It happed about 3 miles east of fort dodge on saturday. 13yearold duane touney was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. The 5 others injured range in age from 5yearsold to 18yearsold. The cause of the crash is still under investigation tonight. A man says two people shot at him while he was driving on des moiness east side. It happened around noon today. The man says he was shot at by two unknown suspects. Police found two bullet holes in the mans car. Authorities also did pull over a potential suspect near fremont Investigation Continues tonight.
