Drugs. Can you imagine . You say i want to get a better price. Im sorry, sir, youre not allowed to do that. Thats illegal. What kind of a system is that . You think the world looks at us and says where the hell did these people come from . But they treat us very nicely. But it is going to end, okay . I see you are a fan of what we are saying. You must be a doctor. Are you a doctor . Doctors know. Youve known that for years. We are not allowed to negotiate. Can you believe it . We just have to take whatever it is. Im pleased to announce that as a result of the orders im signing today, the heads of the Major Drug Companies have requested a meeting to discuss how we can quickly and significantly lower drug prices and outofpocket expenses for americans. They want to do whats right here they are going to do whats right. I think its so important, what they are doing on therapeutics and vaccines. We are going to see them on tuesday. We will see if we can do something here, but this could have been done a long time ago. The drug Company Executives will be at the white house on tuesday, and they have some ideas how to significantly reduce drug prices. Weve already given them to you. I dont know if they can possibly do something to substitute for what is called favored nations. Favored nations. That means you get the lowest price anywhere in the world. Whoever gets the lowest price, congratulations. Thank you very much for being a good negotiator. Should have been done a long time ago. If these talks are successful, we may not need to implement the fourth executive order, which is a very tough order for them. Very tough. And i understand that. We have a lot of respect for our great pharmaceutical companies, drug companies. We have a lot of respect for them, so we will see what they have to say on tuesday. Maybe they will have an idea thats good, but its got to be pure they are actually in favor of the rebate rollback because they say that people get money that arent even doing anything for it, and bigger money than they are getting, i believe. If they are not, the order will be implemented. If we dont do a deal, or agree to something, though order, first favored nations, they are all big. All four are very big, by the way, but the fourth order, we are going to hold out until august 24th, hoping that the pharmaceutical companies will come up with something that will substantially reduce drug prices. And the clock starts right now. So it is august 24th at 12 00, after which the order on favored nations will go into effect. I will hold you to it. Please, 12 00. Not 12 01, right . In the meantime, we are working very hard on therapeutics for the china virus, which remains our top priority, coming along at record speed. Thank you very much, dr. Hahn. Youve been fantastic. You really have been fantastic. Two vaccine candidates are entering the final stage of Clinical Trials this month, right . Right . Two . Several more will enter final trials in the following week. I did speak to one just recently. They are on therapeutics as opposed to a vaccine, and frankly, thats the most exciting to me. We can walk into a hospital right now and get people better. I like that even more. But the vaccine, longterm, will be great. So we have them both going pure they are both going rapidly, and they are both going very well. I guess the early indications are beyond beyond happy, right . Its beyond happy. We are massproducing all of the most promising candidates already, so that on day one, that means we think that we have the answer otherwise we wouldnt be making tha. Bet. It will be at a mailable immediately, doctor, is that right . Normally, this process would take up to where we are now, three years, four years. I have heard numbers like that, and we did it literally in a matter of weeks. Thats a really incredible thing. One of the other thing is i was talking about drugs in the pipeline, and it does cost billions of dollars. It would be 12 years, 15 years, and under dr. Hahn and scott, you worked very hard. Weve got that down to a number that is less than half, and we are going down. We have to make sure that it is safe. It came out of this whole thing, where we have a drug that we think is good, they have helped with us, getting it approved. Mark, when he was a congressman, but we had great help from certain people. But the right to try is incredible. We have a drug that works, but it has to go through this very long and very detailed process for purposes of safety and to make sure it is good. If somebody is terminally ill, very sick, a person not going to make it, person very sick, we passed legislation, which they have been trying to get for 42 years. It is called right to try, where people sign a document, and if it doesnt work out, they are not suing the drug company. They are not suing the insurance company, and they are not suing our country, and instead of traveling, if they have money, they travel to asia. They travel to europe. They travel all over the world in the hopes of finding a cure. If they have no money, sadly, they go home with no hope, and they died. We have now a program, right to try, finally happened after i guess as long as youve been a doctor. Long before you became a doctor, right . Theyve been trying to get this. But we have a program where they can try these really promising medicines, and you have no idea how successful this is already been. Its incredible. And one of the things that really came out of it was the biggest problem for the drug companies. They didnt want it because they didnt want it in their sample. People are that sick, they dont want them to sample, so we created a separate sample so that it doesnt hurt them, but one of the things that has come out of it is if it works, what is a better testing formula than that . Somebody that is terminally ill and all of a sudden we are having examples of that. Its been incredible. Its been an incredible program. Somebody will be able to write a story about it because it has been one of the things that im very proud of. Right to try. I love the name. They have the right to try a drug that is not going to be available. Before you say well, they are terminally ill, but we dont want to give them a drug that is going to hurt them. They are going to die, and you dont want to give them a drug because it might be dangerous. And perhaps in some cases, it may be dangerous, but we are having tremendous, tremendous success with the program. We are proud of it. Additionally, my administration has secured 90 of the world supply of the drug, which is having a great impact. For the united states, Research Continues daily on a lot of promising treatments, as ive said. As we take these historic actions, we are joined today by americans who have already benefited from the steps my administration has already taken to reduce the cost of health care and prescription drugs. We are going to have a Big Health Care bill that we are going to be putting a very shortly, and it is going to be very complete. And today, what were doing on prescription drugs, and again, we will have to see its what happens on august 25th. We will either do this favored nations or not, depending on the drug companies, but what we are putting up in a very short period of time on health care will be incredible. We have another one coming on immigration. Tremendous bill on immigration, and it will be i think something that nobody thought we would be able to get, so that will be great. Paul is a Senior Citizen who relies on insulin every day. He was paying a fortune to get it. Paul, if you could, i think paul is in the audience, and if you could please come up and say a few words about your experience . Thank you, paul. [applause] so you can hear me. Thats better. Mr. President , thank you so very much. For this time to share a few key points supporting your leadership work, reducing the price of insulin, and other diabetes related medicines used by 34 americans each day to live healthier, fuller lives. As you heard, my name is paul, i am a bostonian. I have lived with Insulin Dependent Diabetes for 40 years. Beginning medicare last year, i quickly realized that my ability to afford prescribed insulins that work best for my health was no longer possible because of their excessive high price. Soaring costs have impacted the quality of my life. Remember that number. 34 Million People with diabetes. I even started to use a 30yearold insulin to survive, which does not do quite the same job of balancing my diabetes. Your work, sir, to ensure that insulin is affordable under medicare will help guarantee that i and millions of seniors who take insulin live lives that are healthier, more productive, happier. Thank you for continuing your commitment to ensure affordability and access for all who use insulin, for people with diabetes, and so that our children and grandchildren will directly benefit from our improved health. Thank you. President trump thank you very much. [applause] actually from many, many, many dollars. Pennies. Literally pennies a month. And i want to thank her. Could you just Say Something about that . Would you come up just for a second . Seema verma, and just tell them about what weve done with respect to the very badly needed insulin . [applause] well, the senior savings model that we developed under the president s leadership is going to reduce the cost of insulin to just 35 promising major reductions in the cost of prescription drugs. We will have more on this important moment later in the show, but now, the administration pushing cdc guidelines to open schools back up. This is where they force businesses to shut back down. Welcome, everyone. I am charles payne, and this is your world. We will talk to you the labor secretary about the impact of the later shutdowns that they are having on the economy, but first jonathan in atlanta with more on the cdc guidelines. Jonathan. Hi, charles. He was cases of covid19 top 40 million, the administration is taking on more nuanced approach when it comes to reopening schools. In fact, the cdc has issued new guidelines on how to do this safely appeared reopening physical buildings is still a priority, but now they are saying one possible. The guidance includes best practices for teachers and students, altering the School Schedule to promote smaller groups and social distancing, and improvements to things like cleaning and ventilation systems. However, President Trump now acknowledges some School Districts and hot spots may need to delay their reopening plans. I hope that local leaders put the full health and wellbeing of their students first and make the right decision for children, parents, teachers, and not make political decisions. Now, one of the arguments for reopening schools is that children are unlikely to suffer serious complications of covid19, but theres been a lot of debate over whether kids might bring the coronavirus home with them and then spread it to parents, grandparents, or other vulnerable family members. Well, dr. Anthony fauci discussed this possibility today in a Washington Post forum. A recent study came out that showed children up to ten years old, it looks like they dont necessarily spread infection as readily as adults do. Children 101019 appeared to be spreading infections to adults as equally as well as adults spread to adults. And dr. Fauci said that Additional Research is underway to determine just how much of a role Children Play in the spread of the covid19. Charles. Charles all right. Lets now bring in, to find out what questions we should be asking, i want to bring in dr. Marty makary. Doctor, one of the problems is that the rules and the guidelines, we talked about the goalpost moving so often. Almost in two day, it is so confusing for everyone out there. Can you help us with what the latest is . Sure, charles. When we talk about schools, weve got to talk about the consequences and the deaths from kids not being in schools, and i think theres a certain elitism in general where i hear people talking about policies and recommendations. In baltimore city, where practice medicine, though schools are very different from schools that can do some of the other things. They are not going to learn on an ipad, and we need to have a hybrid strategy. There are some kids, even though they are low risk, the risk is real, and if they have those core morbidities, the parents should have the option. Where there was a massive, massive outbreak, those kids those schools should not be open, but for most of the country, the Health Consequences of closing the schools are worse. Think about substance abuse, child abuse. Food is an important source of nutrition. So when there are less than ten cases per 1,000 and Positivity Rate less than 3 , it is pretty cooclear those schools should be open full steam ahead. Charles so, what is going to decide this . It feels like the overarching theme with the pandemic has been relying on guidance, cdc guidance, but by the same token, also use local officials. I hate to say it, but it does feel like a lot of decisionmaking has been more politically influenced then influenced by science or by the wellbeing of folks, particularly low income folks. What do you think will guide all of these decisions . School is coming up, it is approaching quickly. Do your point, a lot of poor families are really afraid that their kids are going to fall back. We hear about the achievement gap. That is going to become a disaster. That is going to become the grand canyon. Ultimately, who does this . Some of these decisions are the idea that there is no onesizefitsall strategy just doesnt make sense. You know, charles, i wish we could put some of this Massive Energy we are giving into spacing the desks out 7 feet apart into thinking about Contingency Planning for the highest risk bus drivers and teachers. Selectively, those individuals should be protected. We shouldnt expect a 64yearold with diabetes and hypertension to drive a crowded bus of kids at a time of high level of infection in the community. Those are the strategies we need to be thinking about, and these blankets closing schools down, it just doesnt make sense, medically. Charles doctor, thank you. We appreciate it. As a parent, whats going on in your head . You are hearing all of these different views. We thought we would ask one. Kennedy joins me now. You are a parent. I want to know because you obviously have strong opinions. What do you think about all of this . Im glad that the conversation i was going to a more rational place because a lot of people, whether its doctors, politicians, parents, teachers, they are realizing that a onesizefitsall strategy isnt going to work. So it has to be local decisions on these issues, including within the home. So my girls go to Public Schools in new york city, and as a parent, i am trepidations about that going all day long five days a week, but i would like to see them get some learning, socialization, physical interaction, and teachers, which they have been messing with distance learning, because you can only get so much on an ipad or a laptop. So, yes, we are having these conversations about how do these things look, realizing that there does have to be flexibility, but at some point, for parents and for students, you have to get them in school at least part of the time, whether you are staggering hours of the day or days of the week, and for the president , this is a critical issue. If kids are back in school, it means parents can start working. The problem is that if we go too fast areas of the country where there is this untamed community spread, that means that we are going to have more and more lock downs, and parents wont be able to work at all because their kids are going to be home from school for the very longterm. So, yes, slow and steady, get them back to work. Get the economy moving. That is good news politically for the president , but that can be the only driver when we are making these decisions. Charles what about another driver . I am seeing surveys i have read one where mothers during this pandemic feel overwhelmingly depressed, isolated, or lonely. 49 , kennedy, versus only 36 for fathers. So, have we lost kennedy . We are going to see if we can bring kennedy back, but this is an extremely important part of this as well, folks. There is an education gap, the economy, and our mental wellbeing, particularly mothers. So how is the white house racing to get more americans back to work, and more relief and time to help us get there. Charles stocks falling as china gets retaliating, now ordering the closer of one of our consulates over there as we shut down a facility in houston here. Casey stegall is in dallas here with the latest. Yeah, as you know, they gave them 72 hours to close. That eviction deadline is about two hours from now. Secretary of state mike pompeo called it a hub of spying and intellectual property theft. New video shows items being packed into uhaul trucks. Although they told politico that they will remain open until further notice, now it is not clear what would happen if they do not comply, but earlier this week, the Houston Fire Department was called to the location after reports that classified documents and other papers were still being burned at the site. Chinas Foreign Ministry did announce to the eviction, saying that it breached International Law and gravely armed u. S. China relations. So in response, today, beijing ordered the consulate to close. A chinese biology researcher was also arrested, who officials i was being harbored up by chinese consulate in san francisco. According to the fbi, the woman lied about her connections to the Chinese Military in order to obtain a u. S. Visa. We should mention that three other chinese nationals have also been arrested on similar allegations there. Charles. Charles casey, thank you very much. So the question is now heading to a new cold war. She sits on the Senate Arms Committee and joins me now. You have been pushing this warning about the china situation longer than most folks down there. Where do we stand now . This is a big retaliation we were bracing for. What happens next . I think what youre going to see it is we are going to continue to tighten up on china. I thought secretary pompeo did a very good job with his remarks yesterday. He said distrust and verify. We have to keep in mind that china has used covid19 as the accelerant in their 100 year marathon. This has been their goal. To make the 21st century the china century. And they have our relationship with them has been too cozy for too long. Ait is imperative that we begin to unravel that relationship. It is very important that we close the confucius institutes. Just talking about the scientists that are being arrested. They come here to our academic institutions. They are all part of the Chinese Communist party. They are stealing trade secrets. We cannot trust them, so close those. Its imperative that we deal with china when it comes to trade, when it comes to production and manufacturing. Charles already. That we begin to turn this Critical Infrastructure manufacturing back to the u. S. Charles its interesting that you mentioned covid19 has hastened their plans because the irony here is that the rest of the world, finally, is waking up here in australia pushing back, leading over 100 nations in the world. You know how tied to their economy is to china . For them to bravely say no, we want to know the origins, we want to know what kind of army created to humanity, and we are seeing more and more nations stand up. My feeling is that china is going to get desperate, and that might lead them to do desperate things. Well, they probably are going to move more into a state of desperation. You are exactly right. Look at what has happened. And people have put up with china lying, stealing their intellectual property, stealing their trade secrets, reverse engineering, and it is almost as if with covid19, many nations around the globe have hit the tipping point. They are tired of china with their human rights violations. He will see what is happening. They have watch what is happening in hong kong. And god bless Boris Johnson and lovebirds for saying hey, come here. Weve got your back here. They have seen immigration with taiwan, and china is becoming a preeminent issue. President trump has been very tough on china. He made it part of his 2016 campaign, and im talking to people regularly who are now saying i am probably going to vote for trump again because he did what he said he was going to youth to china, and i realize what a bad actor they are. And charles, it doesnt matter if it is consumable, if it is semiconductor chips, if its pharmaceuticals, people are saying enough is enough. We need to bring that manufacturing home or share it with our allies, but china is somebody that we need to unravel their relationship and move away from. Charles looking live at the white house as President Trump is set for that weekend. We will see if he takes any question. The administration sending a Tactical Team to seattle ahead of the protest there. Are we looking at another showdown like portland . William la jeunesse with the latest. Charles, that is the fear, and that is what they are planning for because of this rally tomorrow, which has prompted police to erect barriers around two stations in seattle to stop what they expect to be overwhelming numbers of protesters. The city council say that they cannot use that for crowd control. They say they cannot protect themselves or property of things get out of control. Now that we dont have any tools in our tool bolt down i felt, we have some protection around each of the facilities. Meanwhile, she said she will take every legal step necessary to stop federal agents from deploying the Occupying Force in seattle. I think its important that what we are seeing in portland and what the president has threatened is not the norm. In fact, it is contrary to how federal government usually works with local law enforcement. So this comes as those protests escalated again, not against racism, but the president show of force at the federal building. If they are going to be violent, we have to match them. Definitely a lot more aggressive, like i wouldnt call it peaceful. So the crowd set fires insi inside. And then several protesters breached it after several warnings, they fired tear gas. The irony, charles, is that fence that they erected, they put it in seattle. Now in portland, they say that they have to take it down because they didnt get a permit. They are bracing for more violence tonight. [laughs] i cut you off guard there, sorry. Charles how is it being received in the city . We know that there are people who want to help. We have yet to get a response, but we do have Seattle Police officers killed president , and we welcome him, in this really tough period. Thank you so much for joining us. It is just so inconceivable after seeing what happened in seattle already, after seeing the warnings and the desperation of the police she was there, carmen beth, i tip my hat to read. It feels like your city is being set up again for the anarchist to run wild. Absolutely. And again, another example of how unreasonable activism has the entire reasonable majority, the ignored majority of the seattle residents hostage by their political activism. And sadly, i am extremely worried about the safety of the Police Officers that have to protect seattle residents this weekend, as the french majority of the seattle city council, and their naive attempt to hinder the Police Departments completely feckless and protecting the citizens, let alone protecting the majority. And i am very fearful that this weekend will become violent. I cant believe we are even having this discussion right now. Its mindblowing. Charles and it seems here is the irony, to your point. If you cant use Something Like tear gas or pepper spray, you only give the Police Officers riot batons, and thats the only thing they have, then that means that is what is going to be engaged. At the protesters and writers are going to push until and isnt pepper spray last harmful, potentially, then a riot baton . Where is the logic behind this one . You would think that we have gone back in time. 30 years ago, we were given a handgun and a baton. Weve progressed as a profession, especially in the city. The most Progressive Agency across the nation, but now, due to this completely naive and detrimental decision by the french City Council Majority in to put forth as legislation, which makes it nearly impossible to hold back iritis mob to take over the precinct. They have the 911 communication that is overrun by these domestic terrorist. They would not be met. And i cant believe we are at this point, so i hope that your viewership sees please assist us if you can visit us at seattlepoliceofficers. Org. You can donate. We are fighting this unreasonable activism, and you can have a hand. We need significant help in seattle. Charles before i let you go, i would like to understand, or at least if you can, tell us what are you saying . What are the Police Officers saying to themselves . What are they saying to their families, as a bruise for this extraordinarily dangerous situation that just simply does not have to be . There is almost an error of just uneasiness. You nailed it right. Their Mental Health right now is being taxed it to the degree, not just when they are on the job, but when they go home. Everybody is on edge. The entire city is on edge. You can just feel it walking around. They have put up concrete barriers around the precincts, as thats lastditch attempt to hold back these mobs. These criminal activist, these domestic terrorist that are bent on destruction, maiming and possibly killing Police Officers that are serving this Great Community of ours. I need them to wake up here this is the reality. We are being held hostage by a small group of friends mob that are hellbent on destruction. Charles be careful. All we can say is thank you for sharing your website with us. The viewers will respond, and our thoughts and prayers are with you and everyone there. We wanted to be peaceful, and we hope for the best outcome there. Think you so much. Forcing businesses to shut down again. The drama over the expiring Unemployment Benefits. On where things stand now. Mike. Charles, good afternoon. They say it is an urgent matter. A i will not get in the middle of negotiations. Our priority right now, we feel it is very important to address extending those Unemployment Insurances, and how that looks. Unemployment insurance is a top priority for us. Lawmakers are feelings of deadline pressure with those benefits due to run out in one week. Tens of millions of people are out of work, and now 4 Million People infected by this virus, and the Senate Republicans have decided to take the weekend off. Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell says he is willing to extend Unemployment Benefits to a point. Continues some temporary federal supplements to Unemployment Insurance. While fixing the obvious craziness of paying people more to remain out of the workforce. The some republicans worry that provides workers incentive to sta stay home, so they are looking at cutting it down to 200 per week. Lets be clear. If you lost your job through no fault of your own and cant go back to work because the Trump Administration has mismanaged the crisis, republicans want you to take a pay cut of 30 or even more. One idea was just doing an extension to allow more time to negotiate other components of covid19 relief, but House Speaker nancy pelosi says she doesnt want to go piece by piece. Charles. Charles thank you very much. As more restrictions kicking in, shutting down bars and restaurants yet again, and the unemployed americans are now facing the possibility of using that extra 600 federal benefits, what does it all mean for the economy . I am going to bring in labor secretary Eugene Scalia. We got the initial jobless claims, hire after 16 weeks of the decline. We have seen some remarkable Economic Data over the last few months, but there is a breeze and, particularly on wall street, for these numbers to start turning lower. So there is a sense of urgency. Can we get all of this done by july 31st . Charles, good to be with you. And first, with respect to the jobs report yesterday, you are right. We did see initial claims go up for the first time in a few months, but up by about 100,000. The good news in that report was the continuing claims that people who are mans on Unemployment Insurance actually drop substantially by more than a million. So it was mixed. I do think we are getting a warning out of states in the south and the west, how important it is to thats reopening of the economy to practice the Safety Measures that we will become familiar with. Just so important to me. Actually part of what is insuring our freedom right now, so i think we have had very, very good economic news. I think we can continue that, but weve got to be careful. With respect to the negotiations in washington, they are obviously ongoing. And i think there is broad recognition of the importance of getting an agreement. I think there working as quickly as they can towards that. Charles yeah, so, youre right. We had continuing claims down, but if you take the 16 million, those who are getting this new pandemic unemployment assistance, so youve got 30 million americans there. To your point, the southern states, thats all three states with the jobless claims, florida, georgia, and california, where the virus is coming back. I know you cant control what stays close and what states dont reopen, but i do feel like a lot of these states are closing so quickly, that they are harming their economy to a point where yes, people are going to wear masks. I think well get it. Everyone sort of gets it. Opposition to that has dropped to minimal. What do you say to these states . Are they being too cautious to a fault where they are going to really destroy any chance of their economy is coming back and some of these job closing become permanent . Its a local decision, charles. I wouldnt want to comment on any one particular jurisdiction, what they have done. We do now that there are Important Health benefits to being open, just as there are Important Health benefits to our children and having our schools open, and by the way, important benefits to our economy and having our schools open too. One thing that i am concerned about is what it means for some of our lower income workers and for women employment if we dont reopen the schools as safely as we can. I am actually more concerned about some of these approaches being taken there, but theres a tradeoff. We do need to recognize, though, the virus is still out there. We have gotten a real warning from some of the southwestern states. It is appropriate for other jurisdictions to heed that and be safe. Charles arizona may have ph. Texas may have peaked. We will see. In the meantime, House Speaker nancy pelosi today calling out the administration. I want you to take a listen to this. Right now, we are focusing on this one subject. The extension of the Unemployment Insurance benefits. This is essential to the wellbeing of americans, and what do the republicans of the white house have against working families in our country . That they would begrudge them 600 of absolutely necessary sustenance . Charles secretary, obviously a lot of that is hyperbolic and typical political speak and disingenuous, but there is a point to be made. Your Unemployment Benefits, for instance, in some of these states tennessee is 275. Arizona is 240, and georgia is 365. In florida, 275. So, if businesses arent reopening in these areas quick enough, its logical to say maybe families can support themselves on 200 a week. 600 is too much . Where do you think is a good middle ground . Well, President Trump did something extraordinary back in march when he put in place that additional 600 a week and Unemployment Insurance and a circumstance where millions of americans across the country were being told by state and local governments that they just couldnt go to work. They couldnt do their jobs. They were barred from doing that, so that calls for something really extraordinary, substantial support. During the Great Recession back 12 years ago, it was 25 that week was the amount that the federal government put forward. Unemployment insurance is typically funded by the states, but the president took this extraordinary and important step in march. We are now in a different place, and we have learned a couple of things. We learned that nearly 70 of people getting that 600 a week are actually getting more on unemployment and they got when they were working. That cant continue. I think there is broad recognition that it cant continue. In massachusetts, on unemployment right now, on an annualized basis, 75,000 a year. And so, that number is not a good number. There was not a lot of careful evaluation when it was first adopted, so i think the administration and republicans are interested in continuing to provide work. We know that there are millions of unemployed we are focused first and foremost on helping them get back to work. Thats even more important. Charles absolutely. Absolutely. But we recognize that some continued support will be needed for those on unemployment. Charles i do say it, in the administration deserves tremendous credit for the swiftness and the boldness of that, and we cant fumble the ball here. Secretary scalia, thank you very much. We really appreciate it. Thank you, charles. Charles speaking of which, lower drug prices delivered. Thats President Trumps executive orders. What does it mean for america . Tomorrow, we will talk about it. They get that no two people are alike and customize your Car Insurance so you only pay for what you need. Almost done. What do you think . I dont see it. Only pay for what you need. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Charles President Trump signed an executive order to lower drug prices. Kevin is at the white house with more. Lets get right to it. The multiple orders the president issued to help focus save a lot of money. It directs drug makers to give the rebates back to patient and insulin and lower prices for some mumbled drugs. Medicare drugs. Heres what the president said about fulfilling that 2017 pledge. This will restructure the market to make these medications affordable and accessible. My administration is standing up to the special interests and fighting back against a rigged system. You heard that word before. I am unrigging the system that is many decades old. We are doing something that should have been a long time ago. And saving a lot of americans a lot of money. Charles absolutely. Thank you very much. Speaking of which, tomorrow at 10 a. M.
