Quickly as i possibly can. Laura i figured. Sean new york is not much better. To be too great to see you. See you tomorrow night. Im Laura Ingraham and this is the ingraham angle from washington tonight. Despite a curfew declared an hour ago violence is breaking out in the streets of louisvil louisville. Two Louisville Police officers have been shot and what can only be described as revenge shooting for the wake of the Breonna Taylor grand jury decision. For the first time, we are now going to play for you extended louisville pd body cam footage from when the shots rang out. This is shocking staff. Watch. [gunfire] shots fired, shots fired. [sirens blaring] [bleep] where do you want us to go . Where do you want us to go . Right there, right there, officer down right there. Where do you want to go . Move, move, move. Weve got an officer down. Officer down. Officer down. [sirens blaring] they are going to double back. Weve got one down here weve got one down. Laura its just outrageous. Joining me now is julio rosoff, townhall. Com Senior Writer on the ground in louisville and asked when these shots rang out. Julio, we are waiting for an update from the police. Happening any minute. Describe what you saw and heard tonight. That crowther was merging the street street, they came out of the park area in front of the hall of justice theyve been gathering there. As they were marching from the barricaded zone, they were people breaking off and smashing uncovered windows and setting fires. They were marching in the street towards the Police Officers. The officers fired flash bangs in the air over the crowd. A few seconds later, thats when we started to hear gunshots. People started to scatter. The video that i posted, you can see me trying to run and get out of the way because a few seconds after the shooting can be heard, police started to swarm the area. Like i said, people started to scatter. Trying to get out of the way and avoid any more potential gunshots. Laura julio, the authorities and shopkeepers, businesses, people dont realize from across the country, they have been boarded up for weeks and weeks. They have been preparing for this immediate vicinity for the last several days. Theres been an enormous amount of chatter about this. Yet you can see in a situation like this, theres only so much the police are going to be able to do. This protest that is just violence and mayhem spreading around such a wide array of streets and blocks and enclosed areas. Sonly so much the police can control. Earlier today, marching in the streets. This was after the grand jury decision have been made. Again, they were marching in the streets. Windows and businesses not covered were being targeted. They were eventually stopped but they were stopped about 3 miles after they were in the Jefferson Square park area. There was about 3 miles of property that could positional y have been damaged by some of the crowd before they were put a stop to and people were arrested. Laura some of the print news reports from the immediate aftermath of the grand jurys decision were just anger. People were in disbelief. A lot of people dont understand the grand jury system, how it works, the evidence presented and so forth. I get that. Others were saying, according to the news reports, burn the you know what down. That was repeated and repeated and repeated. Burn it down. The city is going to pay. Have you heard anything like that . Yes. People were very upset at how low the bail was set for the officer charged. They were upset that only one officer was charged out of the three. In fact i got video. This was early on today. Someone shouted in officers, all yall get ready to effinger die. Unfortunately that threat has kind of come to fruition. We are still waiting to hear an update. We are outside the hospital where they are being treated and we are waiting for the press conference. Laura julio. Be safe. Thank you for being there for us tonight. We appreciate it. The silence we are seeing play out tonight and its not just here. Its another cities across United States, its being fueled in part by eli. What is that why . The lie is that america is a systemically racist country, that we really havent made really any progress, certainly not much progress since the 1950s or 1960s on issues related to race. This is a cynical and poisonous strategy. This entire narrative about systemic racism is being employed by hard left activists and echoed without any question whatsoever by many in the media who frankly know better. Thats exactly what they are doing now after this grand jury decision. Where again, to officers of the three were not charged. After the shooting of Breonna Taylor. The tremendous work that must be done to address the ways in which racism affects every aspect of policing. I think its grossly insufficient. It does not deal with the fact that the life of Breonna Taylor was taken. No one is actually being held responsible for her death. Laura what you just heard might make you think that the police got away with murder. But thats not what happened. Thats not what the grand jury found. I want to walk you to the facts of the case. Shortly before 1 00 a. M. On march 13th, 3 plainclothes Louisville Police officers executed a warrant at taylors apartment. Contrary to the medias initial claims, Kentucky Attorney general Daniel Cameron months ago have these long months investigations. He found this was not served as a no knock warrant. The police knocked and announced themselves before they enter the apartment. Confirmed by an eyewitness. An independent eyewitness. Upon entering the apartment, the officers were greeted by gunfire from taylors boyfriend. One officer was hit in the thigh. He and another officer returned fire. Unfortunately and tragically they hit taylor six times. She was unarmed and died in the hallway. A louisville grand jury examined all the evidence, applied all the relevant statutory provisions regarding use of deadly force and it found no probable cause to charge the crime of murder. And certainly not for all three officers. Jurors did indict former louisville officer Brett Hankinson on three counts of firstdegree wanton endangerment for blindly firing bullets into three different apartment units. He went through some plateglass and bullets ended up in another apartment where other people were sleeping. Thankfully no one was hurt in that apartment. He faces up to five years in prison. This was a horrible tragedy but the grand jury, which is our system, our system of government, our system of criminal justice, how we look at these things, did not find probable cause to charge murder. Kentucky attorney general Daniel Cameron delivered a summation of the findings earlier today and explain why everybodys emotions, as upset as people are and as angry as they might be, they have to be removed in these types of cases, all cases where the grand jury. The decision before my office is a special prosecutor in this case was not to decide if the loss of ms. Taylors life was a tragedy. The answer to that question is unequivocally yes. I understand that ms. Breonna ba taylors death has become part of a National Story and conversation. We must also remember the facts and the collection of evidence in this case are different than cases elsewhere in the country. If we simply act on emotion or outrage, there is no justice. Mob justice is not justice. Justice sought by violence not justice. It just becomes revenge. Laura the left responded to camerons very reasoned explanation with not just ignorance of the law but of course and this is so predictable, ugly, ugly character assassinations. This is an attorney general that appeared at the Republican National convention and spoke on behalf of donald trump. He does not speak for black folks. He is skin folk but not kinfolk. Every single time a Daniel Cameron gives on a podium, cries crocodile tears and claims his mama would be concerned about him, he is sending assigned to white nationalists everywhere. We wont hold you accountable. Shoot all the black people you want. Laura thats just disgusting and its making a tragic situation even worse. The tragic death of george floyd and ms. Taylor were followed by skyrocketing deaths of mostly black men in major american cities. These were deaths for the most part by gun violence. There were no protests led by certainly no famous lawyers, no famous celebrities, no protests, no outrage that i could find expressed about all those deaths. We simply cannot allow anyone to burn and trash our cities and suburbs. Tonight target Police Officers or other innocent people and every time certain groups of folks dont like a grand jury outcome. Unless we sit in that grand jury room ourselves and hear all the evidence and know the applicable law, we are really in no position to comment on the outcome and we certainly cant let any group including blm or other radicals dictate how the law is applied just because threaten violence. Its just absurd. Louisville Metro Police Department is holding a press briefing. To investigate what was going on at first and broadway. Shots rang out and two of our officers were shot through both officers are undergoing treatment at university hospital. One is alert and stable. The other officer is currently undergoing surgery and stable. We do have one suspect in custody. Thats all the information i currently have. I will take any questions briefly. [indistinct question] reporter more officers in the streets. If i understand your question correctly, how concerned am i about the officers and their safety . Im very concerned about the safety of our officers. Weve had two officers shot tonight and its very serious and very dangerous. The safety of our officers in the community we serve is of utmost importance. Reporter can you speak about the injuries . To my knowledge they are both nonlife threatening. Thats about as deep as i can go. Reporter the officers. Not releasing the names of the officers at this point. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We appreciate it. Laura there you have it, tensions running very high tonight louisville after two officers have been shot. One suspect in Police Custody in the aftermath of this grand jury decision today. Took charge none of the three officers with murder. Thats what the family of Breonna Taylor wanted. Thats what a lot of these activists in the streets and these frankly criminals in the streets tonight wanted. There was only a reckless wanton use of a firearm charge against one of the officers. Three counts. Thats just not acceptable to people who wanted more. And now they are carrying out what can only be described as a campaign of chaos and intimidation and violence. Not just in louisville but we are hearing reports across the country of other things ranging from plain mischief to criminal misconduct to borderline rioting. He will stay on all those stories. Joining me now to unpack all of this is aubrey williams, defense attorney and former louisville naacp president. Aubrey, your credentials as an attorney, member of the Community Speaks for themselves. Why do you feel that in this case no murder charges were warranted by the grand jury question asked to go if you dont mind, let me say at the outset that what im about to say today is what i have said to the new york times, Washington Post, huffington post, courierjournal and other outlets. It is no different. I was asked in the very beginning and i said on the front page of the courierjournal that number one, the noknock warrant and the actions of the officers were not illegal. They were consistent with the law. We have to understand, i said to the public, that the officers were acting under the Fourth Amendment which says that no warrant should issue thus by probable cause. They stated probable cause to a judge who signed the warrant because she trusted the good faith, the explanation of the Police Officers. They then did what they were directed to do. They had no alternative. If they had not gone to the house to serve the warrant, they would not have been doing their job. As a matter fact, they could possibly have lost their jobs. Laura aubrey, what you see in reaction to this decision by the grand jury are statements from a number of people who are very upset and i understand they are upset and we have a young woman who is dead. And it was a tragic set of circumstances. It was awful. But we also have statements made that are inflaming an already horrific situation and louisville has been through so much in the past six months, like so Many American cities, but even worse with the riots and the damage and the burning and just, they been through so much. It seems like its only getting worse because a lot of people dont understand the law. They dont know the law. They think the instant reaction is this is a product of a rhesus system. The system is racist so it has to be burned down. Thats what we are hearing tonight from people who are on the streets. You have to burn down the system. Because its a racist system. To that, what do you say . As i said at the outset, im out criminal defense lawyer. I have spoken to the Fourth Amendment with respect to the actions of the officers and the judge. If you ask me to get in to what the people are doing, first off let me say, let me add in addition to the criminal defense lawyer for most 50 years. President of the naacp , i am a yellow dog democrat. I was president jimmy carters lawyer for his both kentucky campaigns. Reputation for being outspoken. I call it the way it is. The lawyers, the cops, weather, they were doing their jobs. They had a no knock warrant. Even though the attorney general said they did not act on the noknock warrant because they knocked, its irrelevant. They had a no knock warrant and they did not have to knock. When they entered the apartment, they were shot at. One of them was hit. They have the right and were justified in defending themselves. As i have said many times before, its unfortunate that this young lady was killed. I grieve for her. Many of us in this community grieve for her. But reacting the way the citizens of the people acted to meet in shooting those officers is absolutely, absolutely wrong. There should be no sympathy for them who did that. Thats not the way of dr. King. Its not the way of john lewis. That is not the way of the vast majority of the africanamericans in this city. Those who have fought against racism, systemic racism in this city, in this state, in this country, they do not support that kind of behavior. I do not support that behavior. Laura aubrey, aubrey. Its a heartbreak all the way around. I think a calm dissection of the facts, the case, the current law, as it is, the warrant. Its necessary in every case but it was really necessary tonight. We really appreciate you joining us. Thank you so much. Youre welcome. Laura if chaos does erupt in louisville, police and one again being maligned by racial narratives pushed by the media and certain leftwing activist. Brandon tatum, former Tucson Police officer and founder of the tatum report. Com. Brandon, your reaction to what we are seeing. People dont like the decision by a grand jury in a tragic ca case. But the answer apparently being mainstreamed all over the United States tonight is you dont get the answer you want, through our system, then you can do whatever you want, including shooting Police Officers. That seems to be the new strategy from the far left. Laura, youre 100 correct. Shout out to all the Officers Holding the line and doing what theyre supposed to do. Holding the oath like they should. Its a battle between the evil and the uninformed or the ignorant. People who are politicians and leaders who know better out here pushing false racial narratives and lying about what Breonna Taylor represented and with that case are presented. Also you have the ignorant willfully not paying attention. On tatum report. Com, we showed all the evidence of this investigation from 2016 all the way until now that shows the involvement of Breonna Taylor, that shows the evidence of the warrant. Pictures, phone calls, everything you need to be informed about this. We already revealed it and people dont want to see it. Its a tremendous problem that we see in america today. We should not be operating like this. Its shameful in this country that because a person did not like the outcome of a lawful investigation, they didnt end according to what they wanted, they go out and kill other people. That is not acceptable and thats not a representation of america. Laura tonight in reaction to the grand jurys verdict, the governor of kentucky said the following. I will never feel the weight of 400 years of slavery, segregation, jim crow. I can listen and try to hear and i can be clear. Systemic racism exists in this world, in this country, and in our commonwealth. Governor beshear said. His responses kentucky as a racist state. This is an example of what we consider a coward. Nobody on planet earth would believe that. Our country is not rooted in racism. We have racial interactions on a daytoday basis and no one has problems. This girl was involved in criminal activity, so was jamarcus glover, activity that have been and search warrants were conducted, lawful search warrants. They did what they had to do and unfortunately she died in the cross fire. It has nothing to do with race. If she was white, the same thing wouldve happened. Nobody wouldve protested for the same outcome would have transpired. Police officer not looking at you in saying this person is black, i might get killed in this person is white, i dont care if i get killed. That doesnt happen. Thats not reality. I wish people would live in reality. Its 2020. America is not racist. These people are pushing an agenda because they want a certain outcome in the election. They are so willing to ruin our country and push an agenda just because they dont like the current president. Thats unacceptable. People should understand and be transparent about whats going on in america. We are the greatest country to ever exist. In my personal opinion. We need to start acting like it when you start calling out the b. S. And claims of subconscious racism and all those things. Thats not true. Its not happening in america. Weve got to stand up against it. Laura oh, well, i dont understand how governor andy beshear think hes going to attract any business to a state that the governor, he says is inherently racist. I just dont know why any business want to go to kentucky after the governor proclaims that. Brandon, thank you. These kinds of situations demand an attorney general who is calm and levelheaded and thats why we have seen and we so admire kentucky ag Daniel Cameron. A thorough investigation of this Breonna Taylor shooting lead to the charges that even a former naacp chapter had thinks are fair. Compare that to minnesota ag Keith Ellisons actions in the wake of George Floyds death. In the face of intense pressure from the black lives matter agitators, he took over the case. He added a seconddegree murder charge against the officer, derek chauvin. Joining me now is sol wisenberg, former deputy independent counsel, fox news contributor. Dont these attorneys general in the states have an obligation not to foment more of a mob justice mentality then is already building in the streets . When we see the chaos we are seeing tonight. Are they overcharging in order to placate a mob . I think when you talk about the obligation of an attorney general in the situation or any Law Enforcement official, particularly ada or attorney general, youre absolutely right. The obligation is not to fan the flames of either side. The obligation is to do your job. I think that ag cameron really did that. Keep in mind one of the reasons that the investigation, from what im told, one of the reasons this investigation took so long, five months, is they got ballistic results from kentucky. They were inconclusive. They went to the fbi lab and basically both labs agreed that the officer who has been charged, hankinson i believe is his name, none of his bullets hit Breonna Taylor. I believe if they had found in the ballistics the bullets from his gun did cause her death or contribute to her death, i believe he wouldve been charged and i believe thats one of the reasons the investigation took so long. I think he is to be commended for that. I dont think you have talked about the grand jury process and its very important. I dont think we should overemphasize the grand jury process because we all know that grand juries can be manipulated. When i say to you, laura, based on the law in kentucky, is that even if the grand jur jurors had indicted these officers it wouldve been a travesty because the law is very clear. There is the stand your ground law that protects these officers. Theres also a standard ground law that protects the boyfriend, mr. Walker. Keep in mind that a lot of people dont know this. Right after Breonna Taylor was killed, her boyfriend, kenneth walker, was indicted. By a grand jury t and deliberatd for 2 minutes and those charges were later dropped because they were unjust. I think they indicted him for attempted murder. The focus should be on the law. Im telling you, laura, that nobody, i am so glad that you had briand. I know the criminal defense bar, some of them in louisville because im doing a case. Kenyon meyer who i talk to tonight who is a great attorney down there with the densmore firm, i can tell you virtually nobody in the criminal defense bar there believed, nobody was knowledgeable, believe these officers should have been charged. Laura yeah, and again, freddie gray. Everyone was outraged by that decision. Those officers, none of them were charged. You have to know the evidence. They were charged but they were acquitted. Sorry to interrupt. Laura they were charged but they were acquitted. You have to know the law and the evidence and until you hear the evidence and you know the law, commenting on it is almost just ridiculous. I think a lot of people have done that. They are really ticked off and theyre causing a lot of trouble, making life worse for a lot of africanamericans. The comments were very ignorant. Laura thank you so much. At a time when the country needs voices of calm prominent liberals and black lives matter supporters are doing the opposite. They are going on tv to inflame an already really bad situation. As i said earlier, the death of Breonna Taylor is unquestionably a tragedy. But it did not constitute murder or manslaughter. Instead of accepting that, the grand jury decision after looking at all the evidence. We are hearing things like this from Martin Luther king jr. s son of all people. Justice has not been served. Its just very sad that in 2020 we are still going through some of the same things that happen years ago. The fact that you can just knock down a door and go in and shoot someone. The system has to be addressed. Meeting the system must be broken down, creating a new and better system that works for all people. Laura the system has to be broken down. Joining me now is candace owens. A founder and author of black out. Author of how trump is making black America Great again. The system needs to be broken down . Martin luther king jr. s son. Reaction. We are saying that the system needs to be broken down every four years, about the time we are in election cycle. Lets call it what it is. The left has launched a war and Police Officers in our country. Policing even when its absolutely done right is now being confused with criminality. They are insinuating the Police Officers, even in a circumstance where they are being fired upon, when they are shot first, they dont have a right to defend themselves. Its abhorrent. It didnt matter with the outcome was. It was obvious Police Officers did everything right for any person paying attention to the facts of the case. It was obvious everything was done correctly. It didnt matter. They were already planning to riot. As you said it was boarded up in the community was expecting it. Its not about justice. Its not about equality. Its about entitlement and burning down america because they are after the black vote. The conduit is black america. Whats standing behind black america with all this happening is the Democrat Party thats fostering this race narrative, fostering this division in the hope that they would be able to garner some boats off it. Laura horace cooper, this is joe biden 23 minutes ago on twitter or whoever writes his tweets. We must continue to speak Breonna Taylors name, support her family still engraving and never give up on entering the full promise of america for every american. Full promise of america is equal justice under the law. According to our system, thats precisely what was done here. Biden is trying to politically capitalize on it. I guess we shouldnt be surprised. This entire summer, all have witnessed has been a systematic effort to get black america ginned up with the idea that instead of a rule of law, instead of legal process, we are going to let the mob decide how things are done. The irony, the absolute irony about all of this is when you rollback the timeclock, what you see is black america consistently loses when we have mob justice. We all benefit from the idea of equality before the law. We all benefit if we have a system in which we have the rule of law where people arent singled out because of their race or their background. The police hatred, the riot, looting attitude is ultimately going to backfire. The American People are going to reject it. Our political system is going to reject it. Too many black people get involved in it, they are going to be the losers. Laura we already see people of minneapolis, candace, i was there in august. I walked those streets. I couldnt believe it. It looked like mogadishu. 1991 or something. Destroyed. Block after block after block of people are like, where are the police . The police arent going to come because you demonize them and made them afraid and helped burn down their precinct or try to. Many of the the attorney or presenting Breonna Taylors family said this. We have been dealing with systematic racism and oppression that finds Police Killing us outside the courtroom and the system killing us inside the courtroom. Laura wow. Police wantonly killing africanamericans is basically what he said. I think what he meant to say was that the last 40 years weve been dealing with democrat policies that have destroyed the black community. We have been dealing with Democratic Leaders in planning a victim mentality in our heads and now we are dealing with democrat leaders in the media, people who support the democratic party, poisoning our black youth to believe they should have a toddler response, infanta leading them to believe they should throw temper tantrums when they dont get what they want. What we are after, with the Democrat Party is training us to be after it is not equality. Its entitlement and special benefits. We all need to speak up against it. Every american needs to speak up and speak out in support of our lawenforcement officers. The i. C. E. Agents, the border patrol, the Police Officers, they are all under attack. America is under siege right now with this false blm narrative. Laura amen. Candace and horace, thank you so much. We are going to continue to monitor events out of louisville and will bring you more updates about the officers who were shot, when we get them. Will joe biden or Kamala Harris ever take a real question from the press . What is biden doing to prepare for the debates . Raymond arroyo breaks it all down. Seen and unseen next. Laura it is time for our seen and unseen segment where we reveal the stories by the headlines. Joining us with all the details, raymond arroyo. All right, joe biden, he actually traveled i understand. He went to north carolina. He always shadows trump. For the first time in some months. Pray tell what happened. This was billed as a big black economic summit. A little more than 10 ten disciplines joint. This scene inside was as well attended as the enthusiastic scene inside. Can you imagine what would happen if ten people showed up at a trump rally . Nba player chris paul introduced biden and it all went downhill from there. My name is joe biden. Im trying to get a job with chris. Mr. President. Hes president of the union. Mr. President. The only thing harder than being president of the union. America is a beautiful city. Biden is barely making it through these events. Listen to him try to drop a zinger using trumps words against him. Am i telling you too much . Do you want me to stop . [laughs] this drives me crazy. He said at the rally and i wrote it down. He said that. He said. We are virtually turning the corner. Nobodys really dying. He said you know, yeah, elderly people are dying. They are dying because they have heart conditions and other things but they are virtually nobodies. No ones dying. This is with a cute card. Laura rehman, raymond, raymond, his comedy was the only thing dying out there. Okay, his comedy was dying. Imagine what next weeks debates are going to look like. This is when hes got a cute card. Imagine biden freestyle. Laura what . They are talking to me in my ear . What are you saying . I love the aviator sunglasses. We are supposed to forget that dear old joe was completely tickled because he has his tom cruise wayfarers on. This is why trump is closing the gap and surpassing biden in the polls in arizona, florida, pennsylvania. I set it at the beginning. Vivacity, passion always wins in a president ial race. Laura hes not enthusiastic about his own campaign. There is no campaign. He has been coddled by the media with softball questions. He feels kind of comfortable requesting uneasy questions. I can give yes or no if you ask me any questions. One more easy question. Easy question. At least hes taking questions. Its been 43 days since Kamala Harris was tapped as bidens running mate. She still has yet to formally accept questions from the press. Biden takes the occasional question. The press has to get up pretty early to ask him. Biden has called a lid, no campaign, no event coverage that day before lunchtime on 36 of the days this month. The president commented on bidens early lids. They have a thing called a lid, lid. You know it lid stands for . Lid. Put out a lid today early in the morning. Lid means hes not going to be anywhere today. I am working my ass off. Im in ohio, texas, florida. Laura raymond. This goes on. Trump gets more and biden gets more nursing home. Laura the visiting angel song, we have done that joke before. It rings in my ear. Every time. Raymond, great to see you tonight. See you tomorrow. Up ahead, startling revelations about covid and schools and what the Mainstream Media refused to tell you. Dont go away. Do not reopen schools and put those kids and by extension their parents and grandparents in harms way. Teachers all of whom undoubtedly will be affected by this. The biggest risk, the spread of the pandemic is opening up schools. We shouldnt be opening up more arena to spread. Youll be able to safely send kids, students, teachers to classrooms for the fall semest semester. I am concerned. Laura shes concerned all right. About president trumps reelection and winning the state of michigan. The liberal hacks on tv running blue states will be telling youw startling evidence on covid and schools. Lets start with a brandnew study by Brown University researchers that found less than 1 of students, i think its fewer than 1 of students and teachers have contracted covid since classes started. And then this. Despite over 48,000 covid positives among College Students from 37 universities, there have been just two hospitalizations and zero deaths reported. Zero. Joining me now, the president of the committee to unleash prosperity. Phil, i hate to say see, we told you so, but this is what we are predicting months ago. Is there any evidence whatsoever to suggest that schools will be superspreaders . Ill say it. We said this wouldnt happen because we watched what happened every place in the world my open schools. He would be better to say what didnt happen, how we didnt have outbreaks. We didnt have increased spread. People seem to terminate infection chains, not pass them on. We have a lot of research now that children may even have a protective effect around adults because they expose them to other normal everyday viruses that build up their immune systems. Im not surprised by these results. I think it was expected. I think the media is very disappointed that they are not getting the big outbreak that they were hoping for for another big crisis and more scary stories. I dont know if you notice the Washington Post headline said study show no School Outbreaks yet. They put the word yet and theyre like they are holding out hope that its going to happen. The other thing it was interesting, the brown study, they actually found that among teachers the infection rates were very, very low everywhere. Among teachers they were slightly higher for the teachers who were doing remote instruction as opposed to the teachers who were doing in the classroom instruction with actual kids. Somehow protecting teachers by not having kids in the room doesnt seem to be borne out. Laura phil, we tried to warn them that they were going to spread chaos. They were going to be superspreaders of chaos and poor learning if they kept the schools closed. This new cdc data, i have to ask, just published. It shows the fatality rate for people who actually get the virus from ages 0 to 19 is meniscal. The survival rate for that group, ready . 99. 997 . 0 to 19, even 70 plus, its only i believe its 94. We are putting the infection fatality rate. The survivability rate is the thing thats more interesting. 94 of people age 70 and over survive with the way the viruses now, whether its attenuated or not. Perhaps well find that out later on. These numbers have been coming down. The cdc has been revising, they had that big revision where they made it more lethal and now they are revising to be less lethal. That first number was a stunner. We are seeing 1 of children catch it, less than 1 , significantly less so you can multiply it out again to see what the risk is to your child, it is so minuscule its inconceivably small. Three and 10 million or something. You look at the chances of infection and the chances of dying. Laura sorry to interrupt but we have these county Health Officials who love wielding their power over public and even over private schools, this school in montgomery county, maryland. They are threatening to investigate schools. Its real quick. Mayor bowser in d. C. , no announcement of explanation, putting a student cap of 11 Students Per Class on private schools in d. C. After the Public Schools were close. You cant go to school more than two days a week because you have to split all the classes in half. Laura its a form of child abuse. Thanks so much. Final thoughts on a tumultuous day when we come back. Cooked now, simparica trio simplifies protection. Ticks and fleas . See ya heartworm disease . No way simparica trio is the first chewable that delivers all this protection. And simparica trio is demonstrated safe for puppies. Its simple go with simparica trio. This drug class has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions, including seizures; use with caution in dogs with a history of these disorders. Protect him with all your heart. Simparica trio. Laura abc claimed its town hall was full of uncommitted voters but peering into the social media record, at least two of these uncommitted voters made clear they were very committed to opposing trump. Weeks before the town hall, he never supported trump and called him a bill in last than this professor who youll remember cap the president off at the event had social media, an uncommitted voter called the president a swine. Thats all the time we have tonight, Shannon Bream and of the Fox News Night Team take it from here. Shannon we have to remember for better or worse, our social media lives on. We got a lot of breaking news tonight, take you straight to portland excuse me, louisville. Life pictures amid a tense standoff between police and protesters. There is a curfew there in effect, it is not being observed by a lot of folks taking to the
