We need to make sure that we have diagnostic capabilities across the nation. Over 100 labs i can do diagnostic testing, but not doing it because of the faulty essay. And we want to make sure that that is available. The other thing is that cdc is too narrow. Right now only focusing on travelers coming from china. Theyre already 30 countries reporting cases, we need to make sure that we expand the clinical case operation so the doctors can test other specimens. Dana could the cdc do that right now . If they are able to broaden the clinical case expedition, yes, then they can ramp up their capability. But that is still a question prior to dana what was was a Governor Newsom saying, is that true across the country . Only less than five labs actually have the testing kit, and cdc needs to roll it out nationwide. That is supposed to happen, we just dont know the timeline. Dana what about what Jonathan Hunt was saying. We dont know, so many things you dont know. When he worked on a bola, you follow these things in the development. So now we have this case in california, from the same county where travis airbase is pretty does that say anything that there could be a linkage . You never know. These things obviously have a story behind it in terms of the history behind it and how this individual contracted the infection, that is hopefully something that we should find out within the next day or hours, but something that Public Health mutes to look into. Dana do you think some of these things we mention, no fans in the stadiums, or cancels of pilgrimages, and no fans in the baseball stadiums or soccer stadiums across europe, is that drastic or smart . As to whether these are good moves or not, i think that it is something that time will tell, but certainly knowing the trajectory of the infectious disease, it is spreading very fast over a number of populations. But because some of them did not get to the 15 threshold that you have to have in every district and state, he got 37. 5 of the delegates with 26 of the vote. It is premature, but the democrat said that they dont want to bernie are going to have to find a way to step up and consolidate that field and stay ready for a fight that could last two june before somebody wins on the first ballot. Dana so biden is in a good position for South Carolina, we dont know if you will win or by how much. But how is he positioned three days later in the super tuesday states . California has been voting for ten days. So the question will be, what is the effect of saturday on tuesday. And he goes to super tuesday with not a good ground game, not a lot of resources. Very little money if any on television in any of those states by comparison in 2016, Hillary Clinton had a one delegate advantage over Bernie Sanders. And posted 53 delegate advantage and nobody ever looked back. She ran her way to the nomination. Dana this is not your 2016 race, i want you to look at something that happened last night where Elizabeth Warren was on stage and got a question about one of her plans and how she answered, watch. Even if you dont have Student Loan Debt, even if you dont like Student Loan Debt, even if you love Student Loan Debt, why should you be in favor of canceling Student Loan Debt for a 43 million americans . If you want to find a way, make this economy grow and make it grow in a solid way that works, not just for a thin slice at the top, but works for everyone, than what you want to do is you want to get those young people. Have enough income that they can spend, they can start businesses. They can take risks. Dana that was in response to a question of i dont have Student Loan Debt, but with the policy include paying off my mortgage . This is a race for free stuff, dana. It is very hard for Elizabeth Warren to continue to compete in this thing if she is not giving away lots of free stuff. Including free ponies. This is where senator sanders has been very strong and i rather suspect that young voters if they turn out, and they have turned out. If you look at iowa, New Hampshire, a disproportionate number of Younger Voters turning out. I think she desperately needs these people to come out. The only way she can think to do it is with some free stuff. It is more capitalist than Bernie Sanders, but at the same time i think older over the amount voters and others in that country, middleclass families and others, they look at this kind of thing and says there is no such thing as a free lunch. Elizabeth should know that, and senator sanders should know that. Dana why do you think, marianne, Elizabeth Warren spent so much time going after mayor bloomberg who does not have any delegates either instead of going after bernie . Does she want to beat him in win . That is a great question, dana. It is something she should have gone after Bernie Sanders two months ago, frankly. You draw a contrast between yourself and your opponent. I think she found bloomberg an easy target where she could get support with more women which she needs. Because her and klobuchar are splitting the vote. And she was until recently low to draw the contrast between her and Bernie Sanders. If she does not prevail, she will wish that she had done it. Everybodys moving to a longerterm strategy. Something happens to bernie, he gets derailed and disqualified and everybody goes to plan b and try to grab everybody elses delegates. She wants a Bernie Sanders supporters as she had back in the early polling. We will see if that happens, but that seems to be where she is going. Buttigieg wants to go, and bloomberg once it too appear to dana last question to you, patrick, about mayor pete, he did well in iowa. He did pretty well in New Hampshire and has not been able to capitalize on that. The problem is coming in second and third, dana, that only go so far. The people finding these campaigns want to see the horse run. They want to see some success. And you have to win. The problem with mayor pete is he is out of place to come in second or third, he has to do very, very well. It will be hard in South Carolina, joe biden wins there. It does not mean much, because bernie will still be the nominee. A something democrats will be stuck with no matter how many moderates are in the race. I myself used to be a climate alarmist, if you will, and i only started really looking into the topic and the beginning of 2019, last year. And after a while i just became really fascinated with the topic because i have always loved science myself, and i took part in many science competitions at school, quite successfully so, and so this was, this really was a passion of mine to look deeper into this topic. And i watched many presentations, speeches by scientists, professors from all over the world. And this is how i really got into all of this. And i also like public speaking. Oh, that is very difficult indeed, especially in my own home town, because the green party is very strong there. And many young people go to protest every single week, i gave a speech there two weeks ago, and there were thousands of people around my age protesting outside against the event. And that is a very strange feeling especially when you are labeled acclimated to deny her, which is such a heavy term. Dana you are not a denier. You think Climate Change is re real. I absolutely believe that Climate Change is real. You shouldnt ask the question is Climate Change real, Climate Change has always been real. To the climate has been changing for millions and billions of years. But we should actually be asking is, are humans actually destroying the planets with manmade fuel emissions. Dana your position on that is what . My position is no, co2 emissions are not harmful to the planet. Because if you want, i can talk about it. They might contribute slightly, but i think that it is so insignificant that we should not focus on that. Like this idea of labeling people and putting them in boxes because of where they might be from or the car they might drive, it is something that you have always rejected. Well, it is. I know a lot of highclass poor people. I have never believed in labeling people. To the great thing about america, it does not matter where you start off if you want to work really hard and pursue happiness, you never know where you might end up.
