Promptly efficient and who cares if someone clicks on it and they they buy some gold from almighty Gold dot com You get a commission you little motivation Hey somebody bought some gold from your link today almighty gold. Ok my 1st guest today is the great Diane Diamond It's I examine on the show years ago the name a show was called the Be Careful Who You Love by Diane Dimond very very popular show again so it's both negative and positive reaction from that show when I saw you know if you don't know don't have that this is a really really passionate topic and people and certain sites Dion's I mean are you there I'm here ready to talk about Michael Jackson thank you so much for coming back I really enjoyed. Your with but for people who don't know Diane Dimond who is named and well I'm I'm a veteran reporter always mostly been focused on crime and justice issues I started my career in Albuquerque New Mexico at a radio station went to Washington d.c. Worked for National Public Radio I got into t.v. In New York and for him purposes of this conversation I guess people might remember me from the old t.v. Show Hard Copy which is where I 1st broke the story of Michael Jackson. I do is to get you connected to court t.v. Always you know court t v Yeah well that was when when his criminal trial occurred in 2005 I was working for court t.v. And we did it you know pretty much live cameras weren't allowed in the courtroom them but between me and my my colleague Savannah Guthrie who's now on the Today show I would sit in the court for an hour and a half and then come out and tell everybody what I just heard and she would go in for an hour and a half and we'd sort of jockey back and forth for the whole show it was more than 5 months because you can die and Simon and her website Diane Diamond Dot Com and Diamond I am a Wendy and I did the new book The updates of this book the book is The book is called Be Careful Who You Love. And that is the update an audio version only since I guess all the more recent developments are you can also count the should write a column created by a syndicate column Creators Syndicate is my distributor and it comes to once a week I write about a broad range of crime and justice issues not just Michael Jackson Ok so what's news and less when we talk with Michael Jackson. Well you know it used to be Ed when I 1st broke this story and I'm going to date myself now back in 1903 I 1st started reporting on Michael Jackson and the fact that cops were looking at him for it's possible to hire molestation charges I have been frankly under attack from the Jackson fans who say he couldn't possibly have done this well now we flash forward to 2001 teen I'm thinking that many of the people listening to this program probably saw the h.b.o. Documentary finding leaving Neverland with the name of it and on that 2 young men came forward to say as young people we spent a lot of time with Michael Jackson and he molested us for years and years and years and they explained why they hadn't come forward and talked about that until now you know we know from the the Catholic Church scandal for example that especially boys they don't come forward and talk about their molestation it's like a manhood thing and they just don't reveal right away and sometimes they never reveal so after the the leading Neverland documentary aired on h.b.o. I was again attacked by the Jackson fans even though I had nothing to do with that documentary I'm the one who 1st started this story ball rolling. I've seen a big sea change over all that time in the beginning nobody wanted to believe that this could possibly be true. That was $93.00 in 2003 I found out there was a 2nd to choose or there was going to be a trial and I was the only one standing outside Neverland November 2003 watching the the vehicles are roll into Neverland to to search it for clues I covered the trial in 2005 and still there were a lot of people who said this is. Crazy Michael Jackson could never molest a child he loved his children well then that documentary hit on h.b.o. And people heard from the horse's mouth so to speak from Jimmy save Chuck and Wade Robson and they just scribed what they said happened to them at the hands of Michael Jackson and now suddenly here we are where people are not coming up to me and saying oh my gosh do you think he really did it now they're saying oh my gosh I see now he really did it and you know I don't know what to say to them because I'm a reporter I'm just I report the facts as I can find them and confirm them and I thought for a long time he was a pedophile you know you took the words right out of window because. Or with time you've been reporting facts but leaving Neverland with a lot of emotion that's a good way to put it now actually it was wasn't it so emotional I found myself watching it with my husband who was also in the news business and looking over at him and just I was just repaying because his story of these 2 boys who really didn't know each other at the time that this was happening and how their families had been also seduced by the glamour and the glitz and the travel and the gifts and the Neverland zoo and all of the magnificent things that came with being friends with Michael Jackson and now they realize how they were used or they say now they realize that they were used manipulated by a man that just really wanted to get at their little boy you know what do you think of the people who say why blame the parents. Yeah you know I hear that a lot and of course that's a parent's job is to protect their child I'm a parent I get that but you know I dedicate one chapter in the book I think it's Chapter 9 to a man named Ken Lanning and can landing is the former f.b.i. Agent who wrote the profile of a pedophile for the f.b.i. And he told me long ago that you know you need to understand that a pedophiles in tire world revolves around searching for pray that I mean they may have a job and they you know may be a church going guy pay their taxes upstanding member of the community and all that but in the back of their mind they are the most personable canny criminals that you will ever meet because the thing that motivates them it's finding another child and when they do that they 1st seduce the parent into trusting them and once the parent trusts them more than they have an avenue to the child so once I understood that concept I got it more do I blame the parents for allowing their little 789 year old boys to travel around the world alone with Michael Jackson young I kind of blame them they knew they were sleeping together Jordie Chandler smothered the 1st young accuser that they knew that they were sleeping in the same bed together and they allowed it there's a part of me and I just can't reconcile that I would never ever have allowed my child to do that area and by the way to back to Jordy Chandler. Where she knew it was worth more homes with a $1200.00 square foot home and Michael Jackson and the little boy in the bedroom the mother would bring a plate of food to the door the top of your pool food and music are. Well sort of like that yeah I mean his his mother and dad were separated and mom had remarried but then she was separated from that husband so Jordy would go from his mother's house to his father's house and yes he spent the night with Jordi flipping in the same lower bunk bed. In the house with the boy and his parent his father for example I got a hold of his a log his journal diary sort of speak and he talks about walking in and watching Michael Jackson spurning his young son then about 8 or 9 years old and the bottom bunk of the bed he said but I don't want to wake him up really she didn't want to wake him up I would have been screaming my head off get your hand off my child's crotch which is what he said he found so you know again in my head I understand what Agent landing was talking about that the parents are seduced 1st but in my heart I think that can never happen to me just recently I went back and I read the grand jury report in Pennsylvania but the Catholic Church and Europe were right that they are focused 24 I don't you know they had time to do anything else well you know and that's so important and you know I haven't just covered the Michael Jackson case I covered the Jerry Sandusky case and I've covered lots of child molestation cases and they all have the same m.o. You know if you're a preferential pedophile that's what they call them preferential pedophile you're a man. Someone could put a beautiful voluptuous young woman right in front of you or a little boy or little girl and you would choose the child every time because your preference is a child and it just it sounds so sick to me but there are people like this walking among us of the you say that you covered all the case with Sandusky. It is an interesting aspect of this thing with that give you know family or you know argue the family are visa or reasons a family get it may be a better view than now where Michael Jackson called his good friend Chris Tucker to take his private plane and the you know movie theater over it and then later on we think with Tucker and Jeff we have to play well Mike is that what you will we're all to or talking about sex with under-age kids aren't way they you know look I lived in Hollywood for a long time most of the ninety's and I could never prove it but I could tell you I heard lots and lots and lots of people come forward to say I was a child there is a ring of Hollywood producers and movie makers and actors and famous people down to the photographers that take the head shots of the kids and the kids that want to be actors. That past children around you know it's it's an ugly subject and we don't want to think about it and especially nobody wanted to think about it when I 1st reported it in 1903 now I think we're starting to understand more you know what the Catholic Church scandal and other others stories that have come forward and we're we're getting it we're understanding more that the manipulations and the dynamics of it you know pedophile doesn't go in and target a kid that lives and then Ozzie and Harriet family he or she target because they're female pedophiles too they target a kid who comes from a broken family or a family with drug abuse or alcohol abuse in it a kid whose parents work all the time and he's left alone or she's left alone so you know they we're beginning as a society to understand that a this happens more often than we want to understand or want to think and number 2 that there's a real psychological manipulation going on here of not only the parents and the children but all of us into thinking Oh he's just a nice guy or she's just a nice lady you know I'll tell you I I look back and I think of all the opportunities that could have been for the media to say and I'm thinking in the ninety's and the 2000 hate who were all those kids traveling with Michael Jackson why are they all dressed like Michael Jackson why are they always the boys where are their parents and the media didn't do that the media just lapped up the the spin you know hey he's going to buy the Elephant Man bones or hey you know he sleeps in a hyperbaric chamber he's got a he's got a chimpanzee named Bubbles and we never bothered to ask the other questions. I'm kind of ashamed of my of my colleagues and myself for not waking up to this if the thinking was that that's the you know that's what this was in 2015 but I always go back to that Oprah Winfrey interview with Michael Jackson where they're in the movie theater and he's trying to explain away why there's a children's big in the middle of the movie theater yet I think you're not going to do it with 3 sick children Yeah yeah the minute I saw that I'm saying what no you're kidding it's impossible. And you know what I remember about that interview and I remember Oprah Winfrey there sitting at Neverland and she started asking him about girlfriends so I'll come on you got to have a girlfriend and all the lights went out to remember that no I don't like him but he just pulled a breaker or something and all the lights went out and you hear Oprah say something like well it's a live television. We'll be right back and then when they come back from the commercial break the lights are on and she never gets back to the girlfriend question because who walks out the back of the room a little bit Taylor Oh object so that just gets changed entirely you know and I kept thinking oh Oprah go back to the girlfriend question come on and she never did but I want to go back and watch that again when I say you know what about people say well Michael Jackson died in the I mean you're so cynical What about what you have you never had a childhood he and this is that he's acted out what it was used Studio 54 and all that. Well but you know the honest truth is he never did have a childhood and the childhood that he had was horrible on his father I write about it in the book his father when he was a little kid I mean like 09 or 10 he scooped up those sons and he put them on the chitlin circuit in the nightclubs the sleazy slimy nightclubs and had them perform so that they could get known and become famous and who was the most talented Michael Michael was the wallet for that family or he still the wallet for that family even though he's dead his estate and so you know I agree he didn't have a childhood he had a terrible terrible time growing up lived with his family until he was in his thirty's and finally again I write this will incident in the book he he decides he's got to get out of their place in Haven Hurst they all live in this kind of mansion together and he buys this ranch called Neverland you know hour and a half north and he doesn't tell anybody and his parents find out why he hasn't been around lately they think he's traveling or something now he's bought himself a ranch or they find out by watching Entertainment Tonight. That's how they find out that Michael has finally cut the apron strings and he goes up to this secluded ranch and of course we know what he made of that he made it a children's paradise that reminds you of one thing that one of those detractors from leaving Neverland they they will George and Rob Robson can't be correct as he said he was wrong building them up with that in the train station and the train station where the both were after this period of time you would think that I have I have no use for people who aren't took quite following that on the h.b.o. Documentary that came out earlier this year Jim you say truck Wade Robson are talking about the years they were molested by Jackson and Jimmy say Chuck makes the statement that. I was molested all all over Neverland and I'm I may not quote him exactly but like in the bedroom in the theater at the zoo in the train station blah blah blah it went on until I was 14 years old well after that documentary now everybody's fact checking it and it turns out that the train station this big thing with the upstairs room and the trestles and all of that it wasn't completed until safe Chuck was about 16 so it's like oh well I must be lying about everything because that doesn't check out when you go back to the documentary and you see that there is a picture of Jimmy's take took at Neverland and with the train station and the big trestle building behind him. So he then well the producer of the documentary then made the correction that you know what the molestation went on longer than he admitted it didn't and when he was 14 it ended when he was 16 so you know it took for me that's a fine point there are some molestation victims who remember everything that they remember the texture of the bedspread the color of the walls what the drapes looked like they remember everything and then there are some they can't tell you the date something happened well when you're 8 years old you remember the date do you remember that it was July 14th 2001 No they don't remember every single little thing it's a trauma to be molested so did I make a lot of that I thought it was interesting to point out that he may have been not telling the truth on that but in the scheme of things I thought doesn't really matter doesn't really matter if it was a picture of him with that same building in the background so obviously he was there you know part of the reaction to trauma is to forget you know your body cause you think it is a traumatic event where you know what about the people to talk about with Toya Jackson though it is worthwhile at 1st she said she suspected had been asked to change her mind yeah yeah yeah you know the Jackson family is such an interesting dynamic to watch they have since their kids learned how to spin things to the best public relations way of looking at things and so they all had it ingrained in them that this is how you present yourself we need to be successful this is how we make our money don't tell any of the dirty family secrets don't tell that the oldest daughter or e.p. Actually filed a police report against her own father for molesting her way back in Gary Indiana or she nobody talk about that. So what Tony a grows up and she marries a guy named Jack Gordon and Jack Gordon was her manager and she married him much older than she was and he gave her he told he once told me he said you know what I did with Latoya I gave her permission to tell the truth so the allegations come out against her most famous brother Michael and she goes I think it was on m.t.v. And then the Daily Mail or something like that couple of interviews and she said these allegations are true I have seen the big checks with a lot of zeros at the end of them that my brother has written to the family of these boys we we need to keep him away from young boys blah blah and he just what she said she said she was telling the truth well then her family comes down on her like a ton of bricks and she comes back over several weeks later and says oh yeah Jack made me say that it wasn't true so what do you make of that Ed was she telling the truth in the beginning or was she lying or is she lying when she said Jack made her do it. I can ask Jack because Jack's did it show any character so we've all been a lot of. Pimping I guess you'd call it right at the massage parlor the place the bomb or the Harry Reid car or part of. It was quite a character it was quite a character he would you know he's got a go at me and went hey I want to write a book I said well you know good luck with that Jack because I'm not the one to help you with that you know but typical of the people it's room the Jackson family you've got a new. You know you hit the nail on the head when you look at the people that surrounded say Michael Jackson at the end you know in the beginning he had some really good people around him and then I believe as his addictions took over drug alcohol cosmetic surgery he started of firing all the people who had served him well over the years his p.r. Guy Bob Jones his head of security trying to think his name right now oh gosh it'll come to me fired him outright and he began to surround himself with people who just did him no good at all and were just in it for the money so they could say I work for Michael Jackson if you want to talk to him put 10000 dollars in my hand and I'll put you in the same room you know he he when you look back know he just didn't have the capacity to make good decisions number one because he was addicted to substances but number 2 and maybe more importantly his father had made all the decisions for him over the years. You know it was his dad who told him what to do forever and Jackson was a pretty good astute businessman when it came to buying music catalogues and and you know producing albums but and they ended he just surrounded himself with a really on the helpful people was sad you know if you want people that will look the other way what you're doing and that judge you build that kind of people you know fine yeah and you know every time I interviewed somebody going back to that 93 . Maids or limo drivers people who work in his kitchen wardrobe people groundskeepers and they would tell me the stories about him foundling little boys and French kid you know I was like why didn't you go to the police did you ever tell law enforcement and they all look at you and shrug their shoulders and say who would believe me you know I'm just a maid I just drive his car he's Michael Jackson they're not going to believe me and besides I need the job you know so. I want to blame the pedophile but I also blame the people around him that didn't stop him and the lawyers who signed all these nondisclosure agreements with families so that nobody ever really knew what the truth was in more little boys came into his sphere. In the program this is running around doing payoffs I know people wrestle with room I've been through in the public I know he had said Jenny a lot of people's opinion on if he had said that the wall Michael Jackson done things for worth the molesting little boys and he said it again when he just got out of prison right before going to prison what do you make that what you think it is. I think it's molesting multiple children and I think that Anthony Pellicano understood that in the end that's why he stopped working for Jackson because as the father I think he has 9 kids. He understood I don't want to even be associated with this how do I know for sure now I don't Anthony Pellicano is you know he's straight out of Chicago p.e.i. New war film he's young drives around with a baseball bat in his trunk and he's you know the big p I to the stars and he's never going to tell the truth he says but then he drops a bomb like that and it made me sit up and realize he was harassing me he had me under surveillance he made my life miserable but in the end he got it he understood and he stopped working for Jack. But I want to thank Dan Hanks for putting this together for us and what is the. Real real good guy Mr. Love the guy who used to be my p.i. You think is a great guy you know what I have a guest on like Diane time and I get excited I start bouncing around I like to do things in chronological order but I get excited now you know and she's been so kind . As a thank you so much that now before 93 and i told us I'm going to show I think that's all just my experience a friend of mine worked with one of the tours with the one with Al Sharpton and Michael Frances did you have oh yes well what you hear but that's who are. Well I don't remember you mentioning that long ago so nothing confirming that. No no I'm going to work I can't confirm I'm a formal guy there and the camera now was in your notes you said moreover he thought with the main with the story with him. Oh Vinnie Amen was on Team Jackson when the last accuser came forward to we're talking in 2003 in fact of any Amen was an unindicted coconspirator when the indictment came down against Michael Jackson 14 counts of child molestation and all these associates of yours helped to cover up the child molestation of any Aman is one of them and in the 4 new chapters I write I have a conversation with Vinnie about the panic that was going on within team Jackson when this latest accuser Gatlin 12 year old cancer patient Gavin r.v. So was discovered Here's the quick back story Michael Jackson is accused of child molestation in 1993 in 2310 years later you know he's kind of under the radar his career is gone nowhere in 2003 a documentary comes out in Britain and then it plays over here with a guy named Martin Bashir and Martin Bashir has been given all this access to Michael Jackson's daily life because Jackson wants to reinvent himself he wants to rebuild brand himself as a child ambasador of the world and so Bashir gets like 78 months of unfettered access to Jackson Well Bashir starts to figure out this is kind of weird there's always these little boys around what's going on and he's about ready to spill the deep dark secrets. And Jackson's team decides to come have Bashir come to Neverland one more time for a clear the air sort of interview and they're sitting on the couch with Michael Jackson is this young survivor of cancer Gavin or Visa Gavin testified at the trial Jackson pulls me in the kitchen and he says hey listen you want to be an actor right yeah he said this is an audition you tell this Bashir guy that nothing bad ever happened to you here at Neverland Ok so that takes place Gavin put his head on Jackson's shoulder he talks about sleeping in bed with him but nothing ever happened there holding hands on the couch well who's watching that documentary but the district attorney from Santa Barbara and he says Who the heck is this kid who's been at Neverland sleeping in a bed with him again what's going on so the whole allegations starts again and team Jackson panics when Martin Bashir documentary is a aired both in the u.k. And here in America Vinnie Amen was part of Team Jackson and it was testified to in court and more recently in my brand new chapters in the audio book Vinnie tells me his side of the story he tells me about the panic inside the camp how they've got to get this family and keep them away from the media keep them away from the police check them kids out of school Gavin had a couple sister brother sister. Close up their apartment put everything in storage get them visas and passports and get them out of the country and Vinnie Amen was in charge of all that. He's the one who got the passports he's the one who checked the kids out of school he's the one he's the one and so recently I got him to open up to me and I write a whole chapter about how his version of events and the bottom line to it is he said you know I just did what they told me to do they told me to drive the mother in the kids around and get them these things and he said I kept asking Gavin are these holes mother is everything Ok I do you are you worried that something bad has happened to your son and he said she would never answer me she just would look at me and say you don't understand he said I was ready to drive her to the police department if she wanted to but she never asked me for help so it's kind of Who do you believe you know was was he doing what he was told to do by a panicked team Jackson by the way led by one Mr Mark could Gary guess he was the attorney at the time and if any tells me that Mark Geragos was the one making the plans to get this this of family out of the way. Or do we believe any who said you know I was just doing what I was told they told me to get him passports and I did it and I didn't think there isn't anything bad happening so it's just a fascinating study of damage control and I know you know all about that it's I think they're going to read this this is a little bit. You know he just has he turned you think through you know what with what would motivate him to corporate with you just well you know 1st of all we discover we live about 30 minutes from each other Ok and he is all grown up now he has 2 young sons of his own and I think as he looks back at this and as he watched the h.b.o. Documentary The 10 year anniversary of Jackson's death I think I got the feeling talking to Vinny men he just wanted to set the record straight I may have been following orders they may have been bad orders but I didn't have any malice in my heart. And now if you say will do you think that Jack Michael Jackson was trying to cover up some bad behavior I think he would agree with that I think he's he wants to atone for anything wrong he may have done back then and you thought of you before but the jurors the jury of many you say now that they would have convicted you you've done about that because you've got you there. Well yeah I went back and I really studied what the jurors have said since the trial I talked to 2 of them personally and 2 others have been quoted as saying well we think now that Michael Jackson was a pedophile. Well really. How come you voted the other way and what I discovered was all 4 of these jurors say that in deliberations the foreman of the jury. Has spent man Rodrigues I can because his name. The foreman of the jury in deliberations was under the misconception and kept pressing them that they could not vote guilty just on testimony alone he kept telling all the jurors during deliberations no no you have to have a smoking gun you have to have a video or an eyewitness or you have to have a medical report saying that the kid had. You know some sort of damage done to his body you can't just convict on testimony Well Ed That's ridiculous of course you can convict on testimony you know there were there were there was so much testimony at that trial against Jackson by young men who said I was molested or by their mothers who say my son was molested that the evidence was overwhelming but they said they say now that jury foreman Mr acted the negotiations the deliberations and so that they had no choice but to vote not guilty when you look at the the level of the thank you and that is the operations that I had going on at that time he thought I had public on a right. At what time I think telecomm know quit well before the trial because he worked on the Chandler case back in the ninety's because there's no program to have the ability to wiretap people remote what I mean is that just fascinated at people you know it's just. Beyond your imagination you know but you also you know well you know I'm I know without a doubt that my phone was tapped at hard copy I mean I set a trap with my husband one day and it came right back to me the information came right back to me that I had privately said to my husband on the phone that at work so was it Pelecanos who did it well I can't prove that but who was the surveillance expert it was polka No you know really sophisticated levels of you know that I've come into contact with but even you hear during the trial though that there were reporters with reporters that hang up and find little digital recorder there so just imagine you know what of that the supports that you would need to go through and with until these recordings you need this is a big difference operation and then flying that it's you know. It's a victim out of town and down to Brazil you know oh yeah yeah it's a little it was just Ok they're inconvenient to have running around let's just send them off to Brazil and get this they wanted to send this mother not at this point she's divorced her husband who's been a miserable guy for years and beaten her for years so it's a mother and 3 kids and they're going to put him in Brazil on one way ticket. Or they're going to just dump him there I mean that's what that's what the testimony indicated at the trial and by the way you asked me about Zanny Amen and the reporter notebooks this is another revelation in the new chapters that I've written that are on the audio book by the way it's you can get it on Amazon dot com. The. Coincidentally Vinnie Amen in his search for I guess we could say redemption. Is on the internet one day and he discovers that there's a juror from the Jackson trial that has his trial notebooks 6 of them up for sale on e Bay and then he goes what wait a minute I thought they took the juror No books while they do the court will take the jury notebooks of those jurors who voted for either acquittal or conviction and destroy them well this juror was an alternate juror and the court never collected their their notebooks and I remember this guy this guy took incredibly good notes I mean like a reporter would take and so then he bought the books on e Bay He bought the books he bought the pens but the court had given them to take notes with he got the jurors bad that he had to wear in court every day and he got the certificate that the judge gave to the juror you know thank you for your service kind of thing so then he let me look at all of those and they were very very regulatory. It was it was clear to me that he was not buying anything this little boy said or his brother or his mother the way he kept his notes it was like this kid is being very quiet I don't like the way he's answering he won't look at the defense attorney here and he wrote down a lot of negative things about Gavin or visa which I just thought were not very fair if this was indeed a victimized surviving cancer patient in front of him he should have had a more open mind and a more compassionate heart but from the get go he just didn't didn't believe the kid didn't believe the mother believed Jackson's attorney that this. Family was just in it for the money and they were trying to take advantage of Michael Jackson you know the group there you know but even if you were a grifter just to get molested you know that's what you are and you're still a victim you know it doesn't matter what you think your victim is they come you know. Well boy truer words were never spoken and you know his mom and dad had done some crazy stuff they had tried to shoplift some things from j.c. Penney at one time and they ran out in the parking lot and got beaten up and then they sued j.c. Penney and but that had nothing to do with this 12 year old kid who's sitting there with his only one kidney his it's got stunted growth because he had such bad cancer he you know you can't a kid can't control what is crazy parents did and guess what kind of a family a pedophile targets it's a family with crazy parents. And people should go back and look at my little conversation with effort that Jones on that very topic I think you'll find not just about blew up but what about you know it's funny about Aphrodite she sat next to me during the trial many many days and she kept whispering loudly in my ear he's so guilty he's so guilty and it was like Aphrodite you're supposed to be unbiased years get Please don't sit near me please where were your voice and then she writes a book about how innocent Michael Jackson was it was like Oh Ok I don't really get where she's coming from but I didn't read the book and I understand she has not nice things to say about me or I don't I don't like I had met you in a grad about your fun to me trust me on that but I had her on the show and we had a little differences but I mean you know this guy many thana come around what about these other famous folks like your yellow or orange moving to talk to these kind of guys if any of these guys have had a change of heart after watching the we can never win stuff like that. Boy you ask good questions that you know they're nowhere to be found are they it's true we just have a 10 year anniversary of the King of Pop's death and even if you think Michael Jackson is guilty of child molestation you have to admit he's one of the most talented people that ever walked the face of the earth and not a peep from any of these people no Quincy Jones who made all these record breaking albums with him Stevie Wonder you know not a not a word from Diana Ross Berry Gordy nobody says a word now shut up Michael Jackson it's rough. Now Sharpton Yeah surely Bill Taylor though the rabbi here who. You know depending on what day you got a meter said nice things about Jackson or not so nice things you know the Hollywood and the music industry in the acting industry is full of lots of insincere people in my opinion the news business you know in the news business Yeah you know in journalism and publication that you're in the world of the world I feel I'm being selfish that you know I have my own question then one wouldn't mind not know a lot of I'm talking about when I got you here that there were 3 young men who were children friends of Michael Jackson 2 young boys they were from Jersey that Bob was in the music industry then when they became adults they went to work projects and you don't want talking about. I think you're talking about Fred Frankie and Eddie Cascio yet you know that their dad actually was not music business he worked for a big fancy fancy hotel in Manhattan where Jackson used to stay and Jackson told his. Father I think his name was although I kept members her saying But anyway Mr Cathy a senior told Jackson one time when he checked into the Helmsley palace Oh my sons will love you and Jackson said I'd like to meet them so he did and in the ensuing years Jackson. I have not confirmed this but the story is that Jackson gave Mr Cascio money to open up a restaurant in New Jersey it's out here in Franklin likes New Jersey and I visited it one time and there on the walls were the pictures of these 2 sons of his with Michael Jackson. Now why did I go there I'll tell you why in 1903 August we break the story that Michael Jackson's wanted for questioning as possibly being a child molester he leaves town because he's going on a tour the I think it was the Dangerous Tour the bed tour one of the tours and he's in Mexico so we get in video footage from Mexico where there's Michael Jackson you walk in m. Street and he's walking down the street with 2 little boys and they have a black for door is on just like Jackson does and they have red jackets on just like Jackson does and then I notice one of the little boys has a T.-Shirt underneath and I said to the video editor to zoom in on that and it said all those restaurant freak prank women Lakes New Jersey now I'm in California I get on a plane I go to Franklin Lakes New Jersey and I go into the restaurant and they're on the hallway leading back to the bathrooms are all these photographs of these 2 boys with Michael Jackson so I asked the waitress behind the bar what to what what's up here only as she said the owner that's his kids and he's all he's at home over here on such and such a street. So I went over to check from such a street rang the front door bell and talked to the mother and father of Frankie and Eddie Cascio And I said Are your boys alone with Michael Jackson in Mexico do you understand that he's just been the allegation against him and they said oh yeah no they travel with him all the time everything's fine no problem and until the day Michael Jackson died Frankie Castillo worked with him Frank Cascio is the one who convinced his friend from school Vincent Amen Vinnie Amen to come out to California to work for Jackson. That's why I recognize the name. If they don't it's all tied in together and it's you know it's kind of like the Epstein thing you know I know you you work for me can you recruit some other people to come to Neverland can you know any other little boys same sort of thing that Epstein did with the girls you know I hope you know I would listen I can appreciate the memo to work involved in something like that if you teach your hop on a plane you don't well you know but it's just it's not something she's referring to you up up up up with this is a lot of work and is a full time job is no one think you for saying that because you know the Jackson fans think I sit at home and I make this stuff up and you know what it takes that just goes to leather to go out and talk to people and understand and look at the evidence yourself and put $2.00 and $2.00 together and you know gee it's you know look up it could be a full come job. Now but we're out of time I gotta beg you to come back now but what do you want to leave us with oh I want to leave it with your listeners to understand that a pedophile can be anybody anywhere at any time and if you have children if you have grandchildren Don't be stupid and think to yourself oh that guy wants to take the kid and you know let's go camping overnight it's Ok he's a great guy. Question everything because pedophiles are great guy and they're great gal and then they do really bad things to your children so I don't want people to open their eyes to understand you couldn't have had a bad childhood you couldn't give a lot of money to charity you can do really good work for children and still be a molester So let's just keep our kids safe that's the bottom line Diane Dimond thank you so much anything you want to promote want to come on the show you have an open door here you're welcome to come back anytime I'm going to negative come back of course but the audiobook is Be Careful Who You Love Creators Syndicate column and she got a podcast Stephen after that and I guess that's about it Diane Diamond Dot com Hey thanks and anytime you want me you give me a call I'll come back and I will be that's going to go to you directly.
