Or n. Everywhere happen we get it. Here more than winning through ever exciting increasingly popular growing by leaps and bounds Rush Limbaugh program in a white way. Cumulative audience of 27000000. Capitalism. Makes that possible. Seriously folks great to have you here it always is tell the whole number if you want to be on the program as a number 282282 you know I. Call with the 27 year old young man from Ithaca mag makes me long for the days where people like that called in frequently some of the most invigorating and rewarding exchanges on this program are when young people call in and you have a chance. To. Make inroads in how they've been taught and what they have been led to believe and where Mack was coming from is classic it's classic Marxism. I don't know if he's aware of that it doesn't matter if he's up to speed on that or not it's the substance of it that is of importance Here's a man 27 years old and he's was a nice guy I mean identified as a leftist who wants to be called a leftist and he thinks in 1980 use saw the United States near ruin it wasn't even alive then so he only knows of the 1980 s. What he's been told and maybe what he's seen the hand movies and television shows and there's no way that he could understand that the 1980s led to one of the greatest 20 year economic booms this country has ever seen he doesn't know it because the left cannot allow for that to be realized the left has been revising the history of the eighty's since before the eighty's ended they have been mischaracterizing the eighty's as trickle down economics didn't work and what is trickle down economics trickle down economics what the left teaches young people like Mack is that we experiment a we gave the rich all the tax cuts and the theory was that those tax cuts and that would lead to more money for the rich in that they would share the money and they would spread the wealth or give it away or whatever and that would cause everybody to do well well it did trickle down economics is economics that's exactly what commerce is it isn't taught that way of course. Remember back in the ninety's bunch of Democrats decided to tax luxury items including yachts they figured it was not fair that some people can afford yachts and so since they could we're going to tax the hell out of yachts at the point of sale because it's not fair we need to collect revenue from all of this what happened was that the people who actually build the yachts lost their jobs because people stopped buying them which meant that there was no need for yacht builders but on paper man it really looked compassionate we were going to punish those yacht purchasers because they had the money and it wasn't fair and that somehow is going to benefit everybody somehow taking money away from people is seen as the magic elixir isn't it the left the thinks the more we take money away from people the better off people are going to be the math doesn't work out they tell the left they tell young people that trickle down economics doesn't work because the poor are never see any benefit the rich get all the tax cuts and then a horde the money and they keep the money and they do nothing but get richer with it and of course no greater distortion of what happened in the eighty's could be than that and here's why it works Marxism has since its outset been built on the very real disparity that exists in the in not just capitalism but everywhere there's disparity everywhere people are different people earn different amounts of money people have different standards of living people have more possessions than others different kinds of possessions people have different material lives than other people do. And Marxism capitalized on this disparity by calling it immoral and unfair that it was not fair not right that some should have so much and others shouldn't and the disparity with young impressionable minds works every time and strive because it's rooted in the idea of fairness or unfairness depending on how you choose to look at it and since the United States has always been a capitalist system this disparity this inequality this lack of sameness this lack of fairness has been blamed on capitalism the very system under which people live when in fact the disparities that exist in any culture exist because of the differences in people there are differences in ambition there are differences in capabilities there are differences in intelligence No 2 human beings are the same because no 2 souls are the same no 2 human beings having identical skill set never will never have these disparities are as much a part of nature and creation as is anything else but the Marxists of come along and they have taken these disparities and have attached them as existing soley because of the fair nature of capitalism which captivate young minds because it is unfair that there's such great disparity that we shouldn't have so much disparate people shouldn't have so much more than others. And once the Marxists in the form of professors and teachers and movie makers once they have young skulls full of mush ensnared on this premise they pretty much own them and you never have to succeed in equalizing things primarily because you can't like I asked Matt can you point to any place in the world where a wife is better can you point to any place in the world where there's more opportunity can you point to any place in the world where there's a greater opportunity for you to live your dream than the United States and there's an immediate no answer to that because that's not the way it's taught nor looked at the United States is taught and portrayed as a very punitive place and very discriminating place and unfair place and elsewhere like Cuba the best health care system in the world and China look at all the railroads that look at all and the sameness and the lack of disparity the only way you can have. A lack of disparity is if most people are equally miserable because there is no system that mandates that can offer and deliver mass prosperity to the tune these people are talking about it because people are different it's not capitalism that creates these differences it's freedom and capitalism is rooted in freedom market economics and freedom and you have the freedom to join the union and accept the terms you have the freedom to say you know what I don't want to join a union I want to be the owner of a construction company I don't want to join a union I want to own the radio station or I want to I want to make movies I want whatever you want to do in the United States if you've got the ambition if you've got the drive. If you have the desire desire I believe 80 percent of achieving anything if you have that this is the one place in the world where you can pursue it whether you get it there are a lot of factors involved nothing is guaranteed except the opportunity to make the most of it we're all going to encounter different obstacles everybody is going to encounter somebody who's got more connections than you do everybody is going to encounter somebody that has more of something than you do you're all you're going to encounter mean people you're going to encounter people that will try to undermine you at the same time you're going to run into people want to help you you're going to run into people great mentors you're going to run into all kinds which is what opportunity is socialism leftism takes all of that away claims to also take the risk away and when the risk is removed there's no pain right and since there's no risk and no pain if you're no different than anybody else or if you're only marginally different than the way you end up is considered Ok because everybody's that way and it literally socialism communism literally kills the life blood of opportunity and energy and creativity because there is no outlet for it and yet all of those things are a natural part of human existence desire ambition. Energy creation but we all have those things in different amounts of different allocations and they change I have much different well my desires remained pretty constant but some people change their desires every year every month they want something different want something else they learn as they get older don't like what they're doing want to do something else. Nothing is constant nothing can ever be legislated or mandated to be the same but people fall for it because same means equal which means fair. The real issue. When you're looking at this parody and remember disparity is how the left hooks gullible young people. The disparity like that I guarantee you why he thinks the eighty's were a period of time in the United States being close to ruin. I know exactly why he thinks that because of what he's been told about it it was the era of homelessness and aids and wealth out the wide zoom for a select few stock market what have you. Now disparity while it's the hawk that attracts young gullible people not just young. The real measure of any economic system the real measure of any organizing governmental system. Is a survey of the vast majority of the people in a society and the United States of America wins that hands down and the has since the beginning of our creation founding. The United States of America has seen the that's majority of our population living well assigned defined as the standard of living. There is no Croatian dream there is no European Union dream. There is no Chinese communist dream except maybe to get out. But there is and always has been an American dream. And the dream is possible the dream can become real and nobody in government stifles the dream you'll run into people that will try to talk you out of it because there are negative history where but the United States standard of living. Expressed also as how are the vast majority of people in our country living. It's not about whether some have more than others because that's always going to be the case even in communism especially in communism it's passionately in socialism socialism and communism are set up so that a select few elite get most of everything. And the rest of society is equally miserable in poverty and oppression. So if you can be in the ruling party elite socialism communism you've got it made that's less than one half of 110th of a percent of the population in those countries. In the United States the vast number of people who are living well it isn't whether some have more than others. It's how is the economic system. For everybody. People in the United States of America today even after 8 years I'm Iraq Hussein Oh people in the United States of America today live better . Than people ever have. The poor in this country would be considered affluent. In most poor and poverty ravaged regions of this world the poor in this country have card to have air conditioning have a T.V.'s cell phone. Many of them don't even have to work because the welfare state provides so much of the standard of living the quality of life in the United States of America is better that people who live here live better than people ever have and it's one of the reasons why so many of us. Get literally mad. When we listen to the complaints about life in America and what it's like. Because there's no other place like this country for providing not just. Opportunity and not just equality. The United States of America provides the freedom. I should say permits allows does not constrain the freedom that we are all born with. That allows each of us to pursue whatever it is that we define and as a quality of life access to quality of life services access the quality of life products is on paralleled in the United States of America. Most societies this is what American exceptionalism really is. You get right down to it most people in most countries don't have anything approaching I'm talking about. They're always going to be wealthy and rich people in every country you go to I'm not talking about them I'm not talking about disparity I'm talking about the population at large there is no country on earth where the population at large lives anywhere nearly as well as the population of the United States nor most countries. Features societies of populations of people that just barely get by socialism leftism liberalism. Not only way doesn't respect the unique abilities of free people it tempts to question them and to eliminate them because it's on fair not only to have more than somebody else it's unfair to be better than anybody else at whatever you do that's not fair so we define everything down to the lowest common denominator we take the people of the top bring them down to people at the bottom and say that's equality we probably should achievement. Ok it's time to go to the Al Gore audio sound bites the way it's a significant portion here because we're going to go back to the archives it's anniversary show plus $1.00 and it will anniversary day plus one. And I appeared with Al Gore on Nightline all the way back in 1900 about climate change global warming 1900. 26 years ago. 25 years ago. But c.n.n. Last night did the a town hall meeting because Al Gore has got a new propaganda movie and book promoting global warming and climate change he has yet to be right about any prediction that he's made 25 years ago he said we had 10 years left and if we didn't take the necessary steps it was over and here we still are and there hasn't been any significant warming and sea levels are not rising there was even a. Guy on the c.n.n. Town hall last night that actually told Al Gore you know I've been on Chesapeake Bay all these years and nothing's happening out here will hear this in a sound bites but Al Gore happened to mention me which is why we're going to spend some time here here's what he all sound bite number one I find it buys I got a long time ago it's pretty good seek 1st understand try to figure out where the person is coming from if they're you know running an internal teleprompter with some from Fox News or Rush Limbaugh or is on the you know it may not be a time to to get an opening but if you just hang in there and try to figure out where they're coming from you sometimes can find ways to convince them but again as I said earlier I think Mother Nature is more persuasive than any of us. And I think I'm listening to Forest Gore here Forrest Gump. Every right I neglected to he was asked a question by an unidentified audience member Mr O'Gara how do we convince the skeptics that climate change is scientifically real and that's when he said well you know if you're talking to people with internal teleprompter with something from Rush Limbaugh fine knew it was maybe you don't want to work with those people you need to wait for a different kind of person different kind of opportunity. And then he said but then if you can't do that just wait for Mother Nature Mother Nature is more persuasive than any of us want to mother nature and Al Gore when he doesn't global warming lecture guarantee and it's going to snow someplace that it wouldn't generally where he goes if he's actually been kind of uncanny no. I don't want to repeat myself and relive again everything I've always said here about about climate change. Because you know all of that I just want you to be aware that the Left never lets go of this stuff they have been promising threatening warning since 19 a.v. On this and intensely since 1905 and none of it has come to pass and yet they swear by it if any Here's their trick just as Marxists use the disparity economic disparity between among people to lure them into believing in supporting socialism to get rid of the disparity the unfairness the inequality if the left can convince voters that fighting global warming is tantamount to saving lives and they position everybody as heroes. And if you listen carefully you'll note every leftist cause involves saving lives and involves Republicans and conservatives killing people in the case of climate change we deniers are going to result in people being poisoned by dirty water and dirty air because we want them to happen and people are going to die from pollution from coal whereas the left is going to save lives the left's hysteria. Over rigged computer models has a purpose they want to be seen as fighting for the survival of the human race Democrats want to be known as the sustainability party we have to remember though these are the people who created unsustainable national debt on sustainable health insurance health care unsustainable college tuition and debt on sustainable social welfare programs everything the left creates is unsustainable it can't go on everything they create will eventually implode because it can't work as they designed it nothing they do is sustainable that's the great irony but they claim to know how to sustain life as we know it all it takes is handing them control over markets handing them control over education handing of them control over private property handing them control over the climate and the environment when they control everything life on earth will continue when they don't people will die see how it works they save lives Republicans kill people so to these people to Al Gore and all the others they are our betters for read Zakaria g.p.s. The educated cosmopolitan sophisticates among us they and they alone will be able to control earth's temperature doesn't matter if the sun gets hotter or colder they will be able to accommodate they will provide us jobs or a check whichever we want they will manage everything as well as the post office the v.a. The i.r.s. And our borders. That can't be the focus we have to get back to saving the planet saving the planet is where we really will save the lives you see sustain life we have to put Bernie Sanders Hillary Clinton Maxine Waters Al Gore and Nancy Pelosi in charge of everything otherwise everybody will die and maybe throw Chuck Schumer in there they have the answers to all the problems that have ever been created all they want now is the opportunity to manage the climate they've managed health care they have managed the and retirement industry have managed college tuition they have managed education they've met all these wonderful management techniques they now want to apply. To the climate rich requires taxing everything they can see fossil fuels carbon because promising this is how you sustain life on earth is better than defending abject failure everything they have been handed control over is bottoming out everything they have been given control over is failing rather than focus on that promising to save the planet and save lives. Is preferable to having to defend their abject failure everywhere you talk about a big lie does does it get any bigger than claiming to know how to properly manage a planet's climate. You ever think about why the left does not insist on the right to control China's climate if they've got all the answers why aren't they out there trying to control every Nations climate not just ours. It's because China doesn't even to help in controlling their population they've already got that down pat nothing for the left to teach them. Back to Al Gore climate change a matter of right and wrong like civil rights you see now we're going to compare it to civil rights and racism and bigotry and eventually saving lives well it's increasing rapidly and we've seen that with all these technological don't add a minute I forgot again to give the question Anderson Cooper cue that back up at the beginning of the question here Anderson Cooper says you know you talk about solar a lot why does the u.s. Only get about one percent of its electricity right now from solar if it's so damn good well it's increasing rapidly and we've seen that with all these technological advances likeness smartphones and so forth we've seen it in politics also when I was a boy growing up a lot of the time in the south I remember when the civil rights movement was gaining momentum I'll tell you the resistance to civil rights laws was just as fierce if not more so than the resistance to solving the climate crisis but ultimately we can all me political tipping point to people realize oh it's just really a question of right and wrong you take the gay rights revolution Oh so now we're going to compare climate change the gay rights which is also comparable to civil rights which I think Al Gore's dad was a segregationist was really allegories that Southern Democrat along with j. William Fulbright these guys were opposed to the Civil Rights Act. This is how this is done. He remembers the resistance to civil rights and it's just as fierce now the resistance to solving the climate crisis put it.
