Javits Convention Center its remarkable what they have been able to do there. Also this, tents springing up in central park where the Charity Samaritans purse has set up their own Field Hospital to help out. It is the reality in new york and across the nation as we learn that we are, as many anticipated in this for a bit longer haul than originally hoped. President trump extended the social distancing guidelines now through april 30. And the White House Task force offered this projection from dr. Deborah birx for what may lie ahead. So in a flu model, the worse Case Scenario is between 1. 6 million and 2. 2 million deaths. Thats a projection if you do nothing. So we have never really done all of these things that we are doing. We put them into a model. We have looked at the italy data with their selfisolation. And thats where we come up with if we do things together well, almost perfectly, we could get in the range of 100,000 to 200,000 fatalities. We dont even want to see that. Did you know Liberty Mutual customizes your Car Insurance tada which most pills dont. So you only pay for what you need . Given my unique lifestyle, thatd be perfect martha thats a big number. So in moments we are going to let me grab a pen and some paper. Hear from the army corps of know what . Im gonna switch now. Just need my desk. Engineers chief and the extensive and innovative measures underway all across the country right now to help combat the pandemic and provide care to my chair. And my phone. Those in need. Very, very complicated situation and as i have been only pay for what you need. Saying all week, there is no way liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. We can solve this with a complicated solution. We need a very, very simplistic will music solution. Martha he is really doing incredible work. You will hear from him in a moment. The nypd commissioner der not shae on the toll this is taking on americas Largest Police force. May we never forget the sacrifice of those workers who put themselves in harms way to keep you and your family safe. Senator john kennedy of louisiana joins us during the massive surging cases in louisiana. Alarming spike in deaths there we will talk to him about that tonight. The senator will be with us shortly. Also a crucial look at the numbers coming out of china. What can you believe coming out of china and what deserves the skepticism that is gathering around it. Nigel faraj will be here on that tonight. We begin with Lieutenant General todd semite. U. S. Army corps of engineers chief. Thank you so much for being here. You are doing incredible job across the con true building these facilities. Tell us whats going on in new york and how many buildings besides the Javits Center you anticipate you might need there . Martha, thank you for having us on tonight and the department of defense all of our thoughts and prayers go out to all of these people affected by this terrible virus. A lot of heroes being made last couple weeks. I was in new york city the last couple nights streets empty. Still saw the cops and nurses we believe on the most recent and medical people. Numbers that came in today that people stepping up to help be we bought a couple of three days able to try to mitigate. This to be able to frame this, in region one as it relates to we knew and Governor Cuomo Ventilator Capacity which we called us two weeks ago. Should exceed now around april he said hey, i need to be able the 5th. And bed capacity, which we will to have some help in new york exceed by april the 12th. City. Secretary esper asked me to go up on behalf of fema to figure out how can we come up with some martha governor bell edwards type of a plan to help new york on the shortages that louisiana city. We basically created a standard could be facing in a matter of days to accommodate the states design. We made this very, very simple. You heard in the clip earlier. More than 4,000 confirmed cases we have got to be able to make of covid19. Now, overnight, the death toll this exceptionally straightforward. There spiked 22 to 185 people. We need some facilities that are covid and other facilities the new orleans Convention Center is now the site of a noncovid and looked across the array of faciliesm scratch in te 1,000 bed facility for patients who have tested positive but dont require hospitalization. Weeks. We said lets go find something already to code. Republican senator don kennedy already has electricity. Live in his home state of already has fire and water. Louisiana tonight. So we kind of put these in two different bins. Senator, thank you for being Something Like a hotel or a with us. What do you have to say about College Dormitory or perhaps a the governors statement that large area like a convention your state will run out of beds center or a sports arena. By this sunday . So, when i was with the governor he said what can die right away to get you started. I said we need to have a building like tonight. We need to have three more buildings by tomorrow night. I mean, its tough. We need to have your list of were coping. Our problem and if you look at projects, governor, where you want us to get started. He turned us onto the javits the national statistics, martha, center first. And thats where we are working adjusted for population, we are with the entire team. Number three in cases and number this is not the corps of two in deaths. Engineers. And new orleans is a hot spot this is fema, hhs. Unbelievably talented team in our biggest concern is the Javits Center. The governor, the mayor who has ventilators. We have, i think 1,337 been amazing in this. Everybody pulling together to basically take a fema hospital, a series of hospitals and put ventilators. Them inside a Convention Center. About 29 are in use the originally what came out of a box and only about 500 beds. We were able to expand to about president has promised us another 150 out of the national 3,000 beds and thats up and running today. Stockpile fema is in charge of martha yeah. It really is remarkable. Im so glad that you are highlighting all of these different groups that are distributing equipment. Working together. How have you been able to do it i have spoken to the folks at on such a short time frame and fema. They are trying to accommodate would it have been obviously every state. I take some comfort in the its always hopeful if you have fact a lot of comfort in the more time. Do you wish to you would have fact that our private sector has been told to start this 2 or 3 weeks ago . A month ago . Well, i think this is now joined with us in government and as fast as it can. Again, this is a city and state it is producing ventilators. Responsibility. Its actually getting ready to im not happy at the price do a press briefing in the pentagon last friday afternoon. Gouging on ventilators. And President Trump and its gone they have gone from dr. Esper called me on my cell 20,000 to 50,000. Phone and said what else do you we will deal with that later. Need general semonite to make i think its unconscionable but we will deal with that later. This happen. I think what helps us, martha, we have to be able to anticipate in louisiana i was just going where the requirement was and maybe somebody could say we to say we are we have a lot could have done something of experience with natural earlier on. When we knew that need we went disasters, with hurricanes. In and did it. We understand in louisiana that here is the power of the idea. Its not to set down and try to we may think we control nature, design several hundreds of but nature really controls us. Facilities. Friday afternoon briefed in the pentagon we had 114 identified. Today we have 341 identified. Martha im just looking at the streets on bourbon street we have got about 8 gigantic there in new orleans and the contracts going in right now image next to you and it reminds tonight across the united me of fifth avenue in new york city where there is just nobody states, about 8500 rooms. On the street. In the next couple days we will it is a stunning sight to see write seven more big contracts about another 3,000. Its the ability to have a the shutdown of the United States of america to this level. Standard design and then pass of course, back in washington that back out to mayors and the politics continues and i governors and say this is just want to play this soundbite something that has already been for you from yesterday from sanctioned through hhs and fema. Speaker pelosi and get your delegate it back down. You can build it. We can build it. Reaction to that. But then take the passion of the i dont know what the idea and put it into the ground. Scientists said to him. And thats what we are seeing, when did this president know martha is really taking off is about this and what did he know . This is beginning to grow in what did he know and when did he little cities, little towns, big know it . Convention centers to be able to thats for after actiore dying e find a way of cutting this delta. Martha understood. You know, you have been given a mission and you are working to we just have to take every really hard to carry it out at a precaution. Really blistering pace. What about chicago . Martha she said as the are you building one of these at president fiddles people are the chicago Convention Center . Dying, senator kennedy. In new orleans will we see one i dont think thats helpful, of these at the superdome . Martha. So every governor has a list you know, power doesnt change of projects. You. It just unmasks you if we listen its premature to say exactly which ones are on their list. Some governors have made decisions that kind of told you there is about 15 of the big ones that we actually got approval from fema. We have written the contract. Governors have made to speaker when we are old we announcements in their states and we are in the ground. Would all be eating cat food out of a can. There is other ones where the if i were the president , i would governor want to keep working ignore her. I know its hard for him to do through that and we want to appreciate the governors role it. But the fact that she would in this. Chicago is a great example of persist in trying to politicize another big dimension we have taken on here. This at a time of a national in javits, its noncovid. Tragedy i find obscene. As you said in the leadin. This is where we are just like the comfort, to displace people that are not covid, take them out of hospitals and put them in martha one more question for you the Life Tabernacle church another facility. That is kind of what javits is. Outside of baton rouge continues to have services on sunday. In chicago, we are doing exactly what do you think about that in the opposite. The pastor there encouraging we are going to take the people to embrace each other, mccormick Convention Center and saying essentially saying, you stand up about 3,000 covid beds. Know, you are safe here in this place of god. Three different sections, some what do you say about that . Will have dinner types of diffef capability. We expect to have the first 500 of them done by the end of the god helps those who help weekend. We want to go very, very aggressively. Themselves. My church is no longer holding we have a very good contractor on the ground. Again, working with this services. They are holding them over the integrated team to be able to be internet. I want people to practice their ruthless in execution. Faith. For the time being, i dont we do not have time to do the think its mart for us to perfect solution. We have got to do congregate in marge numbers. Missionessential. Whatever you would want to do to make sure your loved one is the internet allows us to be taken care of. Thats where we are going to draw the line. Martha quickly if you can and i have one more question for you. In terms of the military with each other without being participation with healthcare physically present. Providers, because one of the i hope he rethinks his position. Things that has been said about all these facilities is that martha we are watching at there just arent the medical home too. Professionals to man all of its different but we are all these things once they are thankful that we can do it and built. How much of a role is the military going to play and will that there is the ability to do that. There be enough doctors to senator kennedy, thank you. Service all of these facilities . And were going to be watching and praying for all the people so martha, im a good soldier. I stay in my leg. In louisiana i know you are in a this is stay in my line. You hav. Tough position as we are in the new york area. We thank you for taking the time you have seen a lot of to talk to us and hope to see discussion on all the different supplies are in there. You soon. Thank you. Number three you have to have the staff. Thanks, martha. That means a lot. Martha you bet. We are primarily focused on the you take care. A flash to a little bit of good site. The department of defense is news maybe from the front lines extremely focused on taking of the covid19 pandemic. Whatever they have and pushing them out. In javits today there are army Field Hospitals that are doing when we come back. The job just like the comfort is up there to be able to augment and dr. Esper is looking at other places to be able to continue to augment existing capabilities with what dodd has. Wheeling. You are going to find that at maybe theres a little part of me that wanted to be seen. Well, progressive helps people save when they bundle their home with their outdoor vehicles. The end of the day the sites are so theyve got other things to do now, bigfoot. Not going, the staffer are going to be the most critical demand wait, whatd you just call me . In a couple weeks from now. Bigfoot . Martha as i say goodbye to my name is daryl. You i want to put something up on the screen. This is a poster that says you give us the armor and we will the ups and downs of frequent mood swings give it hell. Can plunge you into deep, depressive lows. And its next to one from world war ii with a pilot. crying you give us the fire and we will give them hell and you can see take you to uncontrollable highs. As you said that the front lines muffled arguing in this fight as world war ii. Or, make you feel both at once. Overwhelmed by bipolar i symptoms . Ask about vraylar. Medical professionals doctors some medications only treat the lows or the highs. Day in america. Quick thought on that before i let you go, sir . Vraylar effectively treats depression, we are proud to be part of this federal team from the acute manic and mixed episodes of bipolar i. President , the Vice President , secretary of defense, everybody fullspectrum relief of all symptoms. Said wherever we need to step up with just one pill, once a day. But we have a lot of work to do. Call your doctor about unusual changes we cant take our eye off the in behavior or suicidal thoughts. Antidepressants can increase these ball. We have got to make this happen in children and young adults. Report fever, stiff muscles, or confusion, fast. Martha well, i know you are working as hard as you can. Which may mean a lifethreatening reaction, and you are veryproponent of thu or uncontrollable muscle movements, may be permanent. All are carrying out. Side effects may not appear we thank you for being here for several weeks. Metabolic changes may occur. Lieutenant general se semonite movement dysfunction, restlessness, sleepiness, stomach issues are common side effects. When bipolar i overwhelms, vraylar helps smooth the ups and downs. With new york ground overthe covid19 crisis. More than 900 new York City Police officers have tested positive for the virus. 14 of new yorks police force is currently out sick. Nypd commissioner dermot shay talks to us about that next. The Pharmaceutical Company has been working with us very closely and as alex mentioned a little bit 30 million dose of hydroxychloroquine to the United States government given. Private sector as you say, steve, its been amazing whats happened. Really amazing. Martha so private corporations stepping up during the pandemic by donating millions of doses of hydroxychloroquine. It is welcome news for my next guest who has been using the drug combination with to treat covid19 patients. Found it is the best option that is currently available and believes that it needs to be pursued aggressively. Joining me now is dr. Jeff colyer, former governor of kansas and back on the front lines as a practicing physician. Dr. Collier, thank you so much for being with us. I know that you say that you have always been very conservative about new therapies and thousand you use them but you felt that you just couldnt ignore the positive impact of these two drugs together. Tell us about that. Well, what we did is we were looking at the data thats out there. We have no options for ordinary people and what we saw was we saw some data first in the lab coming from cdc that said that this could be effective with a kosar virus. Then we saw in china a number of patients that were being treated with plaque quinn nell did not come down with the virus at all. Now we have Additional Data from europe and other reports now that suggest that it really is effective in a number of patients. How effective that is we dont know yet. Martha so have you actually tried it on patients though . Yes. And some outpatients here and early reports from them is that it seems to have to have martha a short time ago the nations Largest Police force announcing the loss of two more of its members bringing the total number to five who have lessened symptoms. Needs large randomized trial died from covid19. The nypd now has 930 confirmed heap to see this is being used cases of the virus and that under a trial in new york city number is projected to rise with that we now are getting supplies more than 14 of the department and that most importantly the fda has now approved this use. Out sick. Joining me now exclusively tonight is very busy man, new York City Police commissioner dermot shae, commissioner thank at what point in the illness you very much for being with us tonight. Is it most effective and is it i guess, first of all, i would just ask you for your thoughts working on patients who have on these five individuals who very ill who are in the hospital you have lost from the new york and are in dire situations as Police Department both officers and civilians. Well . So the fda emergency approval approved it for use in one uniform member and four hospitalized patients first and thats because there are shortages across the united civilians, five members of a family. Its a very difficult time for the new York City Police department. Any time we lose someone its states french data had 80 difficult. This is a very surreal feeling. We pride ourselves in taking patients hospitalized 78 had care of our family and were in less viral shed and got out a situation right now where we earlier than examined. We are seeing more data with dont really even have time to mourn. This. Like all medications, early its every man and every woman stepping in and trying to get a Cancer Treatment gives you a better result. Mission done. I think early treatment with this should be something that and we will mourn, but it wont should be an option. Be today. There is just too much work to but for right now we have short tapblgsz and so you have to save do. Your medications for those who martha how protected are are sickest first. Police officers because i know over the course of the last couple of weeks we have heard different reports that they felt like they were, you know, going martha we hope what we are into situations without the seeing from corporations ramping up production of it will proper protection. What can you say about that and alleviate that what about using can you update us on how that situation is now . This prophylactically for Healthcare Professionals who are on the front lines. Its an invisible enemy we should they be taking this . Are fighting here. It has a lot of people nervous. There is currently a study being started as precisely on i can tell you that the safety of the men and women of this that question. Those on the front lines, those Police Department is the first thing that i think about when i nurses, doctors, emts that are wake up and its the last thing i think about when i go to sleep out there, they are the ones at night. Not just that. Its their families as well. We are wellpositioned in terms being exposed. Early indications it may be of equipment. Helpful there but nothing we have many, many systems in place in terms of replenishing definitive at this point. It would make sense it. Does help kill the virus in the that equipment. Messaging that back and for the to the men and women of the test tube and we see there is Police Department is the utmost lower viral shedding. Importance to me. We are seeing this being used ongoing process in making sure that they have everything that intermittently now in the united they need from tie ventricle tyo states with this and there is also a couple studies going on. I hope we get a lot more information day by day over the masks to gloves to hand next few days. Sanitizer all of it. We do have it on hand. Martha dr. Collier, thank we are certainly aware of the you, good to see you and for level we have ordering more. What you are doing former governor of kansas now treating how much do we have on hand . Patients are covid19. How long will it last . Our hats off to you, sir, on thats the unknown in this this doctors day in the united because nobody can really put states. Good to see you. Their finger on how long this best of luck to you. Stay strong. Thank you. Will last. Martha yeah. Let me ask you about the opposite side of all of this. When you have 14 of your force martha you bet. Coming up next, residents of calling in sick, theres wuhan, china disputing the concerns about civil unrest in numbers that their government is the city of new york and whether putting out they say they dont or not there are enough Police Officers to keep the peace in match the reality of what actually happened there on the these really challenging times. Ground and, quote incinerators yeah. Have been working around the and it is challenging times. When you look at what we have clock, grim images from wuhan, done as a Police Department in the city we have a unique relationship, i think. Nigel tpaupblg says the a great mutual respect. Communist party is using this to we are wellpositioned despite the fact that we have 14 of the gain global power and hes up next. Uniformed force out. We have over 1140 now positive test on the uniformed side. It is all hands on deck. I can tell you that. Many contingency plans already put into place. We are constantly planning every the peak. We still see numbers growing. But the good news is we have now seen officers coming back from covid positive tests back to work joining the fight. That is really the message. Its all hands on deck. As somebody goes out sick. If we want them to go out sick doing Everything Possible to keep you connected. To get better, its the next person out stepping. Through the resilience of our network and people. In tartha so do you feel we can keep learning, keep sharing, confident that you have enough officers to keep peace in new keep watching, york city over the course of and most of all, keep together. Its the job weve always done. This . It is the job we will always do. I know from the outside you may have those questions but i am 100 percent confident that the men and women of this Police Department will rise up to any can match the power of energizer. And all challenges to do because energizer ultimate lithium is whatever it takes to keep the people of this city safe. The longest lasting aa battery in the world. I have absolutely no doubt about [confetti cannon popping] energizer. Backed by science. It. Matched by no one. Martha what are the orders of them breaking up groups in avoid sick people. And touching your face. The subway or in the park . There are everyday actions i understand that there are now to help prevent the spread going to be fines. Of respiratory diseases. What are you telling new yorkers visit cdc. Gov covid19. About that . So good news here is one of the brought to you by the National Association of broadcasters reasons we are able to do so and this station. Many things with so many people out is that we have seen a dropoff in people on the street. I would say 9 . At least of the time people are heeding the instructions and knowing this isnt a first line of broadcasters yes. This moving thing never gets any easier. Well, xfinity makes moving super easy. Police officers and nurses i can transfer my internet and tv service in about a minute. Fight. This is all forkers joining together. When you hear about people wow, that is easy. Almost as easy as having th social distancing, people have we are those guys. Heeded that warning a city of thats you . 6. 8 million people. The truck adds 10 pounds. If you want to find a couple people whether its in a crowd in the arms. On a park on the weekend or on a ok. Yep. Transfer your Service Online in a few easy steps. Train you can find it. By and large what you are seeing now thats simple, easy, awesome. Is empty streets, empty parks. Xfinity makes moving easy with twohour appointment windows, people staying home and we even on nights and weekends. Really thank the people of new go to xfinity. Com moving to get started. York for doing that and we need them to do it just a little bit longer to help us on this. The last thing we want to martha i was going to say if you stay home you will help keep people safe and help the new York City Police department as well. We certainly are grateful to your officers for their sacrifices and certainly to those families who lost their loved ones who are members of the new york Police Department as you say its a family and everyone feels their loss. Commissioner shae, thank you very much. I hope you will come back and talk to us when you have some time again. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Martha you bet. Stay safe. All right. Another region that is really getting hit by this is louisiana. 22 surge in deaths overnight in louisiana. Senator john kennedy is going to join me in just a moment. We are going it talk to him about whats going on in his about whats going on in his ete job martha residents of wuhan, china slowly returning back to life this week and to work and all of that. They had a two month lockdown at the heart of the covid19 outbreak. Some there are disputing the governments estimate that just over 2500 people died in that city. Suggesting that the actual number could be in the tens of thousands. Based on the grim number of cremations and urns that are being distributed. Joining me now is nigel farage former member of the European Parliament and leader of the u. K. s brexit party. Nigel, very good to have you with us. Thank you. Martha you said its time that the west have a grown up conversation about china. What did you think about that introduction and those contentions about how many people actually died . Well, radio free asia are suggesting u died in wuhan looking at the number of crematoriums working, the number of urines seen with processions of people coming to pick them up. Look, i dont know the truth of this any more than you do. One thing i do know absolutely for certain, we cannot believe a word communist china says. From the very beginning of this problem, they covered up the truth about what was going on. The doctor that exposed what was really happening was written off as a mad conspiracy theorist, the west, were told, frankly it was too late, really when they informed us what was going on. And now we see, china using its influence, using its money. We particularly see huawei the Telecom Company donating face masks, hand gel, donations in some cases and even the state offering to sell ventilators to countries like italy that are in serious problems. You know, the country that caused this problem is now trying to present itself to much of the western world as being its savior and is trying to make a massive, massive power grab. I think what we need to start doing is be a bit more honest with ourselves to say do you know what the truth is, this particular virus came from china as other viruses have before. And its about time they owned up and took some responsibility. Martha well, to your point, this is a soundbite from 60 minutes australia. Listen to this. As china now tries to rewrite history and claim it was transparent all along, a final nail in the coffin a lie. Two weeks ago the head of emergency at wuhan Central Hospital dr. I finn also went public saying authorities had stopped her and her colleagues from warning the world. She has now disappeared, whereabouts unknown. Martha i mean, these individuals who tried to warn the rest of the world are true heroes and disappeared they may have sacrificed their lives. Did die of covid19 before he could get the word out. I mean, look, the truth of it is, this is a communist totalitarian state, one that sets up prison camps for religions that it doesnt want. One that executes vast numbers of its own people and one that is hell bent and intent on becoming the leading most powerful country in the world and it will use any means at its disposal to do it. You know, deception is something that we in american culture, british culture, we kind of loathe the concept of deception and chinese culture, it seems to be actually quite a worthy thing if it achieves your goal. Martha its a regular tool. Let me ask you one question before i go. Its kind of a big one but i want to give you a moment to answer. This how should all of this change your relationship with china . I heard President Trump the other day saying that he spoke to president xi on the phone and that they had a great conversation and, you know, sort of commiserated over this virus issue. How should this change our relationship . Well the truth of it is we have become much too dependent on china for much of our supply chains in manufacturings that is certainly true in europe. And in consumer terms as well. This needs a radical rethink. It is globalization that has caused this crisis. We need a rethink. Our countries need to become more selfdependent and not relying on china. And you know something . When i look next time in a shop and see made in china, im going to say im not buying that. Martha nigel farage, thank you very much, sir. Good to see you tonight. Thanks for being with us. Thank you. Martha so coming up, karl rove and chris han on governor Andrew Cuomos response running against President Trump come next november. Next. Zzzquil pure zzzs. Naturally superior sleep. We met i wouldnt mind running against andrew. I wouldnt mind that, but ill be honest, i think it be a better candidate than sleepy joe. I wouldnt mind running against andrew or joe biden. President trump with the surprising admission today that hed rather take on andrew cuomo in november than joe biden but the new york governor quickly shut down the idea. The president s comment about having a political contest with me, i am not engaging the president in politics. In i am not running for president. I was never running for president. We have a national crisis. We are at war. There is no politics. There is no red and blue. Its red, white, and blue. Joined now by karl rove, former deputy chief of staff and a Fox News Contributor and former aide to senator Chuck Schumer and syndicated radio host as well. You think you for being here tonight. Want to talk with this poll which is the Approval Ratings have really gone up considerably. 71 since february when he was at 44 . Your thoughts on what President Trump said first of all . I think first of all, those numbers are astonishing as someone who has been a new york politics, the best numbers ive seen for any governor ever. I think that what the president said is more of what we saw from this president , politics is everything. They would be the politics that andrew cuomo showed us saying there is no politics right now. We are all, its what he did after 9 11 and it led him to a huge victory in the midterms year and a half later. The politics right now and andrew cuomo is a leading amount donald trump needs to put politics aside, stop having people praise him at his press conference and just talk about the issues at hand and he will actually do better politically if he follows that free advice and giving him right now which im sure carl would give them the same exact advice. The president is at 60 in the gallup poll for his handling of this situation so far, but do you agree that he shouldnt get involved in whether or not the democrats throw a hail mary pass to Governor Cuomo in new york . I do. And i agree with chris. I dont agree with chriss tone and some of the intimation there but the president would be better off he has profited by focusing on the problem at hand and theres a time to comment on politics and its not now, put it aside. But a couple weeks ago, we started having some commentary about how could andrew cuomo lets draft them to be the democratic nominee. Thats never going to happen. The democrats are going to nominate someone running the primaries, going to be joe biden but if i were him, id be worried about it and id be worried about it because it got reinforced in the way in this abc poll where he leads 4947. 47. Among trump voters, 55 are very enthusiastic about supporting him. 32 are only somewhat. Biden, 28 are very enthusiastic and 48 present only somewhat. So right now, he has an Enthusiasm Gap that he needs to work on and i think the play off of what chris said, it be better if it wasnt about politics. I think he is not helping himself by looking for every opportunity to sling and arrow. Be better off that if he did speak, he was commending people like Governor Cuomo and others in his party who he thinks are doing the right thing. With regard to joe biden, hes in a very tough spot. He is broadcasting from his basement and he is essentially disappeared from the scene. You hear and see andrew cuomo all the time. Its not his fault, he just isnt in a position to be seen handling any of this right now and i think that is difficult for a candidate. Its incredibly difficult, and its not going to get better before this summer.
