what happened. Reporter back dwong surrendered friday morning, a week after he and two other inmates escaped from an Orange County maximum security prison. He was arrested about two miles from the jail. Bac duong contacted a civilian on the streets of santa anna. And stated he wanted to turn himself in.
