What was the nature of the contacts prior to the disappearance and death. And why was he arrested at this Oakland Hotel on may 9th, only to be released as little as 34 days later, less than two months before the night that she disappeared. Evidence was developed that they were seen later that evening. There are documents that could should more light on this are sealed. Thats because the investigation of the death are still in the hands of oakland police. No indication as to when the case might be handed over to the district attorneys office.
