Agents also showed up this morning at his office on valley west drive along 235 and it turns out this is not the first time this dentist has been suspected of criminal activity. Undercover agents with the des moines dea office spent hours this morning, including computer equipment and rifles. Neighbors told me dr. Kerby is an avid hunter. Neighbors also watched agents fill several buckets with items taken out of kerbys personal pickup truck that was also seized. Neighbors called kerby a great guy, very nice, and were shocked to see drug agents raiding a neighborhood home. Kerby has run the kerby Family Dental across from Valley High School for 8 years, according to his website. Employees there told us today he was not in the office.
