Kim stacey, makuey told psychiatrist mike taylor that voices would give him instructions on what to do and sometimes he would do it, and sometimes he would not. Taylor said that is scientifically preposterous and that type of hallucination is not seen in any type of psychiatric disorder. A psychologist who did several tests on makuey also testified today. Dr. Luis rosell diagnosed makuey with specific schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorder, meaning he has some symptoms of schizophrenia. For that reason, rosell believes makuey did not know the difference between right and wrong on the day of the july 2014 deadly attack.
