As i said before, the people who write the laws about Campaign Finance are good politicians trying to hang onto power. They are the ones that write the law. So i dont know if it is illegal or if the complaint brought by conservative group. That is her defense, this is the right attacking her. We will see how the investigation goes. But i think the main point, she was supposed to be about getting money out of politics and transparency, wheres the money coming from and what we are seeing is more and more evidence that shes got all kinds of money that helped her get elected. It has made everybodys life better and people are safer so completely devastated going back to the rise of 1968 really come a new york city of course the first among many others. A new wave of far left prosecutors, many funded by enforcement in cities across the country. Not an overstatement but its happening in a lot of different places. Tucker this is a trend and its not isolated examples could be eight in san francisco, boston, new york. This is happening nationwide it is and the biggest jurisdictions to make jurisdictions in the country and a big part of the American Public living in places controlled by these left wing prosecutors. Look we have elections for all sorts of offices and kind of unusual the democrat wins. That is not the problem. The problem is this new wave of prosecutors sees themselves as criminal justice reporters first and Law Enforcement officer second. I think that is where the problem lies. The danger is that they all subscribe to this notion that the criminal Justice System in the United States, not that it needs sort of adjustments at the margin. Not that it needs incremental reform but it is entirely corrupt and racist. It is overly operating from that presumption. One of the things pursuing full steam ahead largescale to curse the ration. That is a really scary thing. Tucker they were helped by the congressman and also happy about this bill, no doubt many people should be let out of prison. I dont believe in being overly punitive but overlarge, people convicted of serious crimes out of prison what happens . Crime goes up. Rafael crime goes up a lot of crime committed by the people who are getting out of prison because of the current policies. And so the question is will we be able to let out large spots of people without a negative impact. At the current rate the vast majority of prism is housed in state facilities. 83 of people released from state facilities go on to reoffend at least once. That is an edible number. Less than 20 are successfully reentering society. People say, we should rehabilitate. We should, we should absolutely be trying to find the best way that we know how. It is hard to know how. It is hard to know how. And showing success and there have been some, they are hard to scale. So i think it is a bit of a dangerous move that we have in a large number of personnel for the great and tucker it seems reckless and if you care about normal would pause. But do we see measurable increases in crime . Rafael we start to see in chicago, significantly elevated crime since 2016 even though a high crime area for a lot of time compared to 2011 2014 and st. Louis going through the roof, and some of the highest crime rates in history. Baltimore has seen the highest murder rate in history. And then brooklyn today, Eric Gonzalez one of the new poster childs here overseas. Brooklyn has seen almost 68 increase in murders. It is a short period of time so the numbers are low and likely to fluctuate a lot but its not encouraging. And you hit the nail on the head when you said it is regular people bearing the brunt of this. At the prime density concentrated low income largely minority. These are the people at the prosecutors say they are representing. Tucker it is all on their behalf that we are doing it. Rafael exactly but the unfortunate reality, the brunt of the cost in these policies and the extent they play out i think they will.
