How he plans to create new jobs and move the needle on Economic Growth. We will get that Economy Panel on track. Then the trump team pulling out the stops in the critical battleground of North Carolina. Will the tar heel state turn red. Well talk to pat mccrory ahead on sunday morning futures. The reopening of the email investigation is causing friction between the Justice Department and fbi this morning. Attorney general Loretta Lynch warning director comb y not to send a letter of intent to congress because it goes against longstanding policy of doj to avoid Public Disclosure of any investigation that could potentially impact elections. Hillary clinton making mention of that in a rally yesterday in florida. It is strange its pretty strange to put Something Like that out with such Little Information right before an election. In fact in fact, its not just strange, its unprecedented, and it is deeply troubling. Because voters deserve to get full and complete facts. But we now Loretta Lynch inserted herself months ago when she had a private meeting with bill clinton right before Hillary Clinton was to be interviewed by fbi. The judge, former attorney general under george w. Bush, he joins me right now. Judge, good to see you. Good to see you. Thanks for joining us. Your reaction to us first of all. The rule she cites about not mentioning something on the eve of election relates to ordinary corruption investigations where youre talking about a mayor or even a senator where you can continue the investigation after the election because you dont know what the outcome of it is going to be and bring a prosecution if necessary after someone takes office. This is not that kind of case, null one. Number two, this was preceded by a determination by of all people the fbi director, who its not his job to determine whether charges are going to be brought or not. Right away dealing with unusual situation. According to the reports i saw, he felt he was between a rock and a hard place, because if these emails came out after the election, he would be accused of suppressing them. So really they are for his own purpose and to preserve the good name of his agency he decided to disclose this now. In the letter to the congressional and committee heads, as well as in a letter to the fbi staff, by the way, jim comey writes he felt he needed to go to congress because he has been saying for so long recently that he closed the investigation. Obviously these new emails changes. He also testified to congress, he was asked a question, if you find any new information, will you reopen the investigation, so he felt compelled. Right. All of that said, i dont think anything is going to happen. By anything, i mean any criminal charges under this Justice Department as a result of this regardless of whats there. Tell me about that, though. When you look at the last few years, when you see the number of people who have actually been penalized for doing just what Hillary Clinton has done, lets look at general petraeus, lets look at mr. Cartwright, hes going to jail. He may go to jail. There are military people in jail now who does far less, who were dishonorably discharged for doing a lot less than she did. What do we know at this point of what could be found in the dems are saying, look, we want that information by monday. Is there any way were going to get a look at what specifically triggered this turn about . The report is somewhere in the vicinity of 10,000 possibly in the event, thousands of emails. Theres no way you can review all of those and disclose. If you disclose only part, and it turns out something you havent read yet bears on what you did disclose, that could make it worse. The likelihood were going to see it by election day is remote, number one. Number two, even if we did, its the Justice Department, headed by the attorney general, who serves at the pleasure of the president , who determines whether any charge gets brought, whether anything gets put before a grand jury even in the limited time we have. Shes already made it clear thats not happening. Reporting earlier this morning on fox news basically saying this came from the manhattan fbi investigators who were investigating Anthony Weiner, the husband of huma abedin for sexting an underaged child. Within that investigation, they found these emails. 10,000 emails incredible, by the way, that number. This can be anything from going against what Hillary Clinton may have said to congress and the fbi and to Actual National security secrets. We have no idea what these emails could reveal . None. And speculating about it is just that. Its speculation. Is there any chance that Anthony Weiner is trying to, you know, cop a plea, do a deal, some kind of deal with lawmakers saying, look, ill tell you what i know as huma abedins husband in terms of National Security information shared with me if you give me a deal with sexting underage children . I seriously doubt it. The fbi has the computer. Once they have the computer, they do the looking. Its not a question of Anthony Weiner saying ill tell you. Whats going to tell them is whats on the computer, and this they have. I wonder where the pressure for james comey came from . We know once new york agents looking at Anthony Weiner case and they trip over the emails, i guess the story got deeper within the fbi and agencies, there was nowhere to hide for jim comey. What was it that made him say even though repoLoretta Lynch, boss telling him not to get involved, he does. Once someone knows a fact, its no longer a secret. After, lets say she wins the election, she becomes president , where does this investigation go . We all know this is going to take months to take place . What does that mean if, in fact, shes the commander in chief . I think the investigation, if were talking about the inquiry in its broadest sense, goes to congress, because the Justice Department isnt going to pursue it. That much is clear. The only people who can pursue it are the congressional committees. The only way they will pursue it is if Congress Stays in the hands of the republicans. Of course, its in the hands of the republicans until theres a new congress. Ie, until january. If the election continues, either in the house or senate or both, you can figure congress will investigate. If Congress Turns over, the likelihood is they wont. This could have been also discussed on that plane. Youre a former attorney general. Loretta lynch is in that role right now. Shes got this private meeting with bill clinton. Days later we find out hillary said im going to keep Loretta Lynch as attorney general, should i become president . Its a little too close for comfort. I dont know what was discussed on the plane. The one thing you can say is there should be a member of the ag staff the meeting should never have taken place for starters. If it did take place, a member of the ag staff should be present. Thats the reason you have staff, witnessing. Have you ever seen someone with a staff taking notes between two highpowered officials. Asked if we could meet privately, the answer was no. When we sat down with staff present, i was very glad i said no. Good to see you. Judge Michael Mukasey joining us. Where does it go from here with 10 days before the election . Well talk, one received a letter from james comey. Let us know what youd like to hear, send me a tweet on twitter maria bartiromo. Were looking at sunday morning futures. Ouve got. Allstate. With accident forgiveness they guarantee your rates wont go up just because of an accident. Smart kid. Indeed. Its good to be in, good hands. Republicans are praising the move by the fbi to further their investigation into the clinton emails, but democrats are not. Top Senate Democrats are demanding more information about the newly discovered emails mentioned in director comeys letter. They want to know what those details are by tomorrow. They are arguing the wording is too vague. In part comey says this. I agreed that the fbi should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information as well as to assess their importance to our investigation. Joining me right now california congressman darrell issa, house judiciary committee, also ron johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland security and affairs committee. He was among those who received the letter from james comey. Gentlemen, good to see you. Thank you for joining us. Morning, maria. Mr. Johnson, you received the letter, your reaction to the letter and what jim comey was trying to tell you in that letter . First of all, im not praising jim comey. I think this investigation has been bungled from the start. To me its Pretty Simple, maria. Theres two statutes to governor here. Im going to leave out details. Anyone who willfully conceals, destroys any record of the United States shall be fined or imprisoned not more than three years and disqualified from holding any office in the un. This investigation, take a look at the immunity agreements. Weve been stonewalled every step of the way in terms of trying to find out exactly how those things came about. This investigation has seemed more designed not to uncover and prosecutor but, if anything, to cover up and exonerate. Im not one praising jim comey whatsoever. My guess is theres people inside the fbi thats pretty unhappy with them. What do you think is the trigger, senator, for him to change course and send this letter to congress . Because we know that Loretta Lynch tried to stop him from doing so. Then i want to ask you about this yahoo account. You are the chairman of the Senate Homeland security and Government Affairs committee and have you to have an opinion about the fact that Katherine Harris just reported huma abedin was basically sending her security emails to her yahoo account because she said it was easier to print them from her yahoo account. Who knows what she sent to that yahoo account. Let me get your take first on that. What do you think changed course here for jim comey . Again, i can only speculate maybe pressure inside the fbi. Now youre talking about mishandling of highly sensitive National Security information and thats exactly what secretary clinton did as well. The fact of the matter is we are not engaged in a Serious Investigation here. When take you a look, one of the things ive asked the state department is who else is on those email chains. Maria, we all know when you send an email, is that got to state. Gov classification email system or clintonemail. Com. President obama was emailing secretary clinton at clintonemail. Com. He had to know this reveals corruption at the highest levels of government. White house, state department, department of justice and fbi. Thats just the fact. This is such a simple case, its getting so complex with all these emails. Its actually pretty darn simple. Information was concealed. It was destroyed, mishandled. Theres Pretty Simple statutes. Im not a lawyer, im not a prosecutor, i look at this and its a cut and dried case. I think, senator, we do know the president did lie to the American People. He was in an interview and specifically asked, when did you learn secretary clinton was using a private email and private s which nobody has done, never have you seen somebody using a private server. He said i learned when everybody else learned. Now we know thats a lie. He was emailing. So were all kinds of people, highlevel officials inside this apartment were using that email account. You know it. If youre emailing gmail you know it. If you are emailing state. Gov you know it. I think this is coverup, corruption at the highest levels of government. It needs proper congressional oversight. The problem is were being stonewalled every step of the way. Look at the immunity agreements, mills and heather sanderson. They are outrageous. I want to ask you what your committee is planning to do about it in a second. Congressman issa, let me ask you, you have built your career trying to fight corruption. You wrote a book about it. Youve been trying to do this for years. Whats your reaction to what weve learned this weekend . I think if the American People understand that when i seb a letter years ago when Hillary Clinton was still secretary, specifically because we had discovered others were using private emails, so every cabinet officer received a request for are you using a private email server and how are you accounting under federal records act, at that point that letter pretty well put Hillary Clinton if she wasnt already on notice, on notice those records belong to the American People and they needed to be retained. If she had left a full copy, even if she had the private server, if she left a full and complete copy when she left the state department, she wouldnt be in this situation today. But very clearly she sought to avoid public scrutiny of her correspondence, both good and bad, and thats why shes in this position. So when shes complaining its only a few days before an election, its her own fault, including her most close confidant, huma abedin, who could have turned the information over and clearly debate meet the obligation even though they both were under subpoenas. Congressman, can anybody do anything about it . In the face of all of this youve got commander in chief basically giving out messages to people basically say she didnt do anything wrong. Keep moving forward. It starts at the top. He just called you out, the president did, just the other day on the campaign trail. Here is what he said about you, congressman issa, we have it on screen. Issas primary contribution to the United States congress has been to obstruct and waste taxpayer dollars on trumpedup investigations that have led nowhere. And this is now a guy who, because poll numbers are bad, has sent out brochures with my picture on them touting cooperation with me. Now, thats the definition of chutzpah. Thats what president obama said about you late last week, sir. He also said there hadnt been a single major scandal during his administration, so theres a little bit of inconsistency with the truth there. We know that without congress, and ron was my partner during my time as chairman of oversight, without the kind of scrutiny weve had, we wouldnt know about the gun running deal, fast and furious. We wouldnt have known the truth about benghazi. We certainly will still have irs targeting for belief. We have succeeded in shedding light on it. No question at all if ron and i are returned to congress, we have to make sure laws are in place that holds the president accountable, no matter which party hes in. Thats congresss role, one weve tried to do but more to be done. Real quick, senator johnson, are you going to do anything about this in terms of the letter you received . What can you do . Well continue to follow up. Donald trump said its time to drain the swamp. Hillary clinton, senator feingold, ive been running against senator feingold, they have been swamp creatures for years. They ought to be flushed down the swamp. Wow. Gentlemen, thank you very much. Appreciate your time. Brand must polls from battleground state of North Carolina. Well talk to the governor next. Welcome back. Now there are nine days left to go um America Votes on a new president. New polling out of North Carolina to share this morning. It shows Hillary Clinton is leading donald trump by sick points in the key battleground state of North Carolina. I want to point out the poll was taken before the new revelations about the fbi reopening its investigation into Hillary Clintons emails. Joining me right now is the governor of North Carolina, pat mccrory. Good to see. Thank you. We just showed the polls. Give me a sense of what people of North Carolina are looking for in the commander in chief. Obviously Hillary Clinton in the lead 47 to 41 for North Carolina. What sense do you get from the people in terms of their priorities . Well, the latest priority before this controversy erupted on friday was obama care increase in premiums. Its going to hit North Carolina extremely hard, 30 to 40 average increases in obama care accounts. Thats been taking over the news for the past four or five days. Many of us, including this governor, predicted that. I wanted to challenge obama care and i challenged it and joined those states that challenged obama care which lost in 441 decision. The attorney general refused to run against obama care and bragged about it a few weeks ago. Now with this latest clinton revelation were going back to the anyone 90s now. Clinton fatigue is back. Its interesting to see what the impact on the polls will be. I was interested in talking with you. I know youve really been focused on the economy quite a bit in North Carolina. Things are a lot better on your watch, and we know you signed tax reform into law, which put more money spoke paychecks of hardworking families. Thats one of the issues were talking about in this campaign, tax reform and Economic Growth that has been very hard to come by. What do you think is needed to actually move the needle on Economic Growth and jobs for the country overall . Ill tell you what we did in North Carolina. When i came into office 3 1 2 years ago we had the fifth highest Unemployment Rate in the country. We had 9. 4 unemployment. North carolina, which is a booming state, was really hurting 3 1 2 years ago. What i did was lower Corporate Tax 6. 6 to 3 . Lower income taxes from high 7s to low 5s, paid off debt we owed in unemployment to the federal government and we started seeing a sharp reduction in unemployment. Were now the fourth Fastest Growing economy in the state of North Carolina. Our economy is 4. 7 . The cranes are back, especially in charlotte where im at today. Things are going real well. I also have to remind your viewers in the eastern part of our state, were still feeling effects of hurricane matthew. That got off the news two weeks ago. But literally some of our small towns in eastern North Carolina, the water is just now clearing out. I have towns of 1,000 to 2,000 people florida are literally wiped out. So were wondering what the impact of that will be on the economy and plus human lives, weve lot people to the hurricane. My condolences to you and the entire state, sir. You mentioned obama care earlier and the 30 to 40 increase were going to see next year in premiums. What do you want to see in terms of obama care from our next president . Of course we know this has been one of the issues this held back the economy, employers creating new positions that require obama care. The two biggest concerns since ive been governor and even mayor of charlotte when this started. Im afraid the old way of getting insurance is through your companies. Im afraid youll have a lot more Companies Drop insurance, pay the penalty, and get out of the Insurance Business make us more dependent on government. The other thing, theres no provider competition anymore. Now the state of North Carolina, we only have one provider and thats Blue Cross Blue Shield and they almost pulled out four weeks ago. This is why the premiums are going up. Who knows what Blue Cross Blue Shield might do next year. Stockholders, the board will look and say we cant do this anymore. We know thats the reason unitedhealth pulled out and aetna pulled out of a number of state in terms of the exchanges. Do you think this reopening by fbi, reopening of clinton email scandal, reopening of the investigation will have an impact on north carolinians voting . Yes, i do. I think more than anything it might impact the turnout. I personally think the turnout will be impacted. Were already seeing clinton voters not coming out in numbers that the obama voters are coming out four years ago at this point in time. I think the turnout will be impacted by this because people are just disgusted with the whole thing. I think there is clinton fatigue. Frankly theres some concern about mr. Trump, too. Its ironic. The media keeps going to me, are you still going to support trump due to the controversy two weeks ago. Be interesting in the media is going to ask are you still supporting clinton. Thats an interesting dynamic, will the democrats start running away down ticket from Hillary Clinton at this time. And are you supporting trump . I am. I am. In fact, i was with mike pence yesterday. He and i were elected governors at the same time. He and i were working nc Football Game parking lot yesterday and carolina parking lot today. Mike and i are very close friends. I consider mike pence to be an excellent Vice President ial candidate, very solid individual. Leave it there. Thank you for joining us this morning. Thank you very much. In another key battleground, new polling shows the candidates neck and neck. It the one state that could make all the difference in this race. Take a onlook at those numbers when we come back with larry sab addo as we navigate the race. Back in a minute. Upgrade your phone system and learn how you could save at vonage. Com business weve got some brandnew poll numbers this morning showing a dead heat in the all important battleground state of florida with 29 electoral votes up for grabs in florida. Hillary clinton has 45 of the vote to Donald Trumps 44 . That is well within the margin of error and i should point out this, too, was taken before the fbi reopened its criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton and the email scandal. Larry sabato with us, director for the center for politics in virginia. Good to see you, larry. Thanks so much for joining us. Your take on the race so far. Its the craziest race ive seen since the 1960s. I always try and prepare for these contests extra vitamins and eating healthy the last few weeks. I think we all need to do that because theres other twists and turns. There will be other october and november surprises before november 8th. What about this surprise. Do you think it will alter the race now that the fbi is reopening the investigation into the emails. Im calling it the comey affect. It will be real in the president ial contest and house. I think what director comey has done and the actions hes taken will benefit donald trump. I dont know how much. Maybe a point or two. We wont know until wednesday. We need to have a series of good polls come out that are taken over the period when people will have learned about this. We dont have that yet. And its going to have an impact in some of the really close senate and house races and it will help republicans rather than democrats. So let me ask you about this investigation and why you think it will be helpful. Theres the one idea that there are emails that were on Anthony Weiners pc that basically go against what Hillary Clinton may have said to congress and to the fbi. Then theres also this worry about National Security in general. Katherine from fox news reporting earlier that during huma abedins april fbi interview, she said she routinely sent state department Hillary Clinton emails to her personal yahoo account to print, saying that the state Department System because too clumsy, so she wanted to send them to her yahoo account. Fast forward a few months after that. We know yahoo was hacked. Well, these are interesting facts and im going to let the partisans argue about them, mar yachlt i simply look at the polling effects on what has happened. This has been a major event in the campaign that occurred 11 days before the election. Ic it will have the general effect of energizing trump supporters, as though they needed to be energized more, and it will have the effect of depressing some clinton voters. Lets remember 20 million have already voted, they are in the bank, and its infuriated some democrats. They are very angry at the fbi director for having undertaken what they say is an unprecedented action just before the election. So im going to look at what actually happens in the polling places and let partisans argue about whether theres any there there. As you know, maria, theres a lot of different stories circumstance laying. Most of them will prove to be false. Do you think in 11 days ab independent viewpoint can be changed by Something Like this . Well, the funny thing about this race, and it fits in with everything we know, there really arent many swing voters. No matter what people tell polsters, obvious they dont want the pollster to know anything about their politics. They consider it an invasion of privacy. In most cases the undecides at this late date, half of them arent going to vote. Thats been the tradition for many, many years. Half of them dont show up. The half that do break in about the proportions that the electorate does as a whole. Maybe, maybe this controversy this controversy may add a point or two to trump. Well have to see. I want to let it play out until wednesday. So you think its more impactful that people will not come out to vote, that they will basically lose interest because they are angry about this as opposed to say im going to come out and im going to help Hillary Clinton. Yeah. I think sinkly at this point youre not doing to have more than a handful of people switching from clinton to trump or trump to clinton. Really, how could you . Its such a stark choice. Maybe theres some who will vote for a Third Party Candidate instead. I think they will either tend not to vote or skip the president ial contest. But i bet even in that contest the numbers are small. Real quick, for long time this election was about National Security and the economy. People were voting about who they thought could create more jobs, who they thought could keep them safer. Has this election become more about people want an end to corruption . Certainly on the republican side it has become that. I think we could all agree that while corruption is an important issue, the economy and fighting terrorism are more important than that. But this is typical of american campaigns, maria. We rarely see the truly big issues float to the top at the end. Usually charges, countercharges, allegations of corruption, they tend to take over at the end and thats exactly what were seeing this year. Larry, good to see you. Thank you so much. Larry sabato. Up next donald trump calling for major reforms on taxes and trade. He says he can move the needle on Economic Growth story. How does his plan move forward and can he implement what hes looking to do . We will ask members of his Economic Policy team in an exclusive Panel Interview on trump economics next. Push it announcer vo or you can take a joyride. Bye bye, errands, we sing out loud here. Siriusxm. Road happy. announcer vo you can commute. man on radio . 40 no flags on the play cheering announcer vo or you can chest bump. Yo commute, we got serious game. Siriusxm. Road happy. Stop Transpacific Partnership. Really bad deal. We are going to stand up to china on its massive currency manipulation, because they are beating our companies because of currency manipulation. Were going to lower taxes on American Business from 35 to 15 . Were going to cut taxes for middle class families by hundreds of billions of dollars. That was donald trump hammering home his positions on the economy and how to get growth back. Will they resonate with voters november 8th. Want to bring in exclusive panel from trumps Economic Policy team. Top trump economic adviser. Peter navarro, uc irvine and trump adviser. Former ceo of cke restaurants, hardees carl jr. s. And finance chairman. Gentlemen, good to see you all. Thank you for joining us. Let met kick it off with what donald trump just starred, tpp. Youre an International Business guy, youve seen dealings with lots of country, whether from steel, commodities. Talk to us about trumps plans for trade because i think it scares people, he wants to redo all the trade deals. They should not be scared. Trump is not antitrade. Hes antidumb trade. Dumb trade is why we used to have a favorable balance of payments with mexico of 4 to 5 billion a year. You know how many cumulative trade deficit of nafta with mexico, 1 trillion. 1 trillion. Thats ridiculous. It doesnt have to be that we have such huge deficits just to have trade. I guess the point is, peter, if were redoing nafta, and were going to try to do Something Different on Transpacific Partnership and were going to redo all these trade deals at once, sentence that going tab disruption for the economy rather than actually focusing on revving up Economic Growth. Its going to be a stimulus. If you look at the drag on the economy, its 766 billion a year trade deficit in goods. Thats factories and jobs going offshore. To reinforce wilburs point, south korea, 2012 deal. This to me is the poster child of everything thats wrong with Hillary Clinton or bad trade deals. As secretary of state, she negotiated that. She called it cutting edge, promised us 70,000 new jobs. What do we have . We lost 95,000 jobs, doubled our trade deficit with south korea. You know who has been hit the hardest . The auto and auto parts industry, the highest multiplier in terms of jobs. Places like ohio, wisconsins indiana. This is what the problem is. North carolina. Youre talking to pat mccrory earlier. North carolina has been hit since 1993 and maft with all these bad trade deals. So the idea is donald trump is a smart negotiator. The art of the trade deal is go in and have good deals for the American People. Use our position as the biggest market in the world, the most powerful economy and do whats right for the american worker, american manufacturer. If thats going to include tariffs on goods coming up. That is not the end game, only negotiating tool to bring each country to the table to give a good deal for the American People. Hillary clinton is saying, look, south korea, 100,000 jobs gone because she didnt negotiate a good deal. Weve got to stop doing that. Not all of it should be tariffs. A lot could be increasing our exports to those countries. China, for example, buys a lot of soybeans from us, but they also buy them from other people. If in turn they would just buy more from us, it would help. Same with natural gas, same with a lot of industrial equipment. One of the issues is communicating these stories. Does he have the ground game and money to actually explain the way you both have in terms of what these policies will mean for peoples lives. Stephen, thats your area. What can you tell us in terms of trumps ground game . What are you seeing from individuals and businesses . You cant find many ceos that have given trump money, right . First of all, maria, weve had a lot of people across the board who have contributed, extremely generous. Weve had the Largest Online fundraising for any republican ever. We couldnt be important comfortable. The ground game is fully paid for, we worked very closely with the rnc. A terrific ground game, better than before. Just had a massive amount of advertising so well be competing with hillary on advertising this week. We couldnt be more comfortable with where we are on that. Now you feel youll be competing effectively with hillary on advertising. Shes been throwing out lots of negative ad against donald trump. Then theres obama care, i want to talk about this as far as our next segment. Theres a lot here. Pick a state. Arizona is going to see premiums up 116 . We just got this news a week and a half ago. Has that impacted trumps chances . I think people are really angry about this. If youre one of the millions of people in states like North Carolina, carolina, pennsylvania, arizona as you mentioned that have got these huge policy increases and you were considering voting for Hillary Clinton, what the hell are you thinking about . Shes going to make this worse. Trump has a plan, increase competition, increase incentive so people want to buy it, not that they are mandatorily required to buy it. A system that will lower cost, increase quality and get everybody covered. Thats the kind of system we need, not what Hillary Clinton wants. As a businessman your self, having seen firsthand the impact of regulation and whether the pendulum goes too far, what has been the impact of obama care in terms of Small Business and midsized business as well . This last year with the 7 increase in obama care premiums, in the restaurant industry, a report by Civic Science came out that said 47 of people who had their Health Care Premiums increase are going to restaurants less and are 30 more likely to significantly reduce Restaurant Visits than people whose Health Care Premiums didnt go up. Were kind of the canary in the coal mine in that respect. That was the impact of a 7 premium increase. Next year its 25 . So it could have a real impact on the entire economy. Obama care is a disaster. It needs to be repealed and replaced. I want to talk about the other parts of trumps economic plan. We talked trade. Next lets get into tax cuts, rolling back legislation and energy. Thats the plan, more with this exclusive panel on trump economics next. Youre a smart saver. You find ways to stretch your dollar. So why not compare your Medicare Part d plan with other options . Call or go online now and see how aetna medicare rx saver could help you save. With a low monthly plan premium. And find out if aetna rx saver is right for you. Were back with members of Donald TrumpsEconomic Policy team. Lets go through the plan. Number one, cut taxes. Most important there is Corporate Tax rate of 15 , which he think is going to enable and push businesses to hire more workers. Number two, rolling back regulations, in particular, obama care. Number three, tapping into energy. Number four, redo trade deals that have not worked for america. T taxes, its going to be expensive, wilbur ross. Not as expensive as anybody models because they are failing to take into account tax revenues that will be generated by ending tax deficit. Thats 220 million more wages that will be taxed. Its more corporate profits that will be taxed. Unleashing energy, same thing. More wages will be taxed, more Corporate Taxes. We believe its revenue neutral when you take the entire plan into account. As opposed to hillarys plan, she actually is planning to raise Corporate Taxes. 675 billion. To put that in proportion, 7 1 2 of all business earnings in the country and its 1 1 2 of the economy of thats going to kill jobs. I dont know how you get businesses to raise money and jobs if they are paying more wages and taxes, peter. The big picture from 1947 to 2001, grew year in, year out, life was good. Since then weve grown less than 2 . Thats the problem . Taxes are too high. Regulations too high. Its 2 trillion tax on our economy from overregulation. Hillary shutting down our oil, natural gas and Coal Industries in all these bad trade deals which weve already discussed. What we need to do is go from this new dismal, what they call the new normal, get to 3 1 2 to 4 with Donald Trumps plan. That generates enormous amount of tax revenues so we can pay for everything we need plus create jobs. If you take Corporate Tax and cut that, we produce in michigan rather than mexico, simple as that. 25 million seems like a big number. Over 10 years. You think thats doable. You think 4 growth is doable based on what were doing here. I think its absolutely doable, better than 4 growth with the right tax and trade policies. Looking at clinton, you cant grow the economy if your tax plan is to redistrict ip come. You cant grow economy if your energy plan is address Climate Change instead of making america independent. You cant grow it if you playboy to grow the government rather than the economy. Its impossible. Steve, well see you soon. Gentlemen, thank you very much for joining us. See you tomorrow.
