all-gent alert to find these two guys here. they're suspected white supremacists who could be connected to the murder of the colorado prison chief. they should be considered armed and dangerous. news right now. we have just gotten a report in the last minute or two that rescuers have just found a second hiker, one missing. comes as they found the woman's hiking partner confused and disoriented on for two more than white supremacist gang members after the murled of colorado's corrections chief. these men are considered armed and dangerous, gunman walked up to the home of tom clements and shot him in texas, police killed this man, evan ebel, after a high-speed chase. bull resident casings at that scene match those from colorado. we learned ebel got of of prison four years earlier because of a clerical error, and now investigators are looking for these two men who they say were in, quote, frequent contact with eben in the 48 hours before the prison chief's murder. alicia is live. and investigators are not calling either guy a suspect. right? >> right now they're wanted as persons of interest in the murder of tom clement, and they're also wanted in unrelated arrest warrants. take another look. this is thomas james ghoully. 31, 5'5", 160-pounds and several tattoos, police warn he is likely with frames franklin lore, 47, 6'0", 160 pounds, many tattoos. they could be anywhere but sheriffs investigators say ebel four additional years in prison punching a guard but walked away free because of a clerical error. >> shepard: let's take this to a lawyer now. jonathan is with us. >> this is a tough one for a lot of reasons. this gang is supposed to be absolutely vicious, and if they are connected with the crime, that could be our first clue. the people who are dropping dead are being shot point blank where they opened their door in parking lots. this isn't a typical crime. this is a vicious, in your face kind of crime, and the problem is with organized crime, even if they suspect -- they're not calling the -- it's going to be very hard to get from point a to point b proof-wise because nobody wants to give these guys up, and if police have a chance of getting to the bottom of it they're going to have to find low men on the totem pole who might want to strike a deal who hey evidence and even that's sketchy. >> cops tell you have to arrest other low lives to get to these low lives and offer them a deal, if you'll talk and give something i can substantiate. >> two problems. from a criminal defense perspective. when you have a witness on the stand who starts out as a confidential informant, their credibilityes always suspect. so welcome attack that person. the second thing is anybody who is a member of the good evening or not a member, is going to know once you give somebody up you're as good as dead. they can't put a wig on you and put you in a witness protection program. you'll be found. so it's beg to be very hard to find people to the murders here in texas. the fbi telling me today they have found no connection between evan ebel and the aryan broughthood of texas, which is still under suspicion because of the group thenning to they found one of them. nicholas sedooia, who was badly dehydrated and taken to an emergency room and this rescue happened just a short time ago. kindle jack, who has been missing since the disappeared in the forest, the 19-year-old hike companion called 9-1-1 for him and they couldn't find this person. now this person has been rescued. apparently a law enforcement officer was injured
