You know of course. You know my apologize. And you have you know me again to warm up for the Dr coming up at the end of the. Great time of the podcast and part of the reason the Bob cast Yeah the part of the reason it's so fun is that we cover you know certain subjects but it's done with it's funny it moves forward we deal with facts we're not making a fake news deal with the fact of the day and for to this particular one was about . Stormy Daniels and it was it was just a great pleasure to be on the show with you and you know one thing I know about you you've lived a life you've seen a lot of things and I wanted to tell Bob look. The president's crew I really truly don't I don't I don't care where his moral compass is I care where his pocketbook is and if he's screwing the American public. Tish silence women I care about that we talked about that. And that's that we got most of the common. People saying you know. President's got to do what he wants to but the idea of painting this $130000.00 which was the election really got him up in there right I mean you know the other question somebody asked. To you was doing and how do you why do you say which guy alone. Works for clean air why does he have to take a loan out. And doesn't pay. Doesn't make and he said That's right yeah I thought about that and does a great point yeah you got smart listeners on your bobcats Obviously Bob I guess well you know next week I'm the boss that will doctor on the good Bob. Is that I'm going to tell you about a story I've never told anybody about my run in with Michael Cohn Oh wow and and Trump. After time. After he had some of the similar qualities of. The way he dealt with. The difference was that when I asked placements of the story I said at the end if this is the correct. Well. I did play topless at the top of one of our. Shows and I could get some good I like was that I'm pensive and I got. That night I got in trouble and I got to say. You know a lot about my apartment and look around and you know you guys are is no question about it yeah I didn't mean like that but I can't imagine what people said why did he. Buy you some guy comes up to or he. Looks at her baby is cute baby. Brother what you wrote love to tell I I mean if I were her I would. Watch and also people realize when you're a new mom and you have a baby in a car seat you're so freaked out about everything I was freaked out to drive the 1st time with a baby in a car seat I was freaked out to do a lot of stuff and you're there it's like having a kid is like put ripping your heart out and giving it hands and legs and arms and legs and so you just become scared of everything and when somebody is friend you and they bring up your baby and it's frightening but listen beyond all that we all know that he screwed up I mean. He had sex with her he slept with her whatever he got to follow her on Twitter Bob She's hot Larry S. As she may I knew that I didn't bother very funny she's got some you know. I mean I think very Yeah and I. Think if he handles herself so far I think she's got a merchant legal void of a. Pretty adult life a porn industry. And he. And I didn't you know he liked it down there. And. What Beck. You know research on a movie I wanted to do that absolutely yeah and it's. Yeah there were sure to quell But yeah. Right now I think. They are playing $1000000.00 for 20. $1000000.00 And I think I think he did turn around and and use them for defamation but. I I think that you know. So well and so to this and yeah I got over being afraid of COHEN And certainly it's something where I moved with the 1st person that got to check and yeah I thought I would like you know there's a night. So I. Got into the writing partner and her daughter were her daughter and I like 30 years or so well she's older but you don't it's an interesting I don't know who did it was C.N.N. They did this roundtable with all these Trump supporters women that saw the interview and they're like kind of but then they go she did it for the money and like she's like we. Did it for the money she's like screw the 130 I here's what happened and they're coming after for 20000000 so what does she win I mean it's like I don't get it if you were to go back to the 990 S. And do one of those focus groups about Jennifer Flowers back in the day wouldn't you think a roomful of Democratic women would say the exact same thing and. You know that you look at the polls and the sort of quarters or anything else I see. When Bill Clinton. I never had to relate to that well you remember that famous of course and I was I was on vacation and. In the morning and. Down. In the 1st 3 days there was a very hot story we're broke. And of course all these. Generators started at $530.00. That Republican to be good. But in any event I didn't say it the swine nice guy because I just could imagine you could survive that. He was gone and I think it's a same thing with Trump if you had said about who ordered a right to have an affair like this you have Paul 30 years ago what the night. But when you're talking about Bill Clinton and Donald Trump Yeah I don't think big Yeah absolutely silly point was that he kept sketching which was right which it's like follow the money I mean there's no doubt if you look at the S. We see. The Federal have a committee that it is it that you CAN I got to be questioned about that now I get you know him. It's implied and if you give it out you know. It does but it is a number of you go out I mean I've been to but the F.C.C. Before there's been 2 cases that was that Congress is actually wound Yeah. Tell you that. I'm like that on a commercial or night night for the election and I did it for the Democratic Party or to take it we had the last with the 1st half hour I'll tell you. It covers all the state of everything that every election election day they allow half of them with the president that we Republicans we won the coin toss what do you want to do so we can run 1130 and I had all these ideas and all these Ohio. My uncle is going to be i give me the last 2 that let's not. Look like he's going to talk about that minister at a rabbi come out prayer for the day that he will read the American flag in the background which is why you know over and there's times where we broadcast day you all be well and then you let go of your copy of the symbols which showed last year they were not least crossbars right and so it took it back out of the morning so I told Mike down guided me were found you. Can just come just off here and. We have dogs you can read again what you heard you. Know but it turns out that about 85 people that I've heard their T.V.'s everybody that's really Republican. Now there's a rule that you can't use things like that while I do yours truly I want to try to like you they did find Did they find Yeah yeah. But. I mean it was me I will say this I did it you know talking about it not affected by its. And I did a little particular person that happened said because somebody was going to sue me for a little you know right evil thoughts Yes And of course a lot of. Yeah well that whatever the story job or yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you know but Russia. Oh. You're here you're well here I'll come on take Billy No that's sounds like it's crazy that's. All. I can yell at you I love you. This is going to go south of you don't you think we're going to end up together I have to do rescues I mean what are we going to do I don't know. Well for a guy that I don't know I just don't think I don't think the songs I don't criticize I mean I talked to my publicist and he sent over a I you know I'm completely you know I'm a publicist shot that yeah is acceptable I'm going to have to get on him and write his cum tales and tell them what's on the bikini shot so that maybe yeah I know John was playing Tillman told me at the end as we were just talking you know they were saying and and he said you know Johnny Yes Well there were some turning to look at the stock market look at the rest of it now I know you pretty well now yes he's become the from the mine I like you very much and one of the things I like about you if you're one of the smartest guys on radio now that you know. How. In the world that you support this guy I mean I did it so mine but people like you I think people you know who. Thinks about you in the Midwest and West care about it I care still going to get riled up but you know I mean come on. Here's what I love I love the fact that he's given me exactly what I want not half a loaf exactly what I want with W. He did things like the education bill which I didn't like he spent a bunch of money he did the prescription drug thing I didn't like what about Trump there's a lot of craziness and chaos in the administration and you can't like that well all of that stuff all of the palace intrigue doesn't affect me but the fact that he was another to have trillion dollar deficit problem that's that when your party was built modern Republican Party was built on the notion of balance of budget and now you know if you let one go through 1.3 and knowing go through 1.5 I mean it's on the bill they cap you know that was. Now that's a lot of stuff at $1.00 trillion dollars in didn't end the hole and that. Whatever that he did. I just I'm amazed I haven't heard more what you guys have some how. Real the snowflakes Bob Chowne Bob about Ann Coulter yesterday well and has been very she be great to get out the she's been very critical she got a huge screaming match with Trump. Over immigration over immigration but you know she's very upset about this she's also upset she was upset about Jared Kushner accepting his 500000000 while he was in office from what was it China or something so she's been very critical and you know I was listening to Geraldo Rivera yesterday on Howard Stern and he just will not he is a trump supporter lover there they don't like blind criticism of him so I don't Bob you the best they got to run Bob Have a great weekend get that he takes your sent over right now. It's Friday that means you have bunch of movies are opening up today and for advice on the only one man's to avoid we turn to Scott's Mance film critic extraordinary is the only one I turn to Scott Nance how are you I have a great you know it's a holiday weekend so. You know what that job until you know peeps. And cast SAG I'll be right. Now are we are we going to be happy about our weekend at the box office or is that going to be another a dud because we've got a lot of duds lately OK we have had a lot of lately now this one is special this weekend. Because for the 2nd time in about 4 months we have a brand new film in theaters directed by Steven Spielberg and this one could not be any more different than the last one which was in theaters back in December which was the post which was nominated for Best Picture stillbirth does that a lot whole do like an important movie and hold to a blockbuster popcorn movie and will come out within 4 to 6 months of each other that's certainly happening 93 but drastic park and Schindler's List and then you know you know Minority Report and then catch me if you can they're all ready player one is based on the 2000 was a bestseller written by Ernest Klein this book was loaded with pop culture references many of those references were to Steven Spielberg's own abilities which made him a sure win to direct the feature version of this movie it's almost like the author was basically begging see if you could direct but it must be a good book because he's not going to take on crap and ready to play a role and that's when you are playing a video game right now like ready player one like I didn't understand the trial and for some like Ready for one that's weird I'm not a gearbox person I'm not a whatever they call video nerd so I didn't understand the title so it's isn't about playing video like is it about yeah it's about virtual reality it's it takes place there 2045 when there's so much overpopulation and you know the infrastructure is crumbling at that at the same time the technology has advanced so you know it's got a little bit of that sort of like water feel to it in terms of like it's a little bleak and dystopian but it's also a technology expand past. Now people escape from reality in virtual reality they are playing video games like real life video games where they can pretend to be someone else in a skate from reality which you know not not a bad thing to do these days but you know as far as a special effects Tretton spectacle the movie is a lot of fun the special effects are fantastic if feels like a ride but the story and I read the book and I still felt like the story was a little confusing because the book is very layered and so is the movie the movie try so hard to capture everything from the book that it feels pretty Dench a little too complex than it should be for a movie like this and there are so many pop culture moments and references in the film. Like a kind of them that they become overwhelming I'm sure you're too busy trying to spot it like sort of like Easter eggs and everything that you know you care less about the story which isn't all that great to begin with and I know it sounds like it's a board that make you look at your dinner but when the movie is really good it is really good and it does work it does have a lot of exciting involvement but at the same time the speed. Is so overwhelming that it becomes kind of their well being at the same time that's interesting. I don't know that it's going to be I love Steven Spielberg and I just saw a documentary and it's on Steven Spielberg's life and this man is extraordinary and I realize he is one of my favorite directors because every time you talk about a back story whether its jaws or whatever you know it was so riveting but this doesn't interest me the whole premise I'm like. Really in 20 minutes you know it's hard to follow and I'm out yeah you're out at 220 Yeah yeah you're out of what's 40 . Like you know why I mean listen if it's not for everybody like I would never let some like you know 80 year old Axios know he would rather he would never stand it you know what I would call the see the post and that's the thing is the way he you know can do everything and you know there are there are great movies directed by Spielberg like Saving Private Ryan and shameless list and Unix and the post at the door great Spielberg movies committees that basically the find his legacy of like E.T. And Close Encounters and jaws and Director Park invaders of all star you know the Billy tries to go sort of magic all of those great Spielberg movies but it's so it's so busy and overwhelming that it has a sort of a sort of a numbing effect. Where it is overwhelming All right that would be killing off their walk scot Nance thanks so much for stopping by on this Friday. The holiday weekend full Happy Holidays Happy Easter Passover Passover That's right April Fool's Day No joke Scott we love you we love you for coming by on a fun a Friday we know how busy he is and don't forget to follow Scott I Twitter add movie Mance more coming up on the drive home $798.00 A.B.C. . You know about right I'll go for a riot I know not to text on its P.C.H. Well it was I think he was coming down the canyon and he was and it was going to P.C.H. Of Malibu I say and it's a car overturned and he unfortunately had hit some rocks and his dog survived so sad he was a wonderful man did a lot of charity work for his bony pony ranch I just felt so and I tell you what. It's scared the bejesus out of me because there's somebody you know who died from you know we hear it all the time don't text and drive but look we live years without texting and driving we don't need to do what you know everyone does a thought you could cause accidents and kill yourself or worse other people well I think you lose a couple of weeks ago we spent some time talking about this whole Air B.N. B. Phenomenon because a lot of people are using Air B.N. B. And not just because it's cheaper in some cases than hotels people prefer to stay at home when they go on the road sometimes than they do in a businessman's hotel and one area where people prefer staying in a home is an area like Palm Springs because you want kitchen sometimes you want and the ability to be in the backyard and not have other people out there at the pool the spa specially if you have little kids and they make a lot of noise I like room service though but you and I are the same way that way although I've done Air B.N. B. And I did really enjoy it. It should be available to everybody well sometimes if you're going to Palm Springs and you're an architecture fanatic staying in a modern home is part of the allure of going to Palm Springs all if I could stay in a mid century modern that done by noise or Schindler or any one of those incredible architects of that era I would definitely do it if you were going out there on an architecture trip you probably wouldn't go if your only option was staying at a holiday on or a Best Western No but you could have a modern home for your B. And B. You'd be all over Absolutely and I think a lot of people feel that way yeah sometimes people want to rent these homes for other reasons I mean for example if you are making pornographic films I know the story and you need a new set for your movie was a look just throw this out there in Cannes the fan of said movies. I don't look at the I don't even care about a storyline Are you kidding me who's looking at the architecture you're doing it for the oh my god really I think they've got to mix it up though they have to mix up the settings they're going. To mix up the scenario actors half the stuff I watch that they're no actors really enjoying and I don't think they're acting but I want to ask you that. For most of the things that are available let's say it's a you've worn I've not yet seen one that has a beautiful sat or a pool that I've even looked at I mean it's always just somebody random bedroom some Brando house some messy bad with guided girl but isn't it usually a different scenario each time well it depends on what I meant like you could watch older man younger women maybe what they're up but it's all shot in some of these cheesy apartment but there has to be a set up before the sun starts I don't watch any of that when you fast forward but it's there. Sometimes it's not sometimes it's just right go where is the scene like if you type in something particular then they go right to that scene there's no there's no set I think old school porn had scenes and stories I still think they do it but I don't think there is popular Well a lot of them would have that way to have the Stevens has done quite a job on her website. Her husband Gary shoots everything he does a really great job but it's more like theater like she doesn't like a movie you know what I'm saying like a real theatrical quite a silver screen release or something Jude be upset if you own a home you know if you put up on Air B.N. B. Or very or B. Oh yeah and a company went to the right to make pornographic films there and suddenly was all over the Internet because they shot a bunch of video that's not what would bug me about it what bugs me is like where did OK there's my pool now I got to swim and they had this scene there is likely going to mean like where there's a bodily fluids flowing No I don't want I don't want that my hot tub I don't want that in my bed no I don't want that your house out people are probably doing that anyway they're just not recording it. I told you my neighbors 85 years old they rented their house out for porn they actually rented it for that purpose and they left for the day or 2 or whatever it was yeah very strange the 5 year olds yes I guess they needed the money I don't know what or how much money you get for that so you would be upset if they shot porno movies in your house yeah not because my house is all over the internet my house is already all over the Internet you know I've done movies magazines and stuff at the house now movies but you know I mean T.V. Shows reality shows I don't care if he's a house I care what they're doing in my house that would bug me I don't want that No Well a Massachusetts woman has filed a federal lawsuit accusing her tenet of using her Martha's Vineyard home to shoot pornographic videos without telling her the lawsuit filed this week says that live but Bass said had no idea when she rented out her home until a 14 that it would be used to shoot adult films Bassett says the filmmakers use nearly every room for their porn production purposes including our bedrooms sofas dining room table and laundry room appliances tiny. Oh no no no I want to know how did she find out if people go oh my god your house somebody a friend was watching porn or what I know that house sounds like there are more pictures of her house on you porn than read. Well that's how my I found out because my neighbor he's really cool he's like hey I was watching this poor and one night and guess and I saw your house because they drive up they must have had a scene where they drove up the street because I was like hey I know that house that's my house and he goes No that house it's chilly inside and then go back and they go to the House or the 85 year old live and then they park and they go in and then they made go down to make sexy down and then that's how I found out it was done so he said his name he didn't have a problem telling. Well the. Lawsuit was filed against the adult film company the Canada based company a mile high distribution Inc and several individuals Stephen Roach an attorney for Mile High says the matter rose out of a basic landlord tenant disappeared and the allegations in the complaint are quote unfounded and I don't know what the courts are going to do here because when you rent a place out yeah you can only rent it for specific purposes for example you can't rent a house out for a party unless you talk to them and you get the consent of the owners because that would violate the agreement some of the agreements say only 4 people can stay in one house right people can stay at one house and if you're using it for commercial purposes I would imagine you'd have to get their approval for something large got involved if you're using it for commercial purposes I've done a commercial at my house Nutrisystem you get paid you get paid. To shoot there so they're losing out on that money too as is not their That's not cool because your house is in in something you have to get a fee for that and they're not even being out there not able to collect that it just I feel bad for her know and they're not even able to say OK we're fine with it or we don't want you to do it they have given no choice at all right. So the question that we have to you what 800 to 22 K B C 180-222-5222 is this a lot of you have 2nd homes that you use on Air B.N. B. Or V E R B Oh some of you have places by the beach some of you have places in the mountains some of you have places in Las Vegas your Palm Springs are like have a Sue would you be OK with this as an owner if someone was doing this in your property we want to hear from you right now at 802 to 2 K. A.B.C. 180-222-5222 because the truth is if you're renting your plays out for one air being these go for in Palm Springs do you think well it depends on the season and right now it's in the thick of the season and you have Coachella coaching a lot of things coming up my house I could probably get. 10000 dollars this month for for the for the month OK somes I'm assuming they're shooting a porn would take a. Few days. If you were to rent that. You should be paying a fee for the house and to shoot there you see I'm saying like people that 2 separate feet correct so the people that are renting their homes out there getting a fee for people to stay there. They're not getting the feet of people to shoot they're everything I've ever shot my house you get paid for so it just kind of what they pay you absolutely labor absolutely So I remain it here's an example Nutrisystem shot of my house I got a certain fee for the commercial right and then I got $11000.00 to shoot it for 2 days in my house a lot of money yeah so that's what these people and your house becomes I mean there's dollies on car you know the gags that's done absolutely they have you damage your house in any way. Not at all Dave bubble wrap photos frames they put out cardboard on the floor because they were going to have camera shots that rolled so no and the funniest thing is they changed like if there was a painting in the background they'd have to take it down because you can't get the OK from the artist if the artist is dead and I'm like That's my painting they're like oh OK you keep that those pictures I'm like they're my kids I took them with my i Phone It's all good you know it's very strange and it ended up shoot the shoot in my house was supposed to be me sort of doing a talk show talking to women who have lost 50 pounds 60 pounds 80 pounds it didn't look like my house at the end we could have rented a studio and it would have been cheaper for that like it was very bizarre I remember thinking OK I'll take the money but what you did over 2 days was completely transform my house to look nothing like my house and you paid me money well they probably did it to keep you happy they figured I'd be more comfortable in your house I do some studio and the fact is I was the opposite because my X. Was freaked out about people and I said you got to leave and take the kids to your mom's because this is going to be nothing but a nightmare for me because you're has like people park in the garage parking in their car I'm like they've got there's like a 100 people on this crew has a rented house and they're renting the house thank you we're getting paid for it but they did give you the option they said do you want we'll here's the deal will pay you the money your salary for the Nutrisystem cordial and we'll shoot at a studio or we can shoot at your house and we'll give you 11 grand I was like you. He let me do the math come on and so. This Air B.N. B. Especially if they're shooting something I don't care if it's pornography or a commercial for Nutrisystem those people she should have been paid for that as well it's just it's not fair and here's the other part of it too if you're doing shoots there that means there are cameras that are there that means there are trucks that are there that means there are performers that are there that means that are there grips and below the last people who are there yeah and you piss off all the neighbors Yeah because you're operating a commercial enterprise out of something that zone to be a single family home that's right and you don't have to worry about the lasting damage and the down relationships that come as a result of this but the owner of the House does That's right so there is a certain amount of liability that they have to incur that they don't even know that they're taking on yes it's a great point and I'm I'm not renting my house out on Air B.N. B. Or V.R.V. Oh and I have no plans to do so because you however Yeah prior to me buying the house there was an owner who used to use it as a rental and they did write my house out for pornographic films right and it was something that they disclosed to me before I bought the house I don't know if they were legally me required why you bought the house to me it's cachet it's probably not it's because if you watch the movies and be like oh I'm sitting on break there near the fire pit where that went. Funny I love what they did with the river. You can see people actually see my house in some of these videos and they'll send me the links to the videos look at it you'll see it and I'll see what the house looks like before they do everything the route I love you're the only person watching pornography looking at the actual backdrop you're not watching the act going on but you're looking at the look at the fireplace they must they painted those bricks. Oh I'm glad they replaced that tile cheesy like a carpet so I've you know say look at the carpet. Not these days to just the floors but Joe you're on K. A.B.C. Hello. Jory there yeah I'm here OK you're on their way to Happy Friday OK Thanks Joe Yeah yeah on that level you did for your house you should have got a tax break on the $11000.00 there's a lot there's a lot of filming in my neighborhood it's my understanding for the 1st 14 days that you were at your property in a given year it's a short term rental whether it's a day or a series of days adding up you don't have to pay taxes are nice and that's why you know I live in a neighborhood that's got a lot of something for some of my neighbors it's very lucrative would you write your house out to a porno company. Cross my palm it off cold across. There and I thought of doing it was because I was getting annoyed with how much someone was gone on my street and somebody said oh yeah man once you get your dad out free some of these people out and start seeing things differently make a little money in the process it is a big lesson I shot another commercial with Terry Bradshaw in a home in a beautiful home in. What's that old area of vine then you go south it's like all the big street. I got Rossmore and enlarged and it was probably a 100 years old mansion and it's a big deal they have to put it really messes up the family you have to move out for a few days so as we told you earlier in the show the widow of the pulse nightclub shooter was acquitted on all counts which seems strange to us because the defense attorney was arguing that she couldn't have known that she was helping her husband plot and plan this because she's too stupid to figure it out yet she's too dumb even though they did a dry run it does the with a guy then in the stroller as she and stuffed animal. Covered by a blanket as she carried their kid she knew nothing she also said that she was an abuse spouse or she had no ability to do or say to just follow her husband's wishes . Joining us to talk about this is A.B.C. News legal analyst Well loves Ron thanks so much for joining us a thanks John thanks Jillian and yeah there were some lame arguments by the defense as you point out but there were also some lame arguments by the prosecution and I think at the end of the day that's what caused the not guilty verdicts for example you know the investigator questioned the defendant the widow the day of the sitting and they didn't record it they didn't videotape or audiotape instead events together just jotted down some notes and said well this amounted to a confession but not only did they not tape but it turns out that what she confessed to for example you know we case the joint We drove around the post nightclub when they checked her cell phone there was no ping there was no evidence that she actually had been there near the nightclub so that credibility was undermined they just didn't really have smoking gun evidence it was weirdo you know the jury foreman issued a statement today to news outlets saying now there's word it doesn't mean we thought she was unaware what Sure he was planning to do work invention he did know she made not of known what day or what location but she knew but the prosecution failed to meet its burden of proof that's kind of a head scratcher because. She knew all that stuff why did you vote guilty on aiding and abetting. And if she knew she should have called police to watch I don't know something but I don't get any of this as a result this verdict is is head scratching are exactly right yeah it's very weird but you know this was just so horrendous at the time it was the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. History courses the wife the widow did not testify that that's pretty common especially in these high. Profile trials but you can bet the jury was was looking for a way of possible its fairness or dictated it to find her guilty because of the enormous loss of life but at the end of the day they just felt the prosecution really had to fail to meet their burden What do you think happened here is this just a case for the jury stupid or did the prosecutor seriously drop the ball I think the prosecution just didn't do a terribly good job you know the cell phone records didn't support it you know they had a lot of circumstantial evidence if you pointed out the defense didn't put up that hard a fight so it's sort of defense to say well you know he didn't treat her like an equal partner you know he disrespected her there's no way he would have brought her into the circle of trust and told her what he was up to that that doesn't make any sense it was just very emotional of course a lot of family members were I don't know if you saw the reports about this on call I mean nobody likes and I told you so right the uncle goes out of the courthouse steps after the verdict today he says well I told you a year ago she was guilty and now today I'm here to tell you I told you so I would say he did not qualify as being a gracious winner but you know obstruction of justice aiding and abetting the husband in helping ISIS not guilty on all of those counts if you're a prosecutor in Florida this is the biggest case that you'll probably get your entire career I don't think and prosecutors are not just da's they're also politicians and they have to be sensitive to public sentiment what the public thinks and the public is pest and the public wanted blood here you obviously can't punish the shooter he's dead but she knew about this she could have done something to stop it you could have dropped a dime on this guy you could have at a minimum just not participated in any of this she did nothing my guess is that prosecutors are going to have a lot of splaying to do so I think so and because you know. Common sense and the general public perception as you suggest is going to be you know in what world does the wife not know what's going on here there were just a enough clues and enough evidence that that she really was generally aware of his attitude how could she not be aware of this and for her to to sit idly by and do nothing and for 49 people to die is just so tragic and is you say prosecutors the politicians or the every prosecutor dreams of becoming the state attorney general and then the governor and then the Emperor and that that's kind of a scary thing because I mean we've seen over the years so many times you've got prosecutorial abuse you know the guy Fitzgerald from Chicago went after Scooter Libby and really it was fundamentally unfair you know Libby did not out Valerie Plame look at the Duke lacrosse case where the the prosecutor he should a wound up in prison instead they just basically stripped him of his job I think they may have disbarred and he sat on exculpatory D.N.A. Evidence that proved that the guys on the lacrosse team had been had been framed or were not guilty and only because of a really diligent defense investigator did that come out otherwise those guys would be rotting in prison right now so you know prosecutors have this incentive to get their Not shows on their gun and they they don't they they want to work their way up the political ladder and so as you say these folks are certainly if it's not mission accomplished in terms of this probably the biggest case they're ever going to be involved in given the vote from the jury with all of the evidence we've disguised and all the evidence was presented at this trial do you believe that the prosecutor in Las Vegas was following.
