You have gotten m men tumeric. Its wonderful and a very good so well researched and the fat in the coconut milk hel you absorb these spices. Pepper, if youre daring also helping you absorb the good stuf out with this. So expensive. It is. Move on to lunch now and people were really big about, you know, the sal, thought they were doing good and putting superfoods on it. A lot of superfoods. Theyre expensive and cost 7 to 15 for about an eightounce serving. Pomegranate and hemp seed. New. Whats on these. These are salads and elevated them with gargan superfoods. For example, seaweed. Should be a kitchen staple. I know. I know. You do like burritos out of them or top yr salad with them. About ten cents a sheet. Orange peel. Things we throw away. Good cancerfightin propepeies. You know what, celery leaves. And the carrot tops. Loaded with vitamin kristen. Celery leaves have five times the vitamins as the stating. The popcorn with all the different flavors. Flavors, kale, pickle juice, all these dferent flavors we had. We think were doing halfway well. Yes, a its not necessarily bad. People have Food Allergies to corn and forth but looking at 2016. We are looking for new snacks. And this one is glutenfree. Sorghum. Its really che thihis out. Wow. This is great. Youre not going to eat that. But you can pop it. You basically take a brown paper microwave. That turns into that. It does. Kernels. Its sorghum and its got a lot of fiber. Protein. Its good. Its like popcorn. You donont he the little kernels. Its my you use it a porridge as welell and eat it for breakfast, packed with fiber and protein. Cayenne pepper could potentially help burn fat and nutritionanal yeast, b12, energy. I want to get to this. Last year we were spiralizing everything. Th year basically were protofying. This is chickpea pasta. I knew it. So its got a lot of protein. Look how its the main event.
