We have at least 11 Million People in this country that came in illegally. They will go out, they will come back, some will come back, the best through a process, they have to come back legally. They have to come back through a process and it may not be have a very quick process, but i think thats very fine and very clear. Very fine and very clear. Hes been extremely clear there will be a Deportation Force. He said it, the republican on saturday then sat down with his new Hispanic Advisory Council at trump tower here in manhattan, and after that meeting the sp g Spanish Language television station univision claimed he would legalize some undocumented immigrants and not deport them. A phrase he used, no ones prompted him for that. Well, will that plan include the deportation face, the what you just heard about and what will be in the republican primaries. To be determined. To be determined. But donald trump said it on morning joe. Everything is not nice, he said, but it has to be done. Millions and millions will be deported. Then there will be a legalized process for some of them to come back, the good ones, as he put it. He once said that all muslims, there would be a complete and total ban on all muslims. He changed that. And said there would be Deportation Forces for those in the country illegally. He said it. This morning trump called into fox friends. And heres what trump said when steve doocy asked if he was open to leaving Illegal Immigrants in the country. We have to be very firm. We have to be very strong when people come in illegally. We have a lot of people that want to come in through the legal process. Its not fair for them. And were working with a lot of people in the Hispanic Community to try and come up with an answer. So youre not flipflopping. No, im not flipflopping. We want to come up with a really fair but firm answer. Fair but firm. Well, its not always nice, he said. Deportation force would be necessary. All illegals would have to be rounded up and left the country. We know because we heard him say it. And then he said some would come back in through a legal process. It was the foundation of the beginning of his campaign. Remember, it was donald trump who said dozens of times, dozens and dozens of times that immigration issue is an issue because he made it an issue. And it stuck with a lot of you. A lot of viewers and a lot of voters, a Deportation Force to rid the country of all the illegals. But hes not flipflopping now. We need a fair process. So what is he doing . Well, this all comes as the statistics guru nate silvers website reports that the National Polls show the race tight anything, but donald trump has been gaining in state polls. And its the individual state votes that matter in this process. Meantime, donald trump is blasting Hillary Clinton for her donations to the Clinton Foundation. Donald trump now says the foundation must be shut down immediately, and thats a quote. He released a statement that reads in part, the clintons have spent decades as insiders lining their own pockets and taking care of donors instead of the American People. It is now clear that Clinton Foundation is the most corrupt enterprise in political history. He once said that, well, these are all negotiating positions and pointed out there are mountains of natural obstructions in the way and he didnt have to do a wall all the way from the pacific to the gulf. It could be broken up in parts which contradicted to him building a wall to have mexico pay for it coast to coast. Trump has described all his ideas, all his pronouncements as negotiating positions. Which is to say hes willing to compromise. During the republican why mares he said that. It was a time when Republican Voters felt compromise was a dirty word and yet trump did and sort of defied the logic of the rest of the republican partys process. Even though he said these were a negotiating processes, hes continuing. Not a flipflop, he says, just evolving. Theres a new poll out there in ohio, tell us about it. Reporter it shows Hillary Clinton up by four points in the buckeye state. Ohio is the one state where no republican has ever become president without winning. And this is a very, very important state for him. And it shows that Hillary Clinton is doing okay. You mentioned nate silver, the statistician who said the National Polls are tightening, to some extent that is true. But if you look at the recent averages of the National Polls, hes down 5. 5 points. Historically when a president ial candidate has been down that much in august, they havent won. Some of the polls show hes down as much as nine points. A few with double digits. They always close in the last few days of the race. As for the time, hes still dealing with polls and in the battleground states. In all of the polls, sometimes within the margin of error, hes trailing to put him in a serious, serious problem. Thats why the Republican National committee is doing the Grassroots Campaign for the Trump Campaign. The Trump Campaign didnt raise as much as Hillary Clinton did last month. So all the metrics suggest that the Trump Campaign has a big problem. And to give you an example of how republicans are fearful of it, there are a number of super pacs including pastors and faithbased groups reporting millions of dollars into ground game. But i am in an american tent and i would like to soften the matters on this appeal. There are also reports on this alternative event where he may be building an audience for the empire. This morning a federal judge ordered the state department to expedite its review of 14,900 emails covered by the fbi investigation. The nearly 15,000 emails were found by the bureau when they searched clintons personal server. We also learned today there are at least six disks of data. The Judicial Group that brought the suit, the specific interests in the content of one of the disks, the u. S. District judge judge James Blackburn ordered that the state department placed order of review on the 15,000 emails and the review has to be completed by september 22nd. Mrs. Clinton swore under penalty of emergency that all the records needed to be turned over. But this Court Hearing today demonstrated that wasnt the case. And late friday a different federal judge here in washington in a different preview of information said clinton will be required to answer questions about her email practices before the election. In other words, you strap a bomb onto a 12yearold child, you walk the child to a place and then remotely you blow up a young child. And youre correct, there have been conflicted reporting about what precisely went on in this case. But there are some things like you said, it was a remote detonator with explosives strapped to a child. We have also seen cases where children have willingly gone and done this because they are trained and brainwashed and indoctrinated to do this. This is not new, we have seen isis putting the children in their videos. One of the things to make it different for isis is isis is glorifying the children. They are advertising the horrific and brutal use of children in their videos. Lots of times you see the groups trying to hide that as one of the tactics. So it is just awful. And we saw another attack spoiled in iraq with the same thing, a child with suicide equipment and bombing materials strapped to him. Luckily, that one was thwarted before it occurred. Does this suggest to us that they are running out of fullgrown people to do this sort of thing or this is another arm of what they do or what . I dont think it is just that they are running out of people, but i think it is another tactic they use. In addition to, again, perhaps raising lower amounts of suspicion when a young child walks in to a wedding celebration, it is also part of the overall ideological strategy. Even if hostility then, even if we regain territory or win the battle on the ground, they are planting seeds in the mind of children who are going to have, and im not a doctor or psychologist, but horrific trauma from the violence they have been exposed to. And part of it is to desensitize them to violence as they carry out the violence. And it will be a long fight beyond any sort of military fight that we see on the ground over there. And the suggestion is that the one that is are not blowing up, they are indoctrinating. And that is educating them through a formal process that the woes of the world are the faults of the infidels and this ideology will live with them and spread to others to create a problem that is selfsustaining. Exactly. Youre exactly richlght. And in some cases, these are the children of fighters themselves. And in other cases they are kidnapped and brought into the fold of these organizations. Another terrorist group that does that is boko haram. These are children being fed ideas from an early age, not just the idea of being shown violence, graphic violence at a very early age, on purpose to make sure they dont have the same type of reaction that a more normal child would have to this type of violence or the use of violence. And that means exposure to beheading videos and all sorts of isisrelated tactics. And it is really heartbreaking. We see a lot of heartbreaking in iraq, but you see some of the children videos and it is horrific, heartbreaking and the ramifications of the attacks for the victims are heartbreaking as well. Bottom of the hour, top of the news, 13,000 felons who have now served their time in society will have the right to vote in virginia this november. The governor there Terry Mcauliffe made the announcement this afternoon. The executive order would restore vote rights to 13,000 convicts. He said he was trying to fight over the vote to life ballot. And how easy is mcauliffe making it for the exfelons to vote . Very easy. Hes going to start sending Voter Registration forms to exfelons who completed their sentences. During his announcement, governor mcauliffe sees this as a major milestone for civil rights in the commonwealth on the same level as desegregated schools and permitting interracial marriage. And the governor insists this is not being done hatefully. We will conduct a thorough investigation with each individual with the department of corrections, the state compensation board and the departments of juvenile justice, criminal Justice Services and Behavioral Health and developmental services. Reporter todays announcement was that 13,000 felons had their rights restored. Those are the 13,000 who registered to vote before the court said he couldnt restore the Voting Rights to 200,000 at once. So for the rest of those who want to vote, its consistent with the court ruling if he just does them one at a time. Shep. Critics surprisingly say they are concerned. Republicans are worried this is being done to get a bunch of new democrats signed up to put Hillary Clinton over the top in a swing state. And this is something that donald trump went into detail about at a virginia rally on saturday night. Hillary clinton is banking on her friend, Terry Mcauliffe, on getting thousands of violent felons to the voting booths in an effort to cancel out the votes of both Law Enforcement and crime victims. This is a major issue because many ethiopians survive by farming. The government dropped the plan but the protest continues for calling for more freedom from this ethnic group. After this race he said he wasnt sure he could go back to ethiopia because he feared officials would kill him or throw him in prison. He said when people talk about rights, they die in ethiopia. A spokesperson for the Ethiopian Government as you might imagine claims the runner wont face persecution or prosecution and will instead have a heroic welcome should he return, which he may not.
