Woman while he is on the ground at a ohio hotel. We will bring you the shocking video. And in antitrump sitcom takes it a step too far. And, a burglar is on the run without his pants. All of that and more in friday follies with raymond arroyo. But first, tonight, Massive Development or mass hysteria . When Michael Coyne pled guilty to lying to congress yesterday, you wouldve thought the conversation might kind of a center on what that development meant for cohen, the one who actually admitted to lying. Instead, as is their track record, pundits and democrats made a herculean leap, suggesting wild things in the process. He has a good case for collusion. If this were a mafia investigation, trump would be indicted, no question about it. On his false statement charges, coming clean today. He is a much more dangerous witness. The president s right to be nervous right now, because it appears as time is running out. It has become very clear that the Trump Campaign colluded with the russians in trying to subvert the election. Laura is not necessarily the case . Last night, we spoke to someone who might know a thing or two about this. This is former whitewater deputy, sol wisenberg, who is as honest as they come. Watch. All comey that is i lieo congress, he didnt say that President Trump helped me live. There he could be all kinds of things that mueller is keeping quiet about that we dont know about that cohen has told him. That is problem, but that is speculation, lets talk about reality. Reality is this is a nothing burger. Laura to make sense of it, Alan Dershowitz, professor at harvard law school, and author of the book the case against impeaching trouble. Is a trump shaking in his bo, or is sol right . The president could be shoue concerned because he is not going to get a nuance report from mueller, mueller is going to try to create a narrative that takes all of the perjury and lying charges and tries to weave them into something against the president. I think this all shows the extraordinary weakness of the mueller investigation. If you look at everything he has come up with, the vast majority of crimes are things that happened after he became special counsel, not before. He was appointed to uncover crimes that have already occurred. Instead, he helped create perjury traps, and try to flip them as witnesses. Listen to judge ellis, who was presiding over the medical case, what mueller is doing he is trying to make these people not only sane, but under certain circumstances, even compose. It doesnt show a strong prosecution case when everyone who has been indicted is either indicted for lying or indicted for an unrelated financial activity that has nothing to do with the president. At the moment, it is hard to know where is the meat, the actual, substantive crimes that relate directly to the relationship between the campaign and russia . Also, we have to always remind ourselves, collusion is not a crime. It is not a crime to use materials stolen from assange, to build a tower in moscow. Laura i was going to get to that. It was hilarious to me to watch some of them blaring across the lower third of screens on cable last night. You might as well have thought that donald trump was caught on tape in moscow, highfiving putin, saying thank for getting us those votes. Even that wouldnt be a crim crime. You have to find something in the statute. There are political differences between the difference between democracy and tyranny. Laura we have had all of these tidbits of information that have trickled out. All of these socalled bombshells, alan, and one after another had faded away or been completely disproven. Byron york wrote an interesting piece today, i want to quote from it, it is titled, he says nothing about collusion allegation. It says mueller scrutinize everything he told congress. If mueller had evidence of cohens definitive denial of the prague story, it seems reasonable to conclude that mueller would have charged cohen for it. In the charges against cohen, mueller said absolutely nothing about prague. Remember the prague meeting . That was supposed to be another nail in the coffin of donald trump, and showing real collusion. No mention, nothing. But it is so important to understand, you have to look first at the statute books. You cant look to these bag, brought statute like obstruction of justice or conspiracy, you have to find specific, mens rea, act is real, results. It seems to me, the mueller founds, in their haste to try to find anything on this before are forgetting basic liberties, and that is the ex post facto claus clause, a specific, criminal act that is already prohibited by the statute. Then you have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. So far away from that. Laura it should never have been kicked off in the first place. It was a mistake from the beginning, the way the letter was written from rosenstein authorizing it, all the way through to today. You called this from the very beginning. Others did, as well. It is, once again, it is a contest case and why we have real constitutional concerns about these prosecutors, who have a very little supervision. Very little supervision over what they are doing. The next issue is, is a mueller going to try to produce his report and have it made public before the president s team has an opportunity to review it, respond to it, and issued their report simultaneously . Basic fairness, it all requires that anything a Prosecutor Says whether an indictment or a report is to be presumed true. That will undercut the perception of innocence. You have to have the two reports issued simultaneously, let the American Public judge whether or not the report rebutted and answered, really establishes crimes, fences, any of the things that mueller might be looking for. I have a high level of suspicion that, in the end, we are going to see a lot of indictments for perjury and lying, a lot of indictments, but we are not going to ultimately see any crimes directed against the president of the United States. That can change, but at the moment, doesnt appear that way. Laura we will see whatever else they might have in their quiver. I want your thoughts on another huge story we spent a lot of time on this week, you are on radio earlier this week, devoted an entire segment, almost two segments, to this issue of antisemitism rising in the United States. We have seen antisemitic acts rising in europe, as well, but one of the first muslimamerican women elected to congress this month is now defending this fire to cnn commentator, despite his viciously antiisrael comment in a speech he gave at the united nations. Congressman elect rashida tlaib, tweeted the following quote, calling out the oppressive policies in israel, advocating for palestinians to have peace and freedom, we all have a right to speak up about injustice. Any and everywhere. Was that was what Marc Lamont Hill was doing . No, he was calling for violence against jewish civilians. He was saying dont follow gandhi come i dont follow Martin Luther king, he was praising terrorism against jewish civilians. There is now an International Definition of antisemitism, and he fits right in it. You know, i debated him on cnn, and he is a bigot, and he is an antisemite, and he never should have been on any network show. He shouldnt be teaching at a major university. He is fearlessly antiamerican and antisemitic, antiisrael, and antiwestern values in general. Just a terrible, terrible human being. She is glorifying views of that. Laura they are standing by him. The first muslimamerican woman in Congress Standing by him. Universities have academic freedom. On the other hand, when you have members of Congress Standing by him, standing by farrakhan, some of the same people, hill stood by farrakhan, many members of the black caucus who stood by farrakhan, farrakhan is one of the biggest disseminators of antisemitism in the country today. Laura why do they keep doing it . Because they get away with it. Because the focus is on only right wing antisemitism, which is condemned universally. The shooting in pittsburgh . Everybody condemns it. But when you get antisemitism coming from the hard left, like hill and some of these other people, people dont condemn it, they pray that, they stand up for it. Can you imagine a professor making a comparably antiblack, or antigay statement . No university was down by them. There is an absolute double standard of tolerance for antiwestern values. It is a double standard, and unacceptable. Laura thank you, professor, great to have you on. Now to exclusive tape of an interview that corey leavened out ski conducted with the president inside the oval office. The issue of former president obamas knowledge of intelligence observations against the Trump Campaign was raised. Listen. Do you think, looking back, barack obama knew what clapper and brennan and those guys were doing, the insurance policy to come after the campaign, to spy on american citizens. Do you think he was completely out of the loop and had no idea . Laura what happened to the end of that sound bite . Joining me now we will try to get that rock you back up for joining me now, assuming we dont get the tape, the full tape, you know it is like tv when we do this . That is why it is fun, it is all alive. When sunday goes down, i am like, what can you do . So what did he say . In his opinion, barack obama knew about that activity, which shocked us. Laura he hadnt said that before. Being two guys who have never conducted an interview, laura, sitting in the oval office, interviewing the president of the United States for our book, it was incredibly, a huge honor for us. Laura s before his enemies, already a huge best seller. You know the president very well, both of you. Because i know how much he respects both of you and how much he genuinely likes and appreciates everything youve done, both for the country, not your your second big bestselling book. The question of mueller, what Alan Dershowitz just raised, it dovetails with what you wrote in your book. This moscow deal that never happened, totally legal to discuss, okay . And then Peter Sweitzer said, shouldnt we be discussing the trump tower deal, which never happened . Why shouldnt we be discussing the biden families 1. 5 billion deal with the chinese governmen government. While he was vp, and taking Foundation Donations when hillary was secretary of state. If they are not discussing that, it is just politics. This is politics at its wors worst. Donald trump was an International Businessman who had business all over the world. Canada, all over the place, and he didnt know he was going to get elected president , so he was looking at additional opportunities, as every businessperson would. When he won the presidency, it all went by the wayside. We know Michael Bloomberg is going to run, does this mean that the day Michael Bloomberg announces, is to give a business interest is . Any individual who is a businessman or woman before they run has to give up all of those things in case they potentially when not . This is politics at its absolute worst beer there was crime, and the only crime Michael Cohen committed wasnt lying, which he did on his own, and he is very good at that. Laura that was his decision to do. Reaction have the audio of what the president said. I want everyone to listen to this. Roll it. President trump do i think, personally . I think he did it. If the shoe were on the other foot, and the same thing ever happened to him, other people doing it, it would be treason, and they would be locked up for 100 years. Laura the double standards in the way the press have covered this. The unmasking of the identities of american citizens. Compared to susan rices involvement what is susan rice always get off the hook . It is two sets of rules, one for donald trump and his people, one for Hillary Clinton and her people. If you look at peter strzok as a perfect example, the fbi agent that interviewed michael flynn. Laura he said he didnt lie. He gets he actually pleads to lying peered on the other hand, under Hillary Clinton, he gives immunity to sheryl mills and aberdeen and samuelson. That case goes nowhere. It is a double standard, the two sets of rules are disgusting, and we should be laura trumps enemies inside the administration, may be calling a few people inside the administration they are nice people, they just have a different worldview than the president does. An issue im going to get into later, but the issue of trade paired with the president has done with china has been courageous frankly, heroic, when you think about what china is poised to do to us and the rest of the world over the next they look longterm, 50, 100 years. Gone. U. S. A premise he gone. There is a lot of pressure on him right now, a big meeting tomorrow with xi to back off on these terrace and open a new dialogue with china peer who is pushing that . Two very separate camps of the trade agenda inside the white house, Peter Navarro and bob lighthizer, and then there is steve mnuchin, and to a lesser degree, wilbur ross weighs in on each side of the issues, depending on what it is. What we have to remember is donald trump makes the decision. In this book, remember what we heard, bob woodward told us gary was literally taking documents off the resolute desk because he didnt want him to sign a trade deal with south korea at the time. He got that name because he was profiteering somewhere, Goldman Sachs profiteering off of it. He didnt want donald trump to sign the papers, so literally taking it off his desk. That is such a disservice, those are the enemies. Laura Ronald Reagan would never relent on this kind of trade deal im going to say i notice per sumptuous, i did work for reagan, but he would never remind come and my mom you. They have them right where you want them. You release the drip know my grip, wall street is happy, all the money we put over there, all the work china is going to do, all of the private banking, the ipos, a lot of money to be made for the billionaires, for the little people, they are going to always suffer at the hands of china. This president has done that all by himself against all odds. He needs to stand tall right no now. He must defend the policies that he has put in place, because they are going to out better or the american taxpayer and for the American Worker in the long run. Laura u. N. Die, we we were around for reagan, i have not seen raw political instincts better i disagree on a lot. The e. U. Knows they are next, they need to plate a play it f. Laura everybody go out and buy the book, it is featured on my Facebook Page and website. Now, to the devastation in alaska. After a huge magnitude 7. 0 earthquake rocked to the state, foxs dan springer has the latest details from tonight. At dan. Dan. This was a major earthquake with widespread damage, but incredibly, at this point, it appears there has been no loss of life. The powerful magnitude 7 earthquake hit at 8 30 this morning in alaska. It was center just 10 miles north of anchorage. Roads crumbled, buildings show, water mains cracked, natural gas lines broke, leading to fires. A tsunami warning was issued and later canceled. The airport was closed for a time, it has reopened for the 800mile transalaska oil pipeline has been reopened. It was down for seven hours as a precaution. The video is dramatic, this was the scene of the sixth floor of the courthouse in downtown anchorage, ducking for cover. One hospital was expect in a flood of patients, but there were few, and the were minor. There is a report of a man who suffered a serious injury and a fire at his house. The most significant damage appears to be done to roads, bridges, and homes. Some of the repairs will take months until after the ground pause, as many as 40,000 people are without power, and that is serious consider the temperatures are in the 20s. Earlier today, the mayor of anchorage described a minute long earthquake, and the citizens response. It was loud. It had the sound of something that is going to last for a long time. There have been dozens of actor shots, couple of strong ones, nerves definitely rattledf his earthquake, anchorage has come through about as good as they can expect. Laura . Laura dan, thanks so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the alaska tonight. Coming up, trump at the g20, a live report, plus, my warning, you heard a little preview to President Trump. Highstakes meetings with president xi. Stay there. President trump we will be meeting tomorrow, and we have already spoken. We are working very hard, we can make a deal that will be good. The problem with the president , as usual, he thinks he can get his way by trying to bully close u. S. Allies into submission. When he has real conversations with them, he tends to soft and, because realities sets in, it is not just him yelling at a wall or yelling at his staff, it is real life. I am saying that if youre going to fight this battle, you are to lose it. He is going to lose that. If trump will lose it that, he will not be able to change nafta overnight. Laura i love watching the montages. All of those experts, phds in economics, but most phds are long no mike braun. President trump did get rid of nafta and find a brandnew trade deal called the u. S. Mexicocanada agreement, or usmca. Just this july, he took on the european union, threatening tariffs. They e. U. Agreed to lower industrial tariffs and import more u. S. Soybeans. In september, he clinched a longsought revamping of a trade pack with south korea, increasing the number of cars u. S. Automakers can sell there. Plus, a phase out of tariffs on u. S. Trucks, among other things. That was huge, and very underreported. If those are appetizers, tomorrow night might be the main course. The president engaging in highstakes meetings with chinese president xi, made a growing trade battle. Fox news chief White House Correspondent john roberts is with the president in argentina tonight. Tangling all the way they are it john comeaux what can we expect from this meeting . Good morning from buenos aries. It is difficult overplay how much is at stake for President Trump when he sits down with president xi. A little less than 24 hours from now. U. S. Officials say they are profoundly disappointed with chinas intransigence about releveling the Playing Field on trade between the United States and china. They do say there is some reason to be hopeful, but it is also possible that nothing could happen tomorrow. So who will be in the meeting . The u. S. Can know my delegation is President Trump, secretary of state mike pompeo, secretary of the treasury steve mnuchin, john bolton, national scared advisor, jared kushner, larry kudlow, robert lighthizer, the u. S. Trade representative, and Peter Navarro, the president s trade counselor, the inclusion of navarro very interesting, chinas not fond of him because he is the luca the of the white house economic group. A real enforcer when you put them together with robert lighthizer. A powerful, 12 punch of china hawks. In the middle of all of this is larry kudlow, definitely a free trader, but also believes that china is behaving badly and needs to change. In the freetrade side of the equation coming of jared kushner, steve mnuchin, who may be more inclined to push a compromise position. In fact, earlier this year, and china talks, mnuchin went to lengths to keep navarro out of those meetings. An interesting dynamic tomorrow get one of the things dangling before china, delaying to the january 1st rise in tariffs on chinese goods until april, to give more time for negotiation. White house Officials Say we will have to see how things go tomorrow before they agree to any kind of a delay. White house officials also tell fox news that there has been some movement here, they say little baby steps, but still a long way to go before the u. S. And china can reach a trade agreement. Laura . Laura first of all, a fabulous outline of all the different forces inside the trunk white house, lighthizer and navarro are with us before on this. I like them all, but they are more internationalist, more globalist. Even the china lovers out there, the people who thought china would open its markets so many of them have come along to trumps view on china, which is amazing. Just public opinion, how it has moved against china, et cetera, it is really all trump. He accomplished just about change of thought. Even here at the wto, the meetings held south of buenos aires in recent weeks, there really is a push to reform wto rules, china still claiming to be a third world economy. 12 trillion gdp. People are laughing at them, saying china, it is time for china to change. They are a big dog on the block, it is time for them to adhere to the rules. Laura john, thanks so much. Get some sleep. Get back here, we need you back here. Great reporting. Here is my message to President Trump ahead of his meetings with president xi. Continue to proceed posting ahead with what is working when it comes to tariffs. Do not settle for an uneven deal. I know he is smart, but he has a lot of people from wall street, all these people pushing him on that. China has done literally nothing to earn a reprieve from the scheduled tariffs. China says they will do better, but wheres the evidence . Remember what president ragan said about the soviets, it came to military issues, of course, a big one was trust but verify. Remember, mr. President , you won because of main street, not really wall street. Herewith reaction is stephen yates, china expert, former Deputy National scared advisor, for Vice President dick cheney, and robert wolf, former ike obama economic advisor. You are of the mind that we need a slightly more softer approach to china, when it comes at least the threats of tariffs. I would say it a little differently. I would say, one, i would argue more forceful. Trading with the 11 nations exchina. The best way to attack china is the trade around them. Secondly, i think it is all about intellectual property and patent protection. I would be tougher on things like economic espionage and getting them involved. With tariffs come i dont think that is a good policy. The one who loses the most are our consumers, because the tariffs get passed on to us as taxes and higher cost of goods. I dont think that is great, although it has been working. Laura that is no mine. You have recited pretty much the internationalist line on dealing with china. Heres the problem with that. If all of these were the way to go, then why didnt quentin do them . Why didnt obama do them . Why didnt bush do them . Why, year after year after year, do we have an expanding trade deficit with china, and they became more bold, more aggressive, and frankly, more vicious and how they ran their trade regime, how they dealt with u. S. Companies, a Little Company not little a company up in minnesota, an example. They do countertops. They just got a decision, i think it was at the International Trade court, against what china had been doing. Quartz countertops, they ripped off all of their design, put cheat product into the United States probably toxic and we have real jobs on the line in minnesota. Real jobs. Thankfully, they won, but they have the money to fight. If all of these work, then why didnt all of the genus to economists in the obama administrations sake, lets do this . They tried, it didnt work. Because china is the big dog on the field right now. Other than the United States, that is it. There is a lot to take under the hood there. Let me start, one, it was taken back by trump. Laura it was a Destructive Force for market we dont have time to debate tcp. I would disagree with that. The chamber of commerce was for it. Laura you just made my point for me at the chamber of commerce is for it. It is good for what the bottom line is for american business. Certain businesses able to work overseas, i get that. It has not been good for the u. S. Economy. Tariffs have hammered agriculture, which is why we needed the bail out. Is that accurate or not accurate . Laura i think we bail out our own agricultural subsidies too much. Im an interesting point to make on soybeans and a second, im glad you raised that. Lets go to you on this. I think robert does represent a dominant view on wall street, they do a lot of business in asia. I dont blame wall street for wanting this, wanting a more conciliatory approach to china, wall street got really, really rich. As Middle America lost millions and millions and millions of jobs, and we bled, what . 8 trillion . From the u. S. Economy because of these bad scenarios with china. I dont blame wall street come i blame the u. S. Government. It is our responsibility to protect our own interests, and it has taken a shock agent like donald trump to remind everybody about that being the primary mission of our government. When we go into these negotiations, it is not to help make life better for the Chinese People that might be a nice secondary consequence, if they are looking to improve their livelihoods. It is to improve the livelihood of American Workers, consumers, all of those interests. This has been part and parcel of a long time series that has been at the heart of china policy, that has believed if we brought china into the global systems, it would normalize behavior, and our differences would narrow, and we would have greater access to their markets. Even if you just take the tariff questions, they still have wildly high tariffs in key areas. The wto has had seemingly no impact on that. Behind the scenes, it is not just americans who broadly think a change in course was called for, a lot of our allies even europeans and others at the0 from latin america they are saying we want President Trump to hold firm on this because there needs to be a reset and how china thinks they can engage the world. It has gotten away with too much for too long. Laura robert, do you think, in the end, trump will back off on these tariffs . The increased tariffs that would kick in january . I think not. I dont think there will be a real agreement coming out of it. Laura but a pause . I think there will be a pause for three months, negotiations, the market will love that, they will feel good about the market loving bad, what the feds said going into christmas time. I actually think he will allow it, but the rhetoric will start january 2nd. Laura u. S. Soybean exports and china are down 98 percent, the big hit this year. The markets wobbled, the damage became clear to that industry. But the political fallout that china anticipated, this is from the new business week piece tonight, never materialized. Republicans lost a net total of one seat in kansas, which is soybean country, one seat. I have to play the other side. On the blue wall, they lost we should michigan, wisconsin, pennsylvania. Laura guys, thanks so much much. Christmas song coming up. To spellbinders, pathfinders, to grand plan designers. To historians, victorians, and all the targaryens. To gastronomers, astronomers, and new cinematographers. To wizards, to witches, to those who cross stitches. If youre a dreamer, big thinker, or discovery seeker. Through these doors, more wonder awaits. Nobody knows books like we do. Barnes noble. Its a feeling thats hard to describe. And even harder to forget. The United States virgin islands. Laura it is friday, that means it is time for friday follies. Murphy brown does it come a classic christmas tune police are on the lookout for a pants less burglar. Raymond arroyo joins us. What is happening, the latest thing with murphy brown . It is canceled, but we are not sure, Diane English says it might be still in play. Frank montana, the sidekick, supposed to cover a trump rally. Watch, this is from last night. I know what you think of him. Make a good body slam, what do you say . Oh, i cant watch this garbage anymore. When trump left the stage, i decided to leave the press pen and interview some of people, next thing i know, im surrounded by a sea of red hats. Brutalized. Apparently they are trying to make a point that the crowd at the trump rally attacked to this reporter. It just for record, never has a trump rally attacked a reporter. It has never happened, Diane English says it is so hostile, the environment is horrible. They later went on to confront one of these people. Watch. He had it coming. He is fake new is. He is the enemy of the people. Hes a journalist. He was just there to cover the rally. It is what separates a democracy from a dictatorship. May be a dictatorship is what you prefer. This is really what so many accuse trump of. This is why murphy brown is going off. Laura it is bad writing, it is terrible acting, and if anyone is getting beaten up, people getting beaten up by antifa. I hear a tune, do you hear that . What you are hearing should be hearing is a tune that normally airs on the radio. Baby it is cold outside. A cleveland station has decided the song should be counted this year, and they claim listeners complained, and in the metoo era, it is no longer appropriate. It was written in 1944, the composer, made popular in neptunes daughter. Watch. I will take your hat, your hair looks swell. At least im going to say that i tried i really cant say its cold outside laura do you prefer a mammoth says get out the door . Get out of the door, it is cold. Male predatory behavior. If this is where we are today, you are the top i am a top, you are the bottom, you cant sing that anymore. Song subject to find, how about Eliza Doolittle in my fair lady, when she says show me, if you are on fire. Obviously degenerate. Laura a member the song in the 70s, love the one youre with . Pretty much every rock n roll song what is rock n roll . Classic american songs about courtship. I dont want to be left to the tender mercies of rap and hiphop at the holidays, i will stick with this. Laura i was listening to all of the different versions of it. What are your favorite Christmas Song . Mind is white christmas. I love silent night. Or a song called some children see him. About different ways children see the christ child. Laura our fox nation is clicking away. I laura up next, the shocking video of an nfl superstar violently attacking a woman in a hotel lobby. Morning, it is disturbing. It coming next. Plus, the state of new jersey, Law Enforcement agencies sounding off and stepping up raids in new jersey tonight. Stay there. Give isotoner gloves for christmas because they keep getting better. Theres smartouch for selfies, then theres four way stretch for flexibility. They even have smartdri. See . Stays dry. So get isotoner gloves for the whole family. Laura i have to warn you, this next story is really disturbing. A star nfl running back kareem hunt caught on camera shoving and kicking a woman while she is on the ground, there is breaking news for you tonight, foxs Trace Gallagher has the video and a followup tonight from our west coast newsroom. Trace. Laura, it is another case of the nfl apparently reacting only after damaging video goes public peer this incident happened back in february at a hotel in cleveland, kansas city chief star running back kareem hunt was staying. Prosecutors, the nfl, and the Kansas City Chiefs all reportedly knew about the hotel surveillance video, yet kareem hunt has been allowed to play all year long. In fact, after learning about the alleged assault, the chiefs ceo said he doubted that kareem hunt would be punished. Within hours, the Kansas City Chiefs have released him. It shows kareem hunt and a 19 old woman trading words in the hallway and repeatedly separated by several people. He then pushes the woman, who responds by pitting him in the face. Two men try to pull hunt away before he charges, colliding with a man who knocks over the woman. Kareem hunt then kicks her. If the Woman Told Police he was angry because she wouldnt have sex with his friend. Hunt claims she called him the nword. They say they have been investigating him for eight months, they didnt say why it took video to prompt a response, especially since this is reminiscent of the 2014 ray rice scandal, who knocked out his fiancee at a hotel elevator. Rice also wasnt published until tmz released a video of the incident, not the the time, commissioner Roger Goodell acknowledged failures in the leagues investigative process, and vowed it to overhaul it. Again, it appears the power lies in the pictures. Laura feared laura trace, thanks so much for joining me right now, former nfl player and former green beret, nate moyer. Also the host of the new series indivisible premiere next month on the nfl network. Why doesnt the league do anything about this problem . It seems like its not an exaggeration to say the nfl, some quarters, at least, has a problem with excessive off the field of violence, and even domestic abuse. This stuff, whether it is from the team its got to get cleaned up. I think Everybody Knows not. They just got to do better. They cant let something after the ray rice situation happen again, it is essentially the same thing, until the tape comes out becomes public. I imagine they thought it would never become public, i dont know, but it is frustrating. It is more frustrating than anything for me, because i know how many good players are in the league, good guys that do a lot of good things off the field, and it really diminishes that. It puts a black eye on the lead, essentially. Laura you have so many great players im looking at the saints, because my redskins are probably not going to make it to the super bowl, so im watching the saints, drew brees brees, so many great players that have done great things. With their communities and families, it is really inspiring could i dont want to talk everybody else. But the chiefs released him, and he is an allpro, that is a pretty big message. Is not going to be enough, that kind of message . I dont like the retroactive stuff. Its not a good look. From a Police Officer standpoint, right, we are in this era now, so many police are being demonized because of some bad cops make bad decisions on duty and do the wrong thing, and then we make these blanket statements against Police Officers. I would hate to see that amongst the lead, because there are so many guys whether that is them stepping up for social justice issues or working with young people in the communities, that is what this show indivisible is all about, highlighting the good stuff and how they are trying to unite our country and bring it together. Football is supposed to be this uniting thing, and it really hurts to see this continue to happen. Not so much that it happens, it is a delayed response. We have to do better. Laura speaking of highlighting great stuff, two tours in afghanistan, i believe, at least one in iraq, your service to this country is so inspiring, and everything you have done in uniform obviously you are a great football player, but im really saluting you tonight for your service. Your service to this country. I was a better soldier, i will just say that. Laura whatever, doesnt matter what you did in uniform for this country, we just want to thank you. Im looking forward to your show. Would love to have you back on. Thank you so much. Thank you. Laura onto another maddening story, the new jersey attorney general just issued a new rule that will handcuff cops for arresting Illegal Immigrants for the new guidelines saying the new Jersey Police cannot stop or detain anyone based on their immigration status. They cant ask the immigration status of anyone unless it is part of an ongoing investigation. Officers will not be able to cooperate or participate in i. C. E. Rates. This classifies new jersey as a sanctuary state. Joining me now is the former Lieutenant Governor of new jersey. Youve actually been warning of this for a long time. We had the horrific case, im going to remind everyone, put the photo up. This is luis roderigo perez, 23yearold Mexican National accused of killing three people in missouri after being released in new jersey on Domestic Violence charges, and other crimes, as well purity was released, i. C. E. Wasnt notified. It is more than not, middlesex county, where he was in jail, decided not to honor any legitimate federal papers, so they let him out. They ignore the fact that he should have been turned over to the federal authorities. As a result, a couple weeks later, he is in missouri killing three people. Not the first time it is happened in new jersey. There was an incident when i got involved when i was the sheriff in 2007, where another illegal immigrant was taken into custody, committed a crime in new jersey, released on bail, even though there was a federal retainer in 2007, went to a playground and shot three college kids in the head with a gun. He is now spending 155 years in prison, yet our attorney general here in new jersey is saying that immigrants need more protection than they already have. Laura 500,000 a little more than that, now, Illegal Immigrants living in the state of new jersey, among the highest populations, certainly on the east coast not more than california or texas, but still, a significant number of people. The police are just trying to deal with this. With the liberal politicians say, oh, it will help Law Enforcement work with the immigrant community. You buy that . The immigrant trust doctrine. This is a question of public safety. What we know, when we look at the doctrine itself, on the face, it sounds really good, lets make sure everybody is free to report crimes, but what really happens is you get Law Enforcement on the local level no longer allowed to cooperate with federal Law Enforcement, so that puts federal officers at risk, they go to a sweep in an area, a lawful sweep, one that is sanctioned by a court, sanctioned by government, yet they are not allowed to confer at all with local Law Enforcement. That puts those poor federal immigration officers at risk. It also, quite frankly, puts the public at risk. When you put a wedge between federal government and state government, we know exactly what happens. We saw it. Laura listen to this, tonight, we just found out that i. C. E. Has announced they are probably going to step up raids in new jersey. Because of this new policy. I spoke the probability of large arrests and worksite ops will no longer have the cooperation of the jails, it is going to happen. I thought the public understood, it was already ther there. We wouldnt release dangerous people into the Community Without running their full background. Now, this doctrine is so petty that we cant of the federal government cant even use desks in the jails. Laura thank you so much for your insights on this, we will track this. New jersey, it is a shame. Shame on you. We will be right back. When heartburn hits. Fight back fast with tums smoothies.
