She said he is a kind man who made a minor mistake and americas criminal Justice System destroyed him for life because its racist. Underwood 65 years old got life in prison without parole for a nonviolent drug crime. It was his first crime. But the judge showed no leniency. Tucker a nonviolent drug related crime.
