i've got the document in my hand. where any nude photos of tiger woods if they exist are now blocked from publication. what happened? >> right, so tiger woods' lawyers went to the high court in london yesterday, got this court order late in the afternoon. what it says is, you know, number one, we don't admit that there are any photos like this. if there are if there are photos that are fabed to look like they're pictures of tiger woods and you publish them, you can be fined you can be imprisoned, you could have assets seized. it was sent to media throughout the uk. possibly media here in the u.s. and this is going to stop any photos from coming out if they exist. >> okay so a brit order -- >> yeah. >> they don't have jurisdiction over american newspapers and magazines. >> right, you're right. >> unleash the lawyers. susan moss, new york. ann bremner, seattle. randy kessler, atlanta. susan moss, weigh in. >> from tiger's lawyers point of view this case is great. they're going to take this order. they're going to bring it in an american court. they're going to domesticate it. they're going to present the same evidence. and they're probably going to get the same order -- >> well you know what, they better hurry. and i'm not saying that nude photos exist, because practically anybody -- practically my two twins who are only 2 years old can go online and take somebody's head and stick it on somebody's body and it looks real, ann bremner. i'm not saying i believe these photos exist. certainly tiger woods would not be that stupid to allow photos of himself be taken. a brit order in great britain, they can't tell american magazines what to do. >> absolutely not. but, like we're going to see it here next, who knows, i mean, you say he couldn't be that stupid to be doing that. look at everything he's been doing so far. >> randy kessler, both of the last two lawyer, ann bremner and susan moss say, well, they're going to domesticate it. in other words, they're going to make that foreign order a british order, dom mefesticated america. hey, don't you think they better hurry? have they heard of anything called the internet where you can send photos instantly from great britain to america so if they get here they could be published? >> well, you're right. this may be much ado about nothing. when a magazine that could be the first one to publish nude photos of tiger woods weighs the consequences of violating a order versus the publicity their magazine could get, it may be irrelevant. >> here's the other thing to keep in mind. tiger woods has what we call in the law a deep pocket. if someone publishes a false photo of him, a nude photo of him, allegedly taken by one of these women, they're in hot water. they will be sued. out the ying yang. that's a technical legal term. out to kim serrafin, with "intouch weekly." what can you say about how he romanced her in the family home? >> that's right, jamie jungers, one of the alleged mistress did this explosive interview today. it's interesting because she like some of these other women coming out are not saying it's a one-night thing. she's saying it was a romance. they had a relationship. he felt a connection and her pursued her. in fact, she was at their home. >> do you think he had a problem, i mean there was something going on, or that he needed prescription drugs to help him sleep? >> i mean, he is a world-renowned athlete and i'm sure he has so much on his mined. i couldn't imagine it ever being put to sleep. is he unconscious? >> yes. >> okay, are you able to tell if he's breathing? >> no, i can't tell right now. >> okay. we do have help on the way. what color is his car, too? >> it's a black escalade. >> what's happened? >> is anyone able to open the door? >> we're trying to figure out right now. >> okay, is he trapped inside of the vehicle? is he on the ground? >> we're try to get police here right now. we don't know what happened. we're figuring that out right now. i'm on the phone with the police right now. >> -- with lacerations to his upper and lower lip with a little bit of blood in his mouth but he was conscious enough to be able to speak a little bit. >> woods also refers to his wife. police say she told them she bashed out the suv's rear passenger windows with a golf club to get him out of the locked car. >> his wife came out of the house when she heard the accident of him heigitting the e hydrant. used a golf club is what we were told. removed him from the vehicle. and laid him down on the street. >> my wife elin acted courageously when she saw i was hurt and in trouble, woods said. she was the first person to help me. any other assertion is absolutely false. >> do you think that tiger's a sex addict? >> the man that i knew, the tiger that i knew, i would never think that. you know, it was never about that. he never, you know, just kind of said, come over and that's what's gonna happen. so, i mean, the person that i knew, i would say no. >> ann, just a few hours a yet another alleged mistress breaks her silence. take a listen to this. >> did he ever talk to you about his wife? ever mention her? >> no. the one time that his wife was mentioned was the first day that i met him and that we hung out and i'm the one that asked him about her. >> but you actually, from what i understand, spent time in their home in los angeles, as well? >> yes, i did. >> when she wasn't there, obviously. >> yes. yeah. this happened probably a month after we'd been seeing each other. and he flew me out, came and picked me up at the airport, and i stayed there for a night. >> how do you feel now, knowing that you were never just one? >> i have a lot of mixed emotions about it. i mean, i still -- they'll always be a place in my heart for tiger. but he obviously has issues so i'm -- there's parts of me that's angry and there's parts of me that i guess kind of doesn't find it, you know, unbelievable, you know? but i guess out of all, i'm pretty heart broken. >> do you feel responsible though for some of the heartbreak his wife is feeling right now? >> yes and no. i mean, i wouldn't want somebody to do it to me so i guess i can but i'm not going to take the full blame for this, you know, and i never wanted this to come out. i never would have said anything or i could have done it years ago. >> that's jamie jungers, the alleged former mistress of tiger woods. she was on the "today" show just this morning. to alexis tereschuk, reporter with radaronline.com. what do you make of it? allegations that tiger romanced her in the family mansion? while his wife and children were gone? >> nancy, i think that this is probably one of the more shocking things that the women have come out and said. i think if it was in las vegas, if it was in dubai if it was in austral australia, that's fine but to be in someone's home where the wife -- >> whoa, back it up. did you just say it's fine as long as it's somewhere else -- >> no, no, no. >> you did say that. you did. >> i guess -- i meant that it's less invasive for the wife, you know, if it's right in the home -- >> you know what, i got to tell you something, it's not fine, but i know what you mean. it's not as disgusting. it's not as shocking as it is to bring somebody with your wife's photos all around. i mean, what -- >> and then your children in the house -- >> -- glass of wine in the children's nursery. i mean, to put it gently. to doctor, professor of psychiatry joining us from new york, you know, a lot of people have fling, dr. del tito, that's not uncommon. and i know that's a euphemism for sex outside the marriage. but here, if these women are to be believed, the relationship with tiger woods would go on for a couple years. where he would talk about them being together, quote, forever, how he whined about being married to his wife and says he wished he met them before he got married. what is that? there's got to be a medical term. >> well, i don't know what the medical term is but it certainly sounds like he had emotional needs or emotional deficits beside just sexual ones. as you listen to these women, it doesn't sound like it was only about sex. i would say a lot of important men are essentially polygamists in their own mind and not mon nothing mist. >> did you feel guilty? >> i guess if you -- if i were to seriously think about it, i -- you know, i, i did feel guilty that he's spending his time with somebody, you know, that isn't his wife, but, you know, he never mentioned her and it was kind of -- you know, i never thought about it. i thought of our time together and how i felt about him and how my heart wanted, what my heart wanted. so i never. do you think he had a problem? i mean, do you think there was something going on? or that he needed prescription drugs to help him sleep? >> i mean, he is a world-renowned athlete. i'm sure he has so much on his mind. i couldn't imagine it ever being put to sleep. but he very much does have the sleeping problem, you know, whether it's insomnia callsed by stress or whatever it may be, i don't know, but -- >> do you think he has an addiction to painkillers or sleeping p ining pills? >> that's something i wouldn't be able to, you know, say. i wouldn't -- i wouldn't know. i never saw it. >> i have just received breaking news in my hands that tiger woods is taking a, quote, indefinite break from the sport of golf. i'm reading verbatim, from the release -- by tiger woods -- i am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused so much people, most of all my wife and children. i want to say again to everyone that i am profoundly sorry and i ask forgiveness. it may not be possible to repair the damage i've done. but i want to do my best to try. i'd like to ask everyone, fan, good people of my foundation, partners, pga tour, competitors, for understanding. what's important now is time for privacy and safe haven we need for healing. after much soul searching, i have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. i need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father and person. he goes on to ask for privacy. this is straight from tiger woods on his website. i want to go straight break out to dr. joseph deltito. what do you make of it? >> i say brave you. bravo. he wants to repair his relationship with his wife. he wants to go somewhere with her, go out of the limelight and concentrate on that. he seems to admit he failed. i wish him good luck. >> to the lawyers. an inbremner, this is in a legal sense a major admission of infidelity. this, as moving vans bull up to tiger woods' multimillion-dollar compound, pack up and leave. many reports that he is leaving the country. now what does this admission off his website mean for a possible divorce and child custody? >> i think it means nancy, i think he's going to make it work and he probably should go into sex addition rehab and maybe go on to oprah, it's been rumored, because otherwise i don't think the divorce is going to happen. >> what about it? >> this is the best thing he could do. the court of public opinion is more important. he needs his reputation more than he needs the legal system. >> i did put a lot of, you know, emotions into this and i did care very much for him. and when we were together, i mean, he did make me feel like i was the only girl. so to go back and see -- i mean, especially now when there's more and more. do you ever see him take drugs at all? >> i mean, i've never seen him, you know, take painkillers. i know he does have a hard time sleeping. he would take a sleeping pill occasionally. i mean, he did -- never sleep. i mean, even if he wanted to go to bed at maybe 10:00, i mean, he wouldn't fall asleep until, you know, 12:30, 1:00, and then he'd be up at 3:00. i mean, that's just the way he was. >> and do you think that he had a problem? i mean there was something going on? or that he needed -- that he needed prescription drugs to help him sleep? >> i mean, he is a world-renowned athlete. and i'm sure he has so much on his mind. i couldn't imagine it ever being put to sleep. but he very much does have a sleeping problem, you know, whether it's insomnia caused by stress or whatever it may be. i don't know. >> just coming across our wires right now, off the tiger woods' website. tiger woods taking an indefinite hiatus, an indefinite break, from professional golf. as he said, quote, i am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused so many people. most of all, my wife and children. i want to say again to everyone i am profoundly sorry and that i ask forgiveness. it may not be possible to repair the damage i've done, but i want to do my best to try. i would like to ask everyone, fans, people of my foundation, business partners, the pga tour, comb pelt tors, for understanding. what's important now is that my family has the time, privacy and safe haven for personal healing. after much soul searching, i have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. i need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father and person. to mike brooks, former fed, with the fbi, i appreciate the apology. what really matters, in my mind, is if he can repair the marriage and if he can really change. if he cannot do those things, and we land in divorce court, how do, say, forensic accountants and private investigators prove this case? >> nancy, you know, in any case like this, especially divorce case, follow the paper trail. i'm sure there's e-mails, text messages. where's he spending all this money? we heard this one woman say, he flew me out there. dates, times. money spent. these are all part of building a case in a divorce. right now, nothing criminal. but in civil court, you know. but the real victims here, nancy, are his wife and his two little children. they're the real victims in all of this. >> to dr. howard oliver, former deputy medical examiner, joining us from l.a. dr. oliver, i noticed this statement is given without woods coming out of hiding. apparently still covering up his injuries. what type of injuries would take this long? >> well, chiefly emotional injuries. he needs time to heal. he needs time to protect his family while he repairs the relationship. >> straight back out to kim serafin, senior editor, "intouch weekly." with this breaking news, how does it factor in with what you've learned, kim? >> this is huge news, especially because there had been reports coming from both sweden and here in the u.s. that both him and elin were going to go to sweden very soon to kind of work on their marriage. so this would imply, especially because in the statement he's talking about his family, he's talking about his wife, his kids. this would imply that he really does want to work on his marriage. and divorce is maybe not the next option. >> what about it, ellie jostad? >> i'm looking back over tiger woods' profs statements. the first time, all he did was said, i got in this wreck. it was embarrassing. a few days later, he admits transgressions without saying what those were. and then finally today we're hearing the first admission of any kind of infidelity. >> and to you, alexis, with rad radaronline.com. what do you make of it? is it for real? >> i think it's for real and i think it's amazing he's admit mitting what so many women have come forward and alleged. it wasn't one woman, it wasn't two. we think the number has been up to 13. it's very surprising and huge news he is admitting these infidelities because we have so many sources and so many women tell us he did in fact have these affairs. >> also, we learn that apparently moving vans pull up in front of tiger woods' multimillion-dollar compound. this, just before this statement is released. to ellie jostad. what, if anything, does it mean? i mean, woods has moved out of the home for several days according to neighbors. >> right. >> but what now? >> well, nancy, the big speculation is where is tiger? there have been reports that they've been living separately. that heed an moved into one of their other residents, either, you know, permanently or for a few days, who knows? but the point is nobody's seen tiger woods. we've only seen elin a couple of times back when her mother was sent to the hospital. she came and went to the hospital. but no one's seen them, no one's seen their children. >> to you, again, ellie jostad, what can you tell me about a possible lawsuit pending against alleged mistress number one, uchitel? >> right. she is that new york city nightclub hostess. apparently she came forward and denied, denied, denied, denied, this alleged affair with tiger woods. and went so far as to say, oh, this woman who told "the enquirer" i was having an affair with tiger woods, she said she was a train wreck. she made allegations about her using drug, alcohol. so now that person who talked to "the inquirer" is contemplating suing rachel uchitel for what she said. >> this order blocking the nude photos of tiger woods, why in great britain? >> well, you know, that's not 100% clear. there's been speculation the uk press, especially those tabloids are so aggressive in their reporting. they were perhaps afraid that would be the first place something like this would surface. that's kind of a theory but no one knows. >> to kim serafin. reports now swirling it just got too hot in the kitchen. tiger woods getting out not only of the game of golf but out of the country. what have you heard? there at "intouch weekly" about the possibility he's leaving the country? >> exactly. there had been reports he was leaving for swede within his wife. of course we know he has homes all over. he's got homes in florida. he's got homes in california. in jackson hole. in dubai. so there certainly are a lot of places he and his wife could escape to or he on his own could escape to, to get some privacy and try to work this out. >> i didn't really think anything through. i was just -- i was hurt. i told my story. i didn't really think of what it was going to do, what it was going to do to my life, especially not what it was going do to my family's. i just did everything out of emotion when i first reacted. utah investigators looking for susan powell. susan's husband joshua powell says he decided sunday evening to take the couple's two young sons on a late-night camping trip, something he says they do frequently. powell's sister not hearing from the family for almost two days calls to report the whole family missing. the father returns with the two boys later monday afternoon. but susan is nowhere to be found. >> do you have any idea what happened to her? >> no. she's somewhere. >> i know there was quite a huge effort out in the wecht desert looking for any sign of her. is that where you were camping? >> i just have to go get my boys. thank you. >> the 28-year-old powell simply disappeared from her home leaving her cell phone and car behind. >> while there are reports the couple was in marriage counseling, family and friends say sus one never leave her children. police executed a search warrant on the home wednesday and says they're testing items taken during the alleged search. >> out to jim kirkwood with ktkk. there are some very unusual circumstances, to say it euphemistically, surrounding this woman's disappearance. >> this is heartbreaking and very suspicious. very. susan powell disappeared. apparently she went to bed sunday night. the next thing we know, she's not at work monday morning. around midnight, josh powell is taking the boys, age 2 and 4, off to the west desert. now, this -- >> whoa, wait, what time? >> around midnight. >> midnight? >> sunday night. >> midnight? >> yes. 2-year-old and 4-year-old. >> 2-year-old and 4-year-old, at midnight? >> yes. and right -- >> wait a minute. with me, jim kirkwood. we're showing you footage from the scene. i believe i see snow. >> it's really cold -- >> so why is he taking them out at midnight, a 2-year-old and 4-year-old, in the snow? >> that area's really wild and it had to be that night near zero or below. i mean, it's unbelievable, nancy. >> so he takes them out, jim kirkwood, for what? >> supposedly to test out a new generator and to make s'mores. that's the story. >> you know what, mr. kirkwood, you have an excellent reputation. and i admire that you said that with a straight face. >> yes. >> because you know what? it's almost laughable. but the fact is, this woman is gone. she's gone. the mother of these two children. and having two children myself, of course, somebody else could come in and change their diapers or make sure they got to playschool. but it's not the same as a mother. and for him to say he took a 2-year-old out at midnight in the snow -- >> yes. >> -- to test out a generator? >> yes. >> what happens then, mr. kirkwood? >> well, then he is on a new job. had been out of work for a while. he does not show up or call in to work monday morning. she does not show up or call in to work monday morning. he returns monday afternoon with the children. on a new job. and no one does that, nancy. i mean, with the financial -- >> what was his excuse, mr. kirkwood? >> he didn't have one. he just was out there with the kids. >> well, you know what i was told from a different source, to our producer on the story is that he said he got the days confused and he didn't realize it was monday. >> yeah, right. except they go to church here at the lds house and they were at church on sunday. he knew it was sunday. >> latter day saints? >> yes. >> what about it? what more can you tell me? >> that's right, nancy. what we know is he's somebody, according to the family, according to susan powell's father, who knows joshua powell quite well, he's somebody that typically time runs away from him. >> ruppa, please stop. did he get to church on time the day before? >> i believe he did, nancy. >> okay, continue. >> so he is the kind of person that apparently will say -- he'll show up at 10:00 and will show up at 2:00 instead. >> to the family friend and spokesperson joining us tonight from seattle. miss gifford, thank you for being with us. what are police saying right now? >> well, when i talked with them this morning, they are continuing to investigate leads. they're being very, very thorough. we're appreciative as a family of their efforts. they're doing a great job keeping in touch with us and letting us know, you know, we're 16 hours, 17 hours away by car and hard to get a feel for what's going on down there exactly. but at this point, they're not calling josh a suspect or a person of interest. >> shelby gifford is a family friend. what can you tell me about her, about susan powell? she's just 28 years old. >> susan is a fabulous person and an exceptional mother. you know, there are good moms out there all over the place but susan is exceptional and those boys are her life. and we believe as a family that if she is separated from them right now like she is, it's because somebody else has control of the situation. >> are you saying -- >> there's no way that she would stay away from them. >> shelby, when you say that she was such a great mother, give me an example. what do you mean by that? >> you just couldn't separate her life from her kid's lives. when she was happy, it was because of something that her kids did. or were doing. she just -- she's just a good mom and a good -- a great lady. and we miss her and we want to know where she is. some moms are great moms. susan is exceptional. >> to marc klaas, president and founder of klaas kids foundation. his expertise, missing people. marc, give us your advice. >> i think they have to focus in on the husband here. this situation has more red flags than a chinese new year parade. i think that shelby perfectly contained it when she said that if she's not with her children, somebody else is in control of the situation. given the odd behavior of this man and the fact that there's no signs of a break-in and, in fact, that her purse and her cell phone are still at home, point directly at the husband, and absolutely nobody else. >> you know, marc, when i leave for work to come here, i hate being away from the twins. >> sure. >> i just can't imagine being taken away, separated possibly, forever, from them, and not being there to raise them as the very best that i can. marc, what jumps out at you about this story? and let me reiterate, joshua powell is not a suspect. he's not a person of interest. he's not been named either of those by police. go ahead, marc klaas. >> the thing that jumps out at me is his behavior. this whole idea of leaving in the middle of a sunday night when it's cold and freezing outside to go camping and to make s'mores with two very young children makes no sense on any level. i've never heard of anybody doing anything close to that. and the whole idea that this is an exceptional woman that loves her children more than anything else in the world and would never want to be separated, yet she is separated and nobody's hurt or seen anything. there's a huge period of time here that needs to be dealt with. and it's the time from he left till the time he got back monday afternoon. >> let's go to the expert. mike brook, former fed with the fbi, joining us. mike, what do you think? >> nancy this isn't adding up. first of all, let's try to put together a time line here. i mean, where was this guy? has he done this before with his two boys? who goes out? in this weather, in utah, nancy, with two children, 2 and 4, in conditions like we're seeing here?
