Martha continuing to count ballots this evening and they will determine the outcome and a handful of electoral states. And will decide ultimately who occupies the highest office in our land. A short time ago joe biden came before the microphone and said that he expects that he will be the winner when the count is finished. But he said he is not declaring his victory until he hits 270. President trump has yet to speak since very early this morning when he declared a victory both sides are deploying armies of attorney is ready to go to court over any irregularity in this counting process. So thats where we are. Bret we should put an asterisk, because the Trump Campaign is saying that they are filing lawsuits are joining lawsuits, counting recounts in a number of different states. We have journalists and experts ready to help you understand all that is happening and where things are headed. But we would begin with bill hemmer at the board to bring us uptodate. Bill 24 hours ago we were standing in this very studio and we told the audience that this is an election unlike any other. Because of the massive amount of mailin ballots. The twists and turns as we go. We might be in for a few more tonight. Lets see. Here is what is on the board at the moment. Pennsylvania, North Carolina, georgia, and nevada. I can tell you after talking to the Trump Campaign tonight to that a lot of people want to know why cant you call georgia . 4 of the vote outstanding. The 1. 2 advantage percentage point. A lot of the votes in atlanta are in. And a lot of those vote in the cabinet is in as well. And that is the democratic heartbeat of the state of georgia. The Trump Campaign believes that it is closer than they would like, however, they feel that they are going to win. They also believe that they are confident about keeping North Carolina, and thats just about a point plus out of reach. Whats happening out there. And going to nevada seeing what is happening here. What we are hearing, you have about an 8,000 advantage from joe biden over donald trump, so why cant you call the state . They started counting again late today. That was a little bit quicker than we thought when we went to bed this morning and we thought that that would not happen until thursday. They are saying that they can make up some of the ballots and reno is up here, a big rally in douglas county, just about a week ago, and you are about 80 of the ballots that have come in from douglas county, same down here in mineral county, about 80 , clearly more numbers that come in here. Just pop on down. 80, 85 . There are more votes coming in. And thats where they believe they can make up ground. This is the coin in the realm. This is clark county, this is las vegas. This is where you determine the winners and losers in the state of nevada. Joe biden at 53 . Donald trump at 45. And Hillary Clinton 55, almost 56. On a percentage basis. Part county as of tonight. Heres the catch. And reno in washout county here, this was Hillary Clintons tab through four years ago. And now we see the percentage basis, joe biden is doing better, and gives us the hesitation in nevada, counting them as we speak. And through the night tonight, and whether we will be cast into another spear in the election. It is 2020. Martha in every possible way. The ultimate battleground might not be a particular state, but the election courtrooms around the country. President trump is already putting his legal team to work. Good evening, more and more states slowly fall into the win column for joe biden, the path to victory in the campaign is banking that the legal votes excluding others will ultimately net him and other four years in the building behind me. Speak of the Trump Campaign filing a lawsuit in michigan claiming it has not been given meaningful access to the opening and counting of mailin ballots, halting counting until meaningful access has been gran. The Trump Campaign also moving to do the same thing in pennsylvania and join a Supreme Court case with the extension to count in mailin ballots in the keystone state. And in wisconsin where this afternoon the race was called for joe biden, a statement to the Trump Campaign manager saying that there had been reports of irregularities raising serious doubts about the validity of results. In arizona on the Trump Campaign committing day of votes yet to be counted will break for the president. Giving them a victory. And boldly declaring pennsylvania is a lock. We are declaring a victory in pennsylvania. This is not based on gut or feel, it is based on math. As they halted in several states this morning, President Trump entering the east room of the white house to claim victory. We were getting ready to win this election, frankly we did win. Speak of the declaration drawn criticism from some of the republican colleagues. Chris christie calling it a bad decision. The reelected Senate Majority leader more charitable. It is not unusual for people to claim that they won the election. Claiming you won is different than finishing the counting. Is accounting now continues, the Trump Campaign fundraising for legal action to challenge mailin ballots. President trump firing the starting gun to that early this morning. We will be going to the u. S. Supreme court. We want all voting to stop. We dont want them to find any ballots at 4 00 in the morning and add them to the list. Speak of the president certainly would like to find some ballots in the state of wisconsin. In 2016 there was a recount in wisconsin requested by green party callan didnt let man candidate to jill stein that added to the president s total by 131 votes which this year would leave him 20,379 votes short of an overturned. Back in 2016 there was not the mass mailin balloting that we saw this year, will that make a difference . Martha thank you, john. We are winning the election, he has won the election and we will defend the election. Even though they warned trump not to talk like that unless he reached 270. What do you do tonight if you prematurely declare victory . It just does not work that way. Biden admits they are not there yet. Now after a long night of counting. It is clear that we are winning enough states to reach 270 electoral votes. Now democrats are preparing for fights in court. We the people will not surrender. And the campaign is asking for cash to hire democratic lawyers and email to donors explaining the Biden Fight Fund will Fund Election protection efforts for joe biden and democrats up and down the ball ballot. It could go all the way up to the Supreme Court. If they want to push something up to the Supreme Court one way or another, presumably they could do that. We are not worried about it. In very brief remarks earlier this morning, joe biden warned supporters that they may have to wait. Arizona also in the middle of this mix. Which one do you want to jump in on first . What is most important right n now . I think that arizona is clearly the most important and what you guys will see tonight, we expect some more votes to be dumped in arizona a little bit later tonight and then again after midnight. And you will see the tightening of that race, because we know what these are, these are late earlyvotes. Or election day drop off votes. To that the president was getting from the county and others at the rate of 62 . So in order for the president to close the gap and only trails by 93,000 votes, he has to get 57 less than what he was already getting. And there are 605,000 outstanding ballots right now. So as this narrows there is going to be great pressure on you guys come to be honest with you, fox news to resend your call. It was a premature call and you know that we were livid about the fact that you and then the ap made that call. There are seven organizations that called states on Election Night, seven. Five of those said and not to make that call. Bret we got it. And i grilled. Thank you. Thank you. To falsely declare himself the president elect at some point. Bret we are going to have michigan back here and talk about this. We did in the Early Morning hours went to all of the different stats that we will go through again. We appreciate it. Soon we wont be talking about stats, this is actual math. Martha if that is the case, we will be the first ones to point that out to. It is all about counting the votes and our Decision Team looks at the remaining one that you look at and they get different percentages in terms of where those are coming from. But if there is any need to change it and the numbers reflect something different, you know, it is what it is. Bret let me talk to you about the legal fights, the lawsuits that have been filed or that you will join her and what states . We filed one in michigan today, because we want and need to have meaningful access according to state law. We are allowed to observe when ballots are being opened and counted. And they were preventing us from doing that. We want that. We also are joining the case in pennsylvania to have the Supreme Court addressed what pennsylvania did. They effectively moved election day. They moved it back three days and allowed the receiving of ballots beyond what the legislator had said. We are also asking for meaningful access in pennsylvania so that the poll watchers can see what is actually happening. We dont know why these democrat operatives in the election locations are blocking us from watching that. Bret the Rudy Giuliani pennsylvania follows and to the president will win pennsylvania and when that occurs, he will be in fact reelected. Arizona and then pennsylvania, and then to bret mayor giuliani said that philadelphia has a history of tapping into voters who are dead people, of fraud, have you seen or been briefed on one instance of fraud in any of the states as of yet . Lets talk about philadelphia which is my hometown, so i feel okay sameness. Philadelphia has a very sordid history and election fraud. Bret i mean this year. Sure, and lots of different states. In michigan, for example, you have people who have been filling out, and i am sorry, i mean in wisconsin, what is called curing ballots where you have poll workers filling in gaps on ballots voted by other people and having the poll workers do it. You had people who had voted in the wrong precinct and have the poll workers in a giant stack of ballots correcting that and filling in the correct precinct number and casting those votes on behalf of the voters. That is against the law. You cant do things like that. You have people boarding up their windows of polling location so that the poll watchers cant get in. Republican poll watchers being kicked out in cases where ballots were damaged and they had people coming into actually hand transcribe the filled out to ballots onto blank ballots on behalf of voters that had gone away and were outside the polling location going about their day. You cant do things like that. Bret the remedy that you are seeking is to kick out all of those votes, lets say in wisconsin and you will get in the number and then you will get the number to 20,000 that will make the difference in wisconsin . We want the opportunity to be able to examine all of these things. That is the purpose of having people getting access point neck access to the polling locations. It is absolutely legal under michigan law and state laws, we are allowed to have meaningful access. We have been prevented from having that. All we want to do is to ensure that these elections are free and fair. The president once every eligible voter to be able to vote, vote once and have that vote counted. And what we have encountered in state after state and city after city, and cities largely run by democrat politicians they have kept away access and transparency to allow people to see what is happening. I want to go back to what is happening in arizona, when the president wins arizona and then pennsylvania, the president is going to be reelected. And you guys will see later tonight the gap in arizona is going to close. Bret we will be transparent here. Thank you very much. Martha lets go to harrisburg, pennsylvania, where tom wolf is speaking. Lets hear what he has to say. Thats exactly what pennsylvania is doing right now. It is not surprising as i have said before that this election and the returns are taking a little bit longer than we are use to. Thats a good sign. Part of the reason for that is because many more people have voted. And it does mean that votes in pennsylvania are actually being counted. We are taking the time to make sure in this new system that went into place at the end of last year that all of those votes are being counted. Again, the vote is central to the democracy. It is how we all choose the people to be our public servants. This is the hiring process, the election. We have to have Fair Elections. And those elections have to be free of external influences. We need to have confidence that people are choosing their leaders, and that the leaders are not choosing the people who vote for them. We need to make sure that the voters are choosing the leaders, not the other way around. Elections are the bedrock of the democracy and the commonwealth and the country thrives when people freely exercise this franchise. Thats why it is essential that every eligible voter, every eligible votes counted in this election and in every election. We have seen efforts across the country to undermine this election and to block the counting of votes. This afternoon the Trump Campaign filed a lawsuit to stop the counting of ballots in pennsylvania. That is simply wrong. It goes against the most basic principles of our democracy. It takes away the rights of every american citizen to cast their votes and to choose our leaders. At the elections at the state and local level should be free to do their jobs without fear, without intimidation, without attacks. To subvert the democratic process is simply disgraceful. We are going to fight every single attempt to disenfranchise voters. We will continue to administer free and Fair Elections in pennsylvania. Let me be clear, and pennsylvania, every vote is going to count. Im going to fight like to protect the vote of every pennsylvanian. Im going to do everything in my power to make sure that every vote counts. Because in pennsylvania, every voice matters, every vote matters. And i will turn it over to the secretary of state who has done a phenomenal job to make it as smooth as anything ive ever seen. Ive seen a lot of elections in pennsylvania. Secretary of state. Hi, everybody. We have to stop meeting like this. Thank you all for coming. And it was another really good day in pennsylvania. Our amazing counting election directors and personnels across the counting wealth just once again putting in incredible hours and time and energy and patience, and attention to detail to make sure that today can proceed with counting hundreds and hundreds of thousands of ballots. They have made excellent progress. They are still working department of state is still working all back at our operation center. I will be going back there after this and we will be continuing to work into the night, all of us to support the counties to get this done. So i expect hundreds of thousand more to be counted tonight. So you can keep watch on the election return website and at this point i think that we are actually probably a little bit ahead of where i thought we would be, which is great. So stay tuned, but still thinking, you know, we are talking about a matter of days before the overwhelming majority of ballots are counted. I was thinking the other day just a couple of days ago was the hundredth anniversary, you know, we celebrated the hundredth anniversary of the 19th amendment this year. So just a couple of days ago, november 2nd was the hundredth anniversary of the first election that those suffragists got to vote in and how and i think Governor Wolf was talking about how much we cherish and will fight for every voters right to vote, i think about the suffragists, and it has been an inspiration all year long to be in this position and to be working to make sure that every single voter of all backgrounds, and i should say, you know, we had 100 years ago, 19th amendment, and then of course there were decades longer that voters of color were still denied the right to vote. And it took civil rights activists incredible struggles and tragedies and triumphs that led to president johnson signing the Voting Rights act of 1965. And i just take it all with me to reensure that every single qualified and eligible voter has the opportunity to vote. And i am so thankful it will work for Governor Wolf who is incredibly dedicated to that mission as well. So we continue to fight for every pennsylvanian for their vote to be counted. Bret the secretary of state and the governor of pennsylvania talking about the account in pennsylvania saying that they are making progress slowly and it is not completed they are as of yet. We will bring in the other side. We talked to the campaign representative, now to delaware senator chris coons, a member of the Biden Campaign team. First of all, congratulations on your reelection. I want to ask you about where you think the campaign is. We have it at 264. Last night in the Early Morning hours, President Trump said that he had won this campaign. Frankly, he had won the campaign and they were going to fight for all of these votes. Did you have a problem with that speech . Well, earlier this evening, joe biden came out and said that he fully expects when all of the votes are counted that ultimately he will have 270 or more electoral votes. And as we both know, President Trump made that announcement very early this morning, joe biden came out and made that announcement. The key difference is that joe is asking for every vote to be counted. He is not seeking to stop any of these counts. And by your own estimates, at this point, joe only needs to won 1 of 4 states. Either georgia or North Carolina or nevada, or pennsylvania, and joe biden has more than 270 electoral votes. But in order for donald trump to be reelected, he has to win all four. It is striking that the Trump Campaign is going into court to try to stop counts that are ongoing in states where he is projected to lose and to stop recounts where he had been projected. And together that every vote gets counted. We could have to be patient, but im convinced that will lead to joe biden s be what is the difference with what President Trump said, frankly we already won it, and what bob bauer, the Vice President s attorney said we are winning the election, we have won and are going to defend the election. He has not won yet. The key difference at 2 00 in the morning without several of the key states having been called yet, having and the victor, earlier joe biden came out and said i believe i will when all of the votes are counted to be determined to be the president. Martha he is quoting the attorney of the campaign who said that we had won the election which clearly has not happened. I just want to talk to you about pennsylvania for a second in this issue of stopping the vote. Feeding into what is going on a little bit is a dispute to be duly meant between the state legislature and the secretary of state and the people who are running that. They have never liked this whole construct of being able to have these ballots come in after november 3rd and to continue to count them. So they are having interesting warfare in pennsylvania over how they should be conducted. So it is not that the campaigns dont want them to be counted, it is that they want the opportunity to play out. And they have the observation rights that would all be able to go forward. Its not that they wanted to stop forever, it said they want to pause and let it play out. Do you believe that it is fair and right for both sides to be able to observe the vote and be able to stand and see what is going on. Do you have any problem with that . No. Martha you would say that they should stop. And took what they could do to do that . Im not briefed on what the allegations are. And the lack of transparency and access. Ive watched on television, and the vote counting has proceeded in a number of states. Martha you cannot see it on the actual ballots. Martha they cannot actually see what is happening. They are asking people to stand so far away that they cannot actually observe anything that is happening. Their paper ballots 25 feet away from them. Do you agree that they should have the opportunity to get in there and watch, because then nobody can say that they were given every opportunity and it was not fair across the board. I just said yes, the counting process should be fair and appropriate and follow the law. And i havent read the filings in court from the Trump Campaign. But i will tell you that frankly when i listen to Rudy Giuliani and when i listen to some of the claims that are being advanced, they smack of desperation. We need to allow the counting to proceed and to the extent that there are disputes to be resolved appropriately by the courts. Martha if you let that play out, then both sides feel like they got what they needed. In the end i am confident that we will see joe biden elected freely and fairly as an expresident of the the United States. Bret one quick question, we look at the election and how the country is split, democrats were thinking it would be a blue wave. You obviously won in your race, however senate races on the democratic side, hundreds of millions of dollars spent aiding the Top Ten Senate Races ever for this year in 2020. And right now you stand with a net gain of 1 in the senate. In the House Democrats are losing seven seats. What message does that send democrats . I do think that we are sharply divided country. That we hear and see and respond to what is going on in our country differently. Today the United States had 100,000 new covid19 cases, many of us think that this ongoing pandemic is a significant Public Health problem and it is largely the result of President Trumps bungled mishandling of the pandemic. There are many others who think that the number one issue is reopening and reviving the economy, and they dont ascribe any blame to the present and for the pandemic and its impact on the economy. Joe biden earlier gave a speech about being a president for all americans, providing hard for those who voted for him and against him. Trying to bring our country together to deal with both the pandemic and to the recession and to try and heal some of the divisions in the country. I do think that the results of these elections, president ial and congressional point to a very sharply divided country. Thats why i have always supported joe biden, someone who sees the division and tries to heal them, rather than our president who i think tries to sharpen them. Martha senator, thank you very much. Congratulations on your reelection last night. Always good to have you with us. Bret lets recap where things stand tonight, starting in nevada, joe biden is leading President Trump by a half percentage point. At that counting is continuing tonight, we are told. Martha vote still being counted in the state of georgia as well. Very close race they are. The president has the lead of 5. Bret in North Carolina President Trump has an edge of about 1. 5 percentage points. We should point out that all of the states have not matched the polls going in. Martha in pennsylvania, the president has the lead of about four points at this point. Bret lets get an update from michigan on the fox news decision desk. Thank you for being here. You heard the Trump Campaign spokesperson timber tall calling on the decision desk between holding back on the arizona call saying that there is a vote coming in from Maricopa County that will change the dynamic. Can you address that . We are not pulling back the call, there is additional votes that will be reported him Maricopa County. We do not believe that this will change the tenor or the texture of the race and we strongly believe that our call will stand. Thats why we are not pulling back. Bret explain why, because the percentage of the vote to that you think is out there and how much the president has to make up to get the balance of that separation. There appears to be 550,000 votes outstanding. Nobody knows the exact number. We think it is a little less than 550,000. Maybe a little bit more than 550,000 impaired to the president needs to make up the deficit of roughly 100,000 votes primarily from Maricopa County that is a county where biden is doing well. The president needs to get basically 60 of that outstanding vote in order to overtake or tied joe biden. We dont believe that he is going to get more than 45, 46 of that vote. What you have to appreciate is that voters in Maricopa County were more biden voters then trump voters. And that tended to be Even Stronger for biden then the election day in person vote. I do not ascribe any significance to his points that while they mailed it on election day, therefore they are election day voters. Martha he is saying the late early voters, people who did not vote in the voting booth but showed up on the last day to turn in their ballot or put it in the drop box, they are saying that the outstanding vote is over 6,000. And that the president is on schedule in terms of what they see to be an over a 60 something percent. If that were the case, would that state move . If a frog had wings. What we believe fairly strongly. Though vote will come in and it will confirm our call, others will then call arizona for the former Vice President. We are confident in the call and we will see when the data comes in. But we are confident that the data will basically look like the data that we have noticed throughout the county in arizona and therefore, we are not pulling back our call. Bret why can we not call North Carolina, but we could call arizona . Because in North Carolina we are waiting for a different flavor of votes than is reported so far. We are waiting for the last remnants of the mailin votes. We know in places like North Carolina, the mailin vote was strongly for biden come a much stronger than you see between mailin and in person. So there is a possibility to prevent a call that actually Vice President biden might catch up some to the president. North carolina is probably the president s best chance of winning state. Martha obviously you have heard that people were outraged by how early that call was made that it was only a 1 of the vote in. How do you justify calling it when it was at 1 so early in the night . Where it is 1 come from it was made at 11 20, there have been a huge dump of votes and was roughly 80 of the vote and when we made the call. We felt confident in the call. We have been sitting and watching it for about a half hour, an hour we said its time to pull the trigger. We felt we made the correct call at the correct time, and thats why we made it. Bret when we make the 270 call, do we think nevada will be called tonight . We do not know when nevada will report the latest of vote. We expected to be more likely tomorrow than tonight. We thought that there might be a drop of votes tonight. I mean additional put into the system today. It looks like it will be tomorrow. Bret we appreciate your time. Good evening, the king was saying at the county courthouse that finalizes the vote that needs to have been for the request has a recount to be official. The margin still needs to stay within 1 as well. In the meantime, megan wolf, the administrator for the wisconsin board of elections is pushing back at the president s latenight criticism of the election. I think that it is insulting to the local Election Officials to say that anything but yesterdays election was anything but an incredible success that was a result of years of preparation and meticulously carefully following the law. And the president went into wednesday morning 100,000 votes up. However there were more than 160,000 early and absentee votes in the city of milwaukee. A democratic stronghold. Those were totaled and loaded onto a flash drive, city chair with a Police Escort handdelivered the drive to milwaukee county. As expected, milwaukee voters favored biden. Green bay early votes, also by sunrise, the president s 100,000 vote lead had dwindled to a 20,000 vote deficit to joe biden. Late in the afternoon, and willow wisconsin was the final count posting the results when that was done. Richmond county, wisconsin showing a 949 vote favor to President Trump, not enough to make a difference. Back to you. Martha lets bring in George Washington University Law Professor John turley, ive a feeling we will see quite a bit of you in the coming weeks. Thank god. Martha Rudy Giuliani came out this afternoon representing the president and making a lot of charges about corruption in philadelphia, and i want to play a little sound bite. We will start there. Not a single republican has been able to look at any of these mail in ballots, they could be from august as far as we are concerned. We have no idea if they are signed or postmarked, if it is not just the same person that submitted 100,000 ballots and they all got counted. This is a way that they intend to win. Martha this is obviously the president s argument since early on because you have this enormous amount of mailin ballots that has never really happen before in the history of the country that it needs to be watched extremely closely by both sides to ensure transparency. Is that a decent argument . What do you say . Well, there is merit to being allowed to observe this process. I should note that there is a mars, pennsylvania, i have relatives that live there. The fact is that he is making the valid objections to the process, but they really need to tamp down the rhetoric of evidence of widespread fraud in pennsylvania . We do have irregularities in various states. We do have laws that were changed shortly before the election. Pennsylvania has a serious issue in terms of those laws being changed shortly before the election that went to the Supreme Court and chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal justices in a tied vote. And it sort of kick that can down the road. That can could come rattling back to the Supreme Court as these legislators say that we want ruling on the merits. Lets start with you, byron, where we are right now, where we may be going with the challenges that the Trump Campaign is bringing forward . First of all it looks pretty tough for the Trump Campaign right now. He needs to win some states. Georgia and North Carolina are not in the bag yet, he needs to win both of those, then he needs to win pennsylvania, then he still need Something Else. They think they have a good chance in arizona, perhaps in nevada. They need one of those. So that is an uphill fight to right there. As far as the challenges are concerned, the Trump Campaign has every right to demand what they call meaningful access to the process of vote counting. That is something that they should have. They have every right to file for a recount. But in the next few days at the same time, they are going to need to produce some examples of irregularities of problems in the counting of significant issues in this vote count that could possibly affect the election. They are going to need to produce those may be in a Court Document or maybe just in a news conference, but to give us some examples of what they see going on. Martha absolutely come a great point. It puts him at 264 electoral votes. Obviously nevada, pennsylvania, i agree with byrons reaction to whether or not we should have counting. Every vote should be counted. We should try to recover votes that have been lost or fraud or negligence, but if you are the Biden Campaign, you have to go good. Lets say that we won it all to be accountable and see what happens. The great thing about last night was that the country spoke in a loud, loud way. There was a lot of noise in the campaign. To some contentious and some really harmonious, most of it not. But the American People spoke and gave the democrats fewer seats in the majority of the house, republicans won last seat in the Senate Majority. And it looks like they have replaced their president. And youre replaced the president with a guy whose greatest strength in politics has always been working across the aisle. Accomplishing much in the nation in the next few years with a divided congress, the narrowly divided congress and a different person and the white house different party. This might be the set up that the country needs in order to unleash perhaps an era of compromise and problem solving. So i am relieved and encouraged tonight as i listen and watch the numbers unfold. Bret your thoughts . The president is obviously not stopping. He is not giving up as of yet. And joe biden has not gotten 270 yet. Speak of the Biden Campaign wants it to be called in their favor so that they can say that they have won the electoral vot. If the Trump Campaign feels that they have won pennsylvania and also confident about arizona. And they have a rational case for why that may be, and we will see as those votes are counted. The reason why it is important to have them be counted is because prior to yesterday we were told that biden would win in a blow out and that democrats had an extremely strong case for taking over control of the senate. That democrats would gain and strengthen their majority in the house, and when votes were counted, what we saw was that florida went overwhelmingly for President Trump contrary to what we were told that not only did the senators in maine and iowa and North Carolina not lose their seats, but the republicans kept their majority in the senate. Susan collins did not lose by 12 points, but in fact is winning by eight. And that republicans are actually gaining seats in the house including 11 new women elected to congress. We are learning that in states not just in florida, but texas and other states that donald trump seriously increase the republican share of the minority vote. Donald trump through this enthusiastic campaign he ran and reaching out to minority voters is on track to get the largest percentage of minority votes of any republican in 60 years. What we were told by the media and by democratic activists versus the reality of what is happening in the field is different. So i think that people need to wait and see how the votes play out before rushing to any judgment. Bret people at home should know and i have seen it on social media, when a network or News Association calls estate, that does not mean that any of the counting stops in any place.
