And other Republicans have been I think doing a decent job at getting the word out there but also during the questioning doing a great cross-examination of the witnesses and tearing everything down it's great I think it's I think they've done a good job. And I don't know why you would I don't have anything personally against Giuliani I just think it's a horrible idea and I think he does a horrible job when he's sitting there you know whether it's on Fox News or anywhere else and doing an interview there's no point in doing an interview in fact I think it kind of crosses the line there's not a legal line that across is but frankly one of my standards would be especially if you're a sitting president you know Colin and in the days you know leading up to trump becoming president that's one thing but if your a sitting president. How is it that I even know the Giuliani as his lawyer My point being is that I wouldn't even I won't want my personal attorney involved in anything else but putting my case together or defense together or looking after my legal matters and that's it and the only person you talk to is the president or or somebody that he has designated for that purpose so on the president he kept tell us attorney he's pain as attorney up he can tell us attorney what to do doesn't so we've said this from the beginning you know why are you letting him go on t.v. I mean so part of his contract or something no it's if the president said no media interviews that would be the case that's that's the border that's the directive because the lawyer has to follow that direct we released statements. You know again you can release a statement or if there is a case brought actually brought to the president you could release a statement again that has to be approved through the client but other than that you're not the spokesperson for the president. You're not if there were an ongoing case and they were in court. Then you might expect him to stand up at a podium outside the courtroom or whatever and talk to the media for a minute or 2 but frankly with a sitting president I wouldn't even want that I mean it's not going to happen because there are there's going to be a case brought But there if you're a sitting president you don't let your lawyer do anything except work for you that's it I don't care if it's Giuliani somebody that's already famous I don't care if your lawyer has to be defending himself. You've got to you've got a problem. If my lawyer if I got a lawyer for whatever reason I don't know why I would have a lawyer but if I had a if I had a lawyer. And he was having defend himself. He would be my lawyer then he's doing exactly that be it be over right because inevitably he'll do an interview Giuliani has done this couple times and then all of a sudden you have to go correct himself or issue some kind of. Clarification on Fox News the next morning. No absolutely not. The moment that that happened it would be over Sorry but you've got to go and over all your your files to my new attorney. And we're done it sounded like over the weekend again this could be just the media what the the way the media is writing it but some of the words came from Giuliani himself they were quotes. It sounds like he might suspect he's going to you might think is he going to be fired so. Just a gut feeling just from the words he was. Criticized Giuliani This isn't just today you know how long does this go back to the 1st time that he appeared on you know whatever it was I think it was Fox News and you know he botched it. Again you don't let your personal attorney if you're a sitting president do that your personal attorney never becomes the news right ever and if they do become the news. Then it's time to either put the reigns on. Because remember when as we've talked about before there is a case for them to defend themselves for going to the Ukraine because he was Trump's personal lawyer you put out his statement. You put you don't need to go on and be arguing on t.v. You put out a statement there is no debate right we were his lawyers. We defended him we defended him aggressively from the accusations and we followed the evidence and facts you don't even get specific on it you wait for that or if you ever have to go to court you don't bring up anything that's unnecessary. In fact you don't bring up anything related to the to the defending of your client or the representation of your client or working for your your client to you have to in course you make your case in court. You can make your general case to the public but you don't become the story no ever. And Giuliani has become that when your attorney becomes a story you fire him. Well. Again. Because think about all the aspects that involve Giuliani and this whole thing on necessarily. End we said. Perfectly good reason for Giuliani to be traveling and finding out whatever he could about what happened in building a case for the president and defending the president he's his attorney you go and you find the facts you're on a fact finding mission no problem what the media thinks about that shouldn't be an issue who cares what they think about it. If there's some kind of wrongdoing on the part of your attorney or they suspect it and great let them bring the charges until then let him do his work and assure everyone on your legal team that they are not to talk to the media. It's not hard it is somebody tell me who George w. Bush's personal attorney wants Barack Obama's personal attorney tell me who it was . Exactly. So I'm just shaking my head over that but again. He hired him right and he kept them there I mean he's allowed them right she gave doing this right right. Can't you can't do that any longer you can't allow that to go on much longer I mean it sounded like Giuliani may know that his time has come I don't know that to be the case I don't know any information there but based on his words over the weekend what he was saying sounds like he believes he's going to be fired even if it's not the case he might think there's a good possibility he will be probably within a couple of weeks of him being hired as his attorney is to get him off t.v. But now it's to the point of the point of no return right. I'm concerned you either take him off t.v. Keep him you know keep him as one of your lawyers but bring in another firm to do public relations for you yes I mean it's. Yeah I mean that's where the speculation came that not only was he the leaker of the whistleblower he's the whistleblower I mean you look at the line of questioning with Jim Jordan and then Jim Jordan looking essentially at the chairman at Adam Schiff saying wait a minute you know why did you stop me why can I ask him who the 2nd person is that he told he's testified that he doesn't know the identity of the whistleblower you have said nobody believes you but you said you don't know the identity of the whistleblower but. Yet I can't ask him about the 2nd person. That was clear right there to me that that 2nd person is either the whistleblower or connected to the whistleblower and even we included the theory that then man would be the original was whistleblower who told the person that went out of the ship's office right so he would be whistleblower to who was right who exactly are leaker one number one the original leader the person who had firsthand knowledge of the of the events right so and the point that was being made was will of neither of you know who the whistleblower is how can you stop him from talking about what department he had told somebody if that's not the whistleblower Why are you concerned with that but you wouldn't know and in fact you would allow any names to be put out because you don't know what the whistleblower might be so anybody even might have a how do we know Ken's not the whistleblower right I mean if they go to trial in the if they do go to trial in the Senate if they the House moves to impeach and they go to trial in the Senate what I would do a fire were a Republican on the committee is I would set my questions up based on the reports about that whistleblower and not refer to the reports but asked them and in that case. Specific questions that would draw them closer or would at least help to support that theory because the one thing well we should back up the one thing that may not happen in the Senate is that the whistleblowers afforded that kind of protection now again we'll see how far they go with it but. You look at what Lindsey Graham has said and he has said look we don't believe this person qualifies as well only because they don't.
