Earlier today, mayor de blasio reminding everyone there are consequences to violating these restrictions. People know the rules. They should follow the rules. If they dont, were going to have to be very, very rigorous in terms of the consequences. We are going to keep doing very aggressive work to stop at events, we will do aggressive work to make sure people observed quarantine. Theres going be caught will not cause sconces and financial penalties. If it comes down to needing to go with individual fines, we always reserve that right. Molly jeff paul is live in santa monica, california, with more on how businesses are feeling about all this today. Jeff . Molly, there is frustration and concern among restaurant owners. Not only for the survival of their own business, but also about the survival of their employees. They put a lot of effort, as you can see come into these outdoor set ups, putting up tables, canopies, some trees and other things to make people welcome to come in and spend some money, but now they feel like, with this ban on Outdoor Dining, all of that is being taken away. This restaurant has been in our family for 65 years. How does l. A. Expect us to survive when theyve taken away our ability to make money . After weve invested so much money, also, playing the game how they want it played . They change the rules constant constantly. Despite a lastminute effort to reverse the county Health Departments decision to shut down Outdoor Dining, it will stand. The California Restaurant Association filed a lawsuit, saying the county needed to provide Scientific Evidence supporting the ban. A judge denied that saying they didnt have enough evidence on their own to reverse the county decision. But the door on reversing the decision remain sort of cracked open, as the judge says, if they get some solid evidence, hell take a look at it. 3 of 5 l. A. County commissioners voiced their approval of the ban, one saying there is no winwin situation as they work for Public Health and economic health. Two county commissioners are against the ban, one of them saying this decision is arbitrary. 50 of those testing positive got it while they were at large gatherings. I just feel that business punishing an industry that has bent over backwards to comply. As l. A. Wakes up, they have their tables out, they are going be working hard to squeeze out one last day of Outdoor Dining before the ban goes into effect at 10 00 p. M. Tonight, the day before thanksgiving. It will be in effect for three weeks, and be over, maybe, by middecember. Molly . Molly jeff paul, thank you for following that on the ground for us. A lot of interesting things, different regulations have been across the country. Now there are new signs of a slow down in jobs, as coronavirus cases arise and the lockdowns return. Jobless claims increasing for a second straight week, as 778,000 americans are filing for unemployment. More than 6 million americans total now receiving on appointment benefits, a figure that has been declining in recent months. Lets bring in white house trade advisor, peter navarro, to talk about all of this. Peter, thank you so much. We are grateful for a little bit of your time on this holiday week. You know, unfortunately, we just watched this story from jeff paul kind of highlighting the struggles that restaurants and many other businesses are facing as these regulations kick in, as weve seen the surgeon coronavirus happening in communities across the country. Where do we find that balance back as we know there are difficult times ahead for the holidays, for folks who wont be working in some places. We are not finding it in new york and los angeles. I think the last restaurants are leaving in l. A. And manhattan, please turn the lights out. [laughs] i think they are going to rename manhattan, new york, the little apple and his regard. Let me give you the big picture as we move into this lockdown economy, because there is the good come of the bad, and the ugly. The punch line is going to be weve got to get a phase four bill cast on the hill, forthwi forthwith. Heres the good news q2 consumption was off the charts, 40 . Never seen it in history. Weve got really strong home sales, both existing and new home sales. Durable goods, core capital goods, off the charts. That means manufacturing is strong, and the gdp revision held firm at 33 without any signs of inflation, so we dont have to worry about that. Heres the bad news. As you said, and appointment insurance claims are up. Bad. Personal income is going down. You put those things together, you ask yourself, why is that happening . Heres the problem. If you look at kind of the trajectory of the three phases of stimulus and relief, it looks like a mountain, right . We have peaked some months ago, and what we are doing is all the infusions of cash in these economies have been going down like this. We have what i call a Second Derivative problem. The first derivative is things are improving, but the Second Derivative is they are doing it at a slower rate. What does that mean . It means, molly, that we are facing a chasm that we are likely to go into unless we act now. What do we have to do . I understand that the folks on capitol hill cant get along, and they like to argue, but theres three things. To be when they havent worked too quickly, the new stimulus people have been working for. We need a top off on the ppp, the Small Business loan. That was extreme the successful keeping businesses employed. If you lose a Small Business, they aint coming back. We need to save those, we need another relief check for stimulus to families like the 1200 check, and we need a reboot on our unemployment compensation, molly. If you do those two things, three things, weve got a chance of bridging. This is a fiscal bridge. Molly i know there are a lot of people who would like to see that bridge come through. You mentioned one of the saddest parts of whats been happening with the coronavirus, some businesses shutting down. As you mention, unlikely to reopen. Shifting gears little bit, you did talk about some of the good news. Heres a quote, the wall street journal highlighting the dow, really were markable numbers this week. The American Economy is a wonderful engine of prosperity left to its own devices, and tuesday proved this again with another surge in equity prices that pushed the Dow Jones Industrial average above 30,000 for the first time. Stock prices rise and fall, but the symbolic min milestone showe resilience despite the covid19 plague. So, resilience. That sounds wonderful, for folks who have some money, and the stock market could be good news for them. But what does it mean for those folks who are out of work right now . Those great numbers, something to celebrate, talking about the power of our economy possibly bouncing back. We do have the vaccine potentially, folks might be getting it a few weeks from now. Do those things tied together for a much better january, february, march, april . Something to look forward to postholiday . Lets understand the source of the resilience. Basically its the five points in the Trump Administration policy compass. The tax cuts, the deregulation, fair trade, youve got Strategic Energy dominance, and youve got Strong Defense spending. I am fully anticipating a second trump term. If you have a flip of any or all five of those, all that resilience goes away, number one. Number two, as i laid out earlier here, we are facing a chasm here. Because of the fiscal stimulus and are release package is going down, and we are entering a lockdown, molly. A second wave of this lockdown. Those twin forces are going to really hit us in a way that, unless capitol hill gets its act together and steps into that breach, to mix metaphors there, we are going to have an issue. This is what the forecast looks like. On this day, lets be clear of what capital has been informed of. There is trouble ahead, they need to act now. They cant wait until millions more americans fall into that chasm and wont be able to get out. Molly, you lose Small Businesses, you lose them forever. Molly i think people would put pressure on their representatives. One of the saddest stories of this coronavirus, these Family Businesses that are just struggling to stay on pace. Peter navarro, thank you so much for joining us. You have a good holiday tomorrow. Stay safe. Molly you, too. Thank you. Lots of familiar faces sparking some suggestions that the Biden Administration will be a repeat of the obama white house. What president elect has to say about that, plus, with control of the senate on the line, will President Trump travel to georgia . The campaign for republicans. The president is the leader of our party, and i think he will support these candidates. Hes been doing it all over his twitter and he has absolutely invested in those races. Your journey requires liberty mutual. They customize your Car Insurance so you only pay for what you need. Wow. That will save me lots of money. This games boring. Only pay for what you need. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. With priceline, you can get up to 60 off amazing hotels. And when you get a big deal. You feel like a big deal. Priceline. Every trip is a big deal. Speak of this is a president with coattails tails. Look what happened in the house, picking up 13 seats, you look at the senate, we are at 50. You look at the 135 legislative seats we picked up across the country. This is President Trump bringing up the whole ticket, and they are going to want him in georgia campaigning with these candidates. And hes going to be critical. Rnc chairwoman Ronna Mcdaniel suggesting President Trump will hit the caf election that will determine control of the senate. Josh kraushaar is a politics editor, and he is also the author of against the green column and podcast. We are grateful you were able to join us today. Thank you so much. All eyes on georgia. Can you imagine being in georgia over the holidays and up to december 5th . Will they have a moment of preairtime we will see. Mcdaniel believes this is a president with coattails. Is it important the president goes to georgia . Will he go to georgia . Hes been occupied with some other things lately. Yeah, molly. First of all, happy thanksgiving week. Theres going to be a lot of campaign ads throughout the holiday season. These runoff elections are all about turnout. The reason republicans including Ronna Mcdaniel are really trying to push trump to make a visit to georgia is because they need is voters. His supporters, to show up for the Republican Senate candidates. Senator perdue and senator Kelly Loeffler. The november election, where biden carried georgia by a narrow margin, this is more about getting the base to turn out right after the new year when people may not want to vote. Thats why trump is such an important part of the political equation. Molly the president certainly cant pack those important hangers, and he seems to enjoy it when he does it. Republicaas a specific travel io do that just for them, that would be fascinating to see how that would turn out in georgia. We will see if it happens. But the money game, holy smokes, the spending in this race. A whopping 268 million spent in these senate runoffs. But the republican candidates, as you mentioned, Kelly Loeffler and david perdue come outspending the democrats by about 65 million. The dollar margin, just in these first nine weeks of the campaign. Will this money matter, though . We are heading into the holidays, we certainly you can blanket the airwaves, will the people of georgia, who went through it with the rest of us, the 2020 president ial election, will they want to tune into all of this heading into early january . The message means a lot more than money. If there is something we learned about the results from the election, its that some of the best funded Democratic Candidates lost because they had messages that were a little too literal for this state they are running in. This Georgia Election is really interesting, because it is a traditionally republican state, but it has a Critical Mass of these moderate to conservative suburban voters around the atlanta area who voted for Republican Senate candidates but also voted for joe biden. The key to winning this election isnt about money, i dont think. Both sides will have plenty of money to spend. Its about who can win over the sort of moderate pragmatic voter who may like trumps policies but didnt like his personality, and it also might be alarming, the talk about voter fraud or all these postelection allegations. They want someone who is sort of mainstream down the middle, and looking at the republican candidates to see if they fit that political bill. Molly we will see. The people of georgia might have some independent minds, we will see what they ultimately decide to do. Meanwhile, president elect by giving his first sitdown interview since the election, pushing back against criticism that is it administration will be a third term for the obama white house. Listen. This is not a third obama term, because we face a totally different world than we faced in the obamaBiden Administration. The president , President Trump, has changed the landscape. It has become America First, which meant america alone. Molly is it tough for president elect biden to prove that this wont be similar to the last time he was in office, when he was Vice President during this last Obama Administration . Until he can get started . In some ways, president elect bidens picking people to serve in the Obama Administration. Thats where the people who have any experience in Foreign Policy are coming from. Its like tony blinken, the appointed secretary of state, or jake sullivan, who has held a lot of senior Foreign Policy positions. In other ways, this is a much more Pragmatic Group of Foreign Policy advisors than a lot of the top officials in the Obama Administration. Then rose was one of obamas top Foreign Policy advisors, and he is positioning himself as an antiestablishment, didnt want to listen to the experience voices in the Foreign Policy field. You are seeing a lot of overlap in terms of the stock picks, there ar is certain pragmatism d moderation that hes associated him with which wasnt always the case with obamas advisors. Molly he has picked people he is familiar with, thats for sure. Josh kraushaar, thank you very much. Happy thanksgiving. Thanks, molly. Molly now to a massive front of the station in california. Prosecutors say the state has been mistakenly paying on appointment claims filed under the names of prisoners, including a number of death row inmates. Among them, convicted murderer scott peterson. Perhaps it will be one of the biggest fraud of taxpayer dollars in california history. The fraud is honestly staggeri staggering. Its shocking, quite frankly. Molly staggering, shocking. Williams lodge ness has followed from los angeles. Not just lowlevel criminals, youre talking death or inmates. Some find themselves, and other files on their behalf, Identity Theft from someone on the outside. March, august come out of 35,000 claims followed dont filed, 20,000 were played, and putting6 inmates at one address, and a single claim 15,000. It may total 140 million, but all told, prosecutors say a billion dollars is gone. Some created people out of thin air with fake names and fix Social Security numbers. Yet, the state still sent out unemployment benefit cards. Other states crosschecked names of prisoners with those getting benefits, so those in jail dont get cash. Investigators learned of this scheme by listening to inmate phone calls. Prosecutors say the scheme was too easy. They were looking on the back end in terms of somebody hacking into the system. What they find is that the front door is open. It exists in every cdc are prison, it encompasses any type of inmate, quite frankly the inmates are mocking us. When prosecutors told he to permit about the fraud, those officials still refused to stop the payments until formal charges were filed against the perps. The Employment Department tells us they are working on how to cross manage claims, something 35 states already do. We are reaching out to governor newsom, who calls the scheme unacceptable and created a task force to look into it. Molly . Molly seems they may have potentially created a few more criminals. William la jeunesse, we appreciate it. Thats a wild story. Thank you. Multiple top politicians are facing accusations of hypocrisy, over their coronavirus restrictions. Airports across the country are packed with travelers heading home for the holidays, despite being urged to stay home. Are americans just getting tired of being told what to do . Its definitely a tough decision to go or to not go. It wasnt, we are deftly going to go. Molly despite warnings from the cdc and Public Health officials, millions of americans are traveling to visit family and friends for thanksgiving. The tsa says nearly 5 Million People are flying, and thats down from nearly 12 million who flew last year during the same time period. With aaa predicting 50 Million People will be hitting the roads were the skies for the holidays, and some travelers say they understand the health risks but they are willing to take them to go and see their families. I feel like a hermit. I need this. My family and friends need this, too. Im not letting this pamper my lifestyle and life. Family and friends are really important to me at this time of the year. Molly Charles Watson is life with more on all of this. Happy thanksgiving. What are you seeing there . Happy thanksgiving to you. Its been a busy day here at hartsfieldjackson international airport, but there are Major Concerns among Public Health officials about the millions of americans who are traveling, and those who will gather this holiday weekend. Airports are seeing some of the largest crowd since the beginning of the pandemic, with more than 4 Million People screen since friday, and Overall Airlines are expected to see about 50 less traffic this year compared to last year. Less people, but still alarming for Public Health officials who are pleading with americans to stay home as Coronavirus Infections continue to skyrocket out of control. What we are doing now is going to be reflected 23 weeks from now. As pandemic fatigue sets in across the country, travelers say they are ready to get back to living their lives. I havent seen my stepmom in two years since my dad passed away. I just wanted to get away for seven days. I think it was definitely a scary thing at first, and now that the pandemic is around, ten months later, people are starting to care less about it. Carelessness is a major concern, Public Health officials like dr. Fauci. And increasing Coronavirus Infections in the next week, making his pandemic even harder to get under control. Back to you. Molly no doubt those numbers will be watched closely by the Health Professionals in the coming weeks. Charles watson, thank you very much. As more political leaders are accused of ignoring or violating their own coronavirus recommendations, from Speaker Pelosi never getting her hair done at that salon, at times without a mask, to Governor Cuomo initially inviting his mother and daughters over for thanksgiving and changing course. A wall street journal oped says that hypocrisy is having an impact on the public. People in reliably blue states california, new york, oregon as well as in the states that made donald trump a oneterm president wisconsin, michigan have been standing in line for 34 hours to get covid19 tests before traveling this week. The decision that so many millions of americans buck Public Health warnings, trust their common sense, and spend thanksgiving with loved ones is an indication that people may be tiring of all this. Lou speaks joins me now. You know, liz, its been fascinating to see all of this unfold in recent weeks, as weve heard Public Officials making recommendations, making rules, not necessarily following all of those rules. Your thoughts as we are watching the airports filled with people . There was are going be busy, people are starting to see their families. Just wait until americans decide to go shopping on black friday. Our governors and mayors are going to go crazy. I think people are ready to take risks that they find acceptable. They want to go visit their families, they want to celebrate americas great holidays in true form, and they are kind of tired of obeying these people who dont seem willing to obey their own rules. I think there are a bunch of things going on. One is definitely fatigue. We see light at the end of the channel because of vaccines and we are more eager to get our lives back on track. Number two, we know who is most vulnerable. Frankly, Governor Cuomo, having a really elderly parent come and visit and travel, that seems to me to be highly risky, and really bad form on his part. Gavin newsom, eating indoors at a french laundry, that is also supposed to be highly risky. I think people are kind of looking at these Authority Figures and saying, i have just as good an idea of what i should be doing as they do. If its okay for them to judge their own personal risk and take some chances to get where they want to get to come in terms of seeing family and so forth, i can do the same. Im not too surprised, honestly. You mentioned those recent instances where politicians would say one thing and not necessarily do what they recommended the public to you. Governor gavin newsom, some of the folks that were at that dinner were actually lobbyists that represent people in the health care field. A little further back during when the election happen, washington mayor muriel bowser, members of her staff, traveling to delaware to celebrate president elect biden achieving his victory. Throughout the course of all of this, it seems there has been a pass on certain activities, not on other activities. When people are at home and they are trying to follow rules, and they want to help on both sides of the political aisle, politics notwithstanding, they want to do what they can to help with the pandemic and make it go away quicker. When you see the politicians, the example being set, although its being said, thats what is driving people nuts. I think thats right. They arent driving their own rules, and, by the way, some of the rules dont even make sense. Deciding in pennsylvania that the last alcohol that can be served is at 5 00 p. M. , and someone said to me, imagine the rush of people getting that last serving of alcohol. That doesnt even make sense to me. Why is alcohol 6 00 different than alcohol served at 5 00 . Some of the mandates are just offensive. Not being able to go to church with being able to go to the gym, some restrictions that seem politically motivated, as opposed to health oriented. I think people are kind of set up. If i were a governor, id be pretty careful right now about imposing mandates on people that dont really seem to have any bearing on Public Health, and rather just seem to be a way of controlling the population in a way that might conceivably help, although if you compare the record in a state like florida with one in new york, florida havent had far fewer shutdowns, very targeted restrictions, they have done much better. Im not surprised people are traveling. Molly we have the good news on the horizon, a vaccine that we will be able to get out in the coming months, in the new year. Well see what happens in the coming months. Hopefully many, many good things. Thank you so much, liz, for joining us. Happy thanksgiving. Thanks. No singing, though all the rules review they will clear that when out by christmas, we can hope. I dont know, though. Thank you so much, liz. A Seismic Shift may be looming as reporters have been gushing over president elect bidens cabinet pick. Our power panel will weigh in on that coming up. Plus, backlash as the mayor of another major city moves closer to cutting the Police Budget. Critics warn that crime is about to get worse. Reaction, head. This year, walmarts turning black friday into deals for days. Starting wed 11 25 shop online only and score deals like a 299 Nintendo Switch bundle with mario kart. Lets end the year saving bigger. Molly Seattle City Council facing backlash after voting to cut the Police Budget nearly 20 next year, as more and more Police Officers leave the force. But democratic mayor, jenny durkan, signally shell sign it. Saying, i believe we are laying the groundwork to make systematic and lasting changes to policing. We have formed a plan that seeks to ensure spd has enough officers to meet 911 response and investigative needs throughout the city. While acknowledging and addressing the disproportionate impact policing has had on communities of color, particularly black communities. Joining us now, the president of the seattle Police Officers killed. Thank you so much for joining us. We are grateful for a little bit of your time, in this thanksgiving week. I wanted to get your response there to what the mayor had to say. Your thoughts . Clearly this is the result of the city council conducting activism, listening to the loud socialist mob that is calling for more reform, but taking away budgeted money for Public Safety. To me its unfortunate, because regattas of politics, we know that its progressive. Its everybodys Public Safety on the line as far as being negative. If we still conduct ourselves, meaning the counsel, to infuse and quite visibly show disdain for Law Enforcement and take away money from us, peoples Public Safety is going to continue to devolve. As we have seen crime spike in seattle, this is a very serious situation with this march to socialism. It is not going to does impact seattle is via experiment toward socialism, in terms of removing funds for Law Enforcement purposes and Public Safety. Its going to spread across the nation, as weve seen it happen. Its very important. Molly the trim was 18 , thats half of the reduction. You mentioned some of the activists are calling for percent. But you mentioned the crimes, they are startling. In the months after George Floyds death, from june to october, Violent Crime is up more than 3 compared to last year. Aggravated assault is up, what is really striking, murders. Murder is up 79 . We talk about trimming the budget of the police force, does it make the Community Less safe . What does it mean for officers that are out there . It makes officers feel they are not valued, particularly with the elected officials. This is a messaging problem that Law Enforcement needs to own. Thats why we have started a visual and audio podcast, and thats the way to remove, swallowing us with their activism, and we can reach the community in seattle and across the nation with Law Enforcement messaging that removes the activists tone and false narrative that they are continuing to push about Law Enforcement. We dont conduct ourselves in a racist matter. 99. 9 of the great human beings that do the job of policing, not only in seattle but across this nation, do it for the right reasons. We are dedicated to protect this profession, protect Law Enforcement jobs, and more importantly protect the communities that we serve. We have about had it with this march towards what they claim is a racist system in terms of Law Enforcement. Completely false narrative. I welcome anybody to come on the podcast to please help us understand your position and maybe you can hear us. Thats what is missing, the messaging is being controlled by the far Left Progressive mob movement in terms of claiming that police are racist. Completely untrue. I think a lot of people in your community would look for any open channels of communication between the police and the community, as you seem to be seeking, as well. Wishing you a wonderful thanksgiving, i know its been challenging there. Wishing you much better 2021, and hopefully a lot of resolutions can be reached. Thank you so much for joining us. You bet, molly. Happy thanksgiving, everybody. Molly president elect joe biden promising bold steps to fight Climate Change, naming former secretary of state john kerry as his righthand man in that particular fight, and outlining plans on how he wants to make the environment a priority. Go for the first time ever, the United States will have a fulltime climate leader, to participate in ministerial level meetings. That is a fancy way of saying hell have a seat at every table around the world. Let me be clear, i dont for a minute underestimate the difficulties of meeting my bold commitments to fighting Climate Change. At the same time, no one should underestimate for a minute my determination to do just that. Beyond president of to molly tapping john kerrys climate czar, republicans raising concerns about executive orders to come. Live in willington deller with more on this. Hillary . Hi, molly. He president elect joe biden seesrs agenda on Climate Change through, without congress. Heres what he could do on day one through executive order to address his green energy agenda. If he could reverse President Trumps energy rollbacks by calling for every federal agency to find ways to cut greenhouse gases, he could also cut emissions by demanding agencies develop new limits for oil and gas wells, economy standards that were put in place under president obama. Biden also says he wants to create new financial regulations by requiring Public Companies to disclose climaterelated Financial Risks and also by undoing President Trumps decision to lift restrictions on offshore energy production. I reached out to the u. S. Oil in glass dome at association. The president tells me about the pledge to take action on day one, like a through executive orders. The Transition Team eagerness to overturn progrowth policies, but in the first 100 hours should concern all americans, not just those in the energy industry. President Bidens NationalSecurity Team is also making Climate Change and National Security issue, too. Biden also has the option to try and tie his concerns on Climate Change to a covid relief package, working its way through congress. But its not just the epa, or the special envoy on climate. Former secretary of state john kerry, that biden is seeking to prioritize Climate Change. Every agency and every employee from the top down is going to need to prove that they are climate ambitious. That is the venting question that reportedly bidens inner circle is learning when they are deciding whether or not someone has a spot in a bidenharris administration. Molly . Molly itll be fascinating to see if things move forward. No doubt the Energy Sector will be looking closely. Happy thanksgiving to you. Critics accusing the media of judging over the cabinet picks. Just how the press reacted and what it says about transparency going forward. Everything joe biden lead this unveiling of the National Security and policy team with was all about america at its strongest, working with its allies around the world. Its about recognizing this craziness that weve survived the last few years. And joe biden say, this is a team that will tell me what i need to know, not what i want to know. Just a few of the warm reactions from members of the media after president elect biden unveiled new members of his National Security team. Here is our power panel, john arnold, National Organizer of the washington womens march and author of raising her hands. And brian landau, former communication director of President Trumps Transition Team and former Deputy Communications director for the trump 2016 campaign. Thank you both for joining us, grateful to have you with us here in this thanksgiving week. Brian, i want to start with you because, do you recall all of these sort of warm accolades we just dismiss the lovefest this is a pattern of what we always do, and we should be surprised which is why we even work harder to push back and expose what they call the avengers of coming to save america. I mean, i remember Barack ObamasForeign Policy, it was a disaster. Ukraine suffered an, we are going back to the past and its not a good one, thats for sure. Molly it will be interesting to see president elect biden sticking the next turn. When you look at the steam unfolding, do you take comfort in the team thats been put forth . Thanks for having me and its nice to be sitting next to you virtually again. Absolutely. Theres a lot of relief that folks are taking both from the Global Community internationally when you see a panel of experts, who have a tremendous amount of expertise. At one of clips that you shared earlier and they dont cater to the ego of the administration. To brians point, it became an issue because of the climate. By appointing the climate czar, the idea is that we get ahead of this in the Global Community structure where we are leaving this idea of individualism to decide because we cant operate both within the country or globally with just our interest first. Molly this one is fascinating to me, this is falling under politics, strange bedfellows. The way they question President Trump at some of these press conferences is just, ive never heard that tone with the president. You know, there are reporters who are unprofessional, dont know the facts and ask really biased questions. You want to say, well i dont like the president and i disrespect him, i know. But its still the office of the president. Molly we dont have too much time left but i wanted to give you both a chance. Brian, you first, your thoughts. Thank you Governor Cuomo for speaking out on something we knew for a long time. They are completely professional as to how they misbehave. They should never be allowed to step foot in and activists should never be allowed to set foot in the white house pretending to be a reporter. Molly the gout, a democratic governor of new york is seemingly trying to help the president. Im not sure if its a specifically looking out for the president as much as it is protocol and journalists. As you pointed out you have up an american populace that is working on two very different sets of facts and the idea is that we have to respect the institution of journalism, respect the institution of our political offices to be able to give them respect and be able to ask the hard questions we can understand how we can move forward together. Molly john arnold and brian lanes eye, thank you so very much. You and everyone back home, thanks for watching. The Daily Briefing starts now. Dana the lockdowns are looming as americans get ready to celebrate thanksgiving. Hello, everyone, im dana perino and welcome to a special edition of the Daily Briefing. Frictions are ramping up across the country as coronavirus cases are continuing to search and millions of americans had out for the holiday. We have team fox coverage on both coasts, David Lee Miller is here in new york and lets begin with jeff paul, reporting live in santa monica just outside of los angeles. Yesterday you told us about the lawsuit that was filed, theres been an update
