This is a comment which means that a 24yearold making 90000 could get a windfall. Shes taking from the very end to give to the well off. It might be worth it if you could have a grand bargain where you got them on subsidizing higher ed completely. It would pay for it, its really crazy. But the amounted that we have, its kind of nuts. Why should i, im only 26 years old, but why should i and other taxpayers be burden with the degree thats not going to turn into. [inaudible] you force colleges to compete with one another because they have no incentive to lower their tuition. They make it high and high and high because they know it can be forgiven, will just tax the millionaires and the billionaires and the colleges are like great, just keep racking up the tuition dollars, though the ones winning through this, parents are not winning, students are not winning, its the government thats winning. Im always so sick of the democrat talk about fear, why should we equate the student who puts off college or trade school for a couple years, saves up their money and then pays for their education out right with some uppermiddleclass kid whose have everything handed to him. Those two people arent the same, but yet why would the upper middle class get his debt forgiven and the guy who worked his butt off to do things the right way, theres no fair share their. Weve nationalized the student debt market, if you get part of this grand bargain, whatever, theyre getting some skin in the game and making the colleges liable, especially the richer ones were part of the debt two thats interesting. I think it was smart of him to at least separate himself in the pack a little because last time i was on the show i said these guys are all going to have to out left each other. At the end of the day, every single one will have to fall in line just like varney had to do last time. I think the one unexplored factor, we all know it but the identity politics of the left, its gonna be hard for biden. The one exception. I think.
