And the fact of the matter is that's what the California asked. California and these other states that are interested in. Preventing people from dissenting and the reality is that if you look at it from a strict scrutiny standpoint which is where these things ultimately go to in the law whether they're at the laws narrowly tailored to achieve a compelling government interest it's not precisely because there's no increase in public health protection achieve beyond this herd immunity levels that they argue for.
