On russia when it is in our interests to do so and when its in our interests to work with russia, well do that as well. This president has not softened or weakened any position that barack obama had on russia and, in fact, hes gone much further. Harris washington correspondent rich edson has more from the state department. Rich . Reporter good evening, harris. The United States and allies are expelling more than 100 Russian Diplomats from their country. Here in the United States, the Administration Says these russian diplomat, 60 of them, and their family, have a week to leave the country. A dozen are located in part of the United Nations mission in new york, 48 are part of russias diplomatic relationship with the u. S. Senior Administration Officials say the diplomats were involved in intelligence operations in the United States. The administration is also giving russia one week to close its consulate in seattle. Trump Administration Officials say they chose seattle because its near a Submarine Base and also major boeing facilities. Boeing makes commercial planes. In a statement, the state Department Spokes person said, quote, the United States calls on russia to accept responsibility for its actions and to demonstrate to the world that it is capable of living up to its International Commitments and responsibilities as a member of the United NationsSecurity Council to uphold International Peace and security. Now, senior Administration Officials say the United States is not recalling any diplomatic staff from russia, though the russians may just do that for the United States. This is a statement from a Spokes Person for the kremlin. He says, quote, we deeply regret the taken decisions. We already stated and reconfirmed that russia has never had any relation to this case. We will be guided by the principle of reciprocity as before. Russia is up against nearly 20 countries today, 15 of which from the european union, u. S. Allies like canada, ukraine, have all announced that they are kicking Russian Diplomats out of their countries. This is also a state Department Officials have been saying that they reached a point with russia certainly over the last few weeks and having dealt with them in the administration, the Trump Administration for more than a year, a point of frustration, whether it comes to encouragements in eastern ukraine, election interference around the world and also the continued support of the assad regime in syria. Rex tillerson before leaving here spoke to us last month, in which he said there were already signs of russian interference and attempts to meddle in the u. S. Midterm elections this year. Harris, back to you. Harris rich, thank you very much. Then theres this. While he supports todays action against the russians, fox news senior strategic analyst general jack keane is not sure if, in itself, it will have much effect. It is kind of a slap on the wrist, bill, because it likely doesnt change behavior that much. President obama did much the same after the russians meddled in our election in 2016. Theyre likely gonna meddle in our election in 2018 despite the fact we threw out some Russian Diplomats and closed a couple of their places here in the United States. Harris and, you know, we are hearing word in terms of just that number of 60 diplomats, or excuse me russian Intelligence Officers here in the United States, a little bit more detail about them and much more. Wes mitchell is assistant secretary of state. Lets talk about those who are being expelled and the timing of this. Yes. Thank you, harris. We are today we have announced the expulsion of 60 intelligence operatives from the Russian Federation who are based here in the United States masquerading as diplomats. That includes 48 from the Bilateral Mission and 12 from the United Nations headquarters. Harris what does this mean in terms of i dont know if you just heard one of our Fox News Contributor, our chief analyst, general jack keane saying on its own, this doesnt do much. I dont think thats the view of the russian government. This is the largest expulsion of diplomats in u. S. History. Its the largest expulsion in the history of the transatlantic alliance. Weve got 16 countries in europe and i believe were 18 or more world wide who are joining us in taking similar steps. This is really unprecedented. I think it sends a very clear message to the russian government, that the United States and our allies will stand behind an ally like the United Kingdom when its under attack. Harris i want to ask, too, because the kremlin has come back. Im certain youve seen the statement. Russia will analyze the situation to expel our diplomats. What does it mean that theyre going to analyze and review . Do we expect retaliation . Welsh thats entirely possible. I would refer you to the kremlin. I think we can expect to see the russian government continue to act aggressively in the way that it has acted aggressively for the last several years. This is part of a steady drum beat or pattern of malicious russian behavior world wide. We srefrb the right to respond to further russian aggressively as needed in the days ahead. Harris what do you think this does for our ability to press russia to help us out with country likes north korea . I was reading the russians recently met with north koreans about building a second friendship type bridge. Can we trust the russians . Well, the russian government has not been helpful in recent days with the United States or the International Community in our efforts with north korea. More broadly, harris, i think there is a pattern of russian aggressive behavior world wide. We see the situation in ukraine and in syria. Russian meddling in multiple countries under mining western institutions. So at this point i think the russian government has very little credibility when it eludes to any repercussions for its alleged help to the United States in other areas. This administration has been very clear. The door is open to cooperation with the Russian Federation. We continue to look for areas of shared interest. But we cant move forward with attempts at cooperation when the russian government is behaving aggressively as it is today. First the russians need to change their behavior and then weve been clear at all levels of the u. S. Government, were open to cooperation, but first russia has to cease the aggressive behavior. Harris is this a carrot and stick type of approach this administration is taking . We get word the president congratulated putin on a 67 majority win. We havent seen that since stalin. So we have to question that election. But thats kind of the carrot. Then the stick is the president getting tough. We saw sanctions. Now we see whats happened today with the expulsion of thaoe diplomats. The president of the United States has been clear he will and this administration will defend u. S. Interests. Hes been clear that the door is open for cooperation. Its up to the russians to show us that they want to cooperate. It is part of protocol for a world leader to call another world leader and congratulate him or her on the results of a successful election. But weve been consistent in saying that while the door is open to cooperation, we will defend our interests. The Previous Administration went for six years with very unbalanced courtship of the kremlin. A reset that failed disastrously and was not counter balanced by strong messages by clear and consistent signaling that we would stand up for our interests. I think we saw what happened. So the difference in this administration is we continue to signal our openness to cooperate with the russians where we have shared interests, but weir also being clear with both our words and actions that well stand up for our interests and our allies. Harris wess mitchell, assistant secretary of state at the state department, we appreciate your time and want to have you back whenever you can be. Thank you. Thank you, harris. Harris john bolton is expected to clean house at the national Security Council with obama holdovers reportedly on the chopping block first. This comes as bolton plans to crack down on the, quote, leakers. Corey lewandowski said he hopes so and other Administration Officials will follow suit. I hope john bolton brings in a team which is on the president s agenda. If they find people leaking information, i hope they terminate those people. You cannot be in the building and leaking information about this president and expect to keep your job. Harris word of the day seems to be leaker. Joining me now, editor in chief of the hill bob kusack. You have some strong thoughts about this, too. What are they . I think john bolton deserves his own team. If theyre mcmaster holdouts or obama holdouts, they have to go. In all likelihood the leakers are probably from people who dont agree with the president. We saw that recently with the call to putin. That upset the president. Understandably. Now, bolton is no shrinking violet. At the same time, how is he going to work with chief of staff kelly . Jim mattis reportedly concerned about working with bolton. Hes dealing with some very big personalities here. Harris with ambassador john bolton, he also comes with a world view that shows strength in a lot of areas. He was a Fox News Contributor here for years. In fact, i interviewed him like two hour befores the president made that announcement about his new job. I say all of that just to say, what does he bring to the mix . Okay. Hell go after leaker, but what else does he bring into the room . He brings in strength. Hes a tough talker like the president. The president likes what john bolton has had to say. Thats why he was hired. Bolton and other allies said trumps talk has made some progress. Now theyre talking to south korea. Kim jongun going to china over the past 20 hours. We heard theres been possibly some concessions made. The tough talk rattled the International Community. You can point to, well, were making some progress, although you can never trust the north koreans. John bolton will be the first person to tell you that. Harris youve covered many administrations. There can be an revolving door. Ronald reagan replaced his secretary of state in a moment. When you look at these types of replacements and who President Trumps putting in, what overall message do you think it sends . I think the message is that america will be tough again. Certainly some are concerned about the rhetoric of bolton, but at the same time, i think hes very similar to the president. When you talk tough, you can negotiate better deals. I mean, thats the bottom line. The problem is that if it gets too heated and then you get to the precipice of war. I do think its important for bolton to stay in this position for at least a year. He is the third National Security adviser. The Michael Flynn thing was a complete fiasco. Trump was never, ever comfortable with mcmaster. Seem likes hes comfortable with john bolton. Harris the irony of what youre saying, you want to talk tough and talk diplomatically. Not only was the ambassador a diplomat, but weve seen him here on the channel go back and forth. It is with a smile. Thats not just a gift. Its a weapon, actually, in negotiation. Yeah. Speaking of diplomats, Rex Tillerson is gone. Someone else that the president was never comfortable with. And i think the state department and mike pompeo, the state department, theyll work fine together. Sometimes it has to be a onetwo punch, good cop bad cop. It is such an important time, with north korean, the iran nuclear deal, which bolton does not like but jim mattis does. So whos going to make the final on that . Its the president , but hes going to get different opinions on that. Harris were coming up on that deadline where the president will have to recertify or not the iran deal. Ill give you the last word. I dont think hes going to. I would be shocked if he does. He didnt like signing it soon after he became president , and i think this is going to be the end. We dont have a new deal, congress has not succeeded in that. Harris bob kusack of the hill we appreciate your time. Thanks. Harris it is official. The federal trade commission announcing it will open an investigation into the privacy practices of facebook. Calls growing for Ceo Mark Zuckerberg to testify on the data mining scandal. Just last hour, Senate Judiciary chair Chuck Grassley announced a hearing on social Media Privacy for early next month and has invited zuckerberg to testify. The top democrat on the Senate Intelligence committee, mark warner, also wants to hear from mark z. He needs to come testify before congress and explain how theyre going to work with us to both protect privacy of 50 million Facebook Accounts used by this sketchy firm, and how were going to make sure it doesnt happen again, in terms of weaponization of these social media platforms. Harris what do you do . Mark zuckerberg took out a full page ad in the New York Times and other papers around the world to apologize for people. People are losing trust in facebook. Some advertisers are pulling out. Lets go live to los angeles. William . Reporter well, you know, this ftc investigation has been off the record, but today confirming it will look into this scandal saying in a statement, it takes very seriously recent press reports raising substantial concerns about the privacy practices of facebook. Today the ftc again confirming that it has an open nonpublic investigation into these practices. This is an opinion poll that shows users are losing trust. Facebooks favorability rating fell. Ceo Mark Zuckerberg apologized in full page ads over the weekend, but for most, his assurance is not enough, as many want zuckerberg under oath on capitol hill. This isnt really a personal issue of personal apology. Its really about public policy, consumer harm, consumer protection. Reporter in 2011, facebook told the ftc it would notify and obtain information before sharing user data beyond the terms of Service Button that you click on when you signed up ten years ago. Thats one issue. The other broke over the weekend. Top tech website found that facebook kept records of phone calls and texts on Android Users using Facebook Messenger unknowingly agreeing to let the Companies Give names numbers and the length of a phone ball just by clicking on a heart logo saying let friends find each other. Another issue with big legal implication, Cambridge Analytica sent dozens of foreign nationals to work on u. S. Elections in 2014 in violation of a law that bars the use of noncitizens. Several exemployees told the Washington Post. Bottom line, wall street, main street, advertisers, regulators here and abroad, facebook has proble problems. Harris thank you very much, william. Lets bring in charles payne. I gotta tell you, thats a long list of people who want information from a guy who really doesnt speak in public thaufpb. I want to start with zuckerberg as the face on this and where you think well see him. I think he will have to speak. Initially he waited four, five days and issued a statement that felt so far flat it shows just how disconnected hes either become from everyone else or just some bad advice. Now, also, Cheryl Sandberg we have to bring up in this information. Shes a high profile name that was brought on board to be the sort of adult in the room. Harris where is she . Shes since put out a statement. But again, they really blew it right out of the gate. Sort of they compounded the problem by waiting so long and then by coming out with such a really lukewarm response to this whole thing. Harris but you have to be careful here. Couple things are happening. You get called up on capitol hill and you lean in too hard on the idea of regulation and everybody whos been out there saying whether or not your data is or is not private then has a problem. All of these Digital Media companies to some degree, youre exposed. Thats your business model. I did take offense with mark warner saying the term weaponizing this. It was not weaponizing it when barack obama used it. It was smart strategy. Unfortunately for facebook, hell be caught in that. When he goes to d. C. , which i think they will have to go to d. C. Youll have both sides pulling and yanking and also get other narratives in this, like russia, have have nothing to do with the crux of the problem. Harris i dont know if zuckerberg does any favors by getting political. He will want to. But when he goes to d. C. , i dont think hell have a choice. Harris you and i pass in the hallway and you say, harris, theyre losing the cool points. Facebook was having serious difficulties before this happened. How much have they shed now . 50 billion . 80 billion. Harris that was more since last time. Facebook in america their users are flat last two quarters of last year. They are growing around the world. Theyre growing faster in europe where they want to level the regulations. They want a piece of the action. Harris sure. Why are they suffering here in the United States even before this broke . As more and more grandparents get on it, fewer and fewer grandchildren want to stay on it. Harris is that true . I think it really is true. Theyre lucky. Competition, would be competition like snapchat, theyve made some mistakes. They made smart acquisitions over the years. As their growth slows, theyve got to find ways to make money. Now theyll find way to lose money. Theyll have to curtail parts of their business model. Harris does all of this mean social media will change, to some degree . Is facebook so big that it changes it for everybody else . And is regulation good or bad if that happens . 2. 2 billion users makes it bigger than any country in the world. Its like china and india almost combined. Theyll bend, i dont think theyll break. People have to say how much of our information are we willing to share with these folks . Ultimately they make their way by sharing it or selling it to others. Id like to find a way to get us a piece of the action. Harris i change passwords. Its what you put in there. Harris dont put anything in there. Everything you want. People put it out there. Then these things start popping up. How did they know i wanted this . You told them. Harris thats interesting. I am giving them some information. Probably more than i think. Well watch to see if ends up on capitol hill. A top aide for Hillary Clinton said they should have pushed back harder on her use of a personal email shoulder. Too late, sour grapes. Harris adult film star Stormy Daniels revealed some interesting details to some about her alleged affair with President Trump in an interview with 60 minutes that happened last night. Daniels claim threats kept her quiet about the sexual encounter until now. You thought that there would be some sort of legal repercussion if you didnt sign it . Right. The exact sentence used was, they can make your life hell in many different ways. They being . Im not exactly sure who they were. I believe it to be Michael Cohen. Harris Michael Cohen is the trump attorney who paid daniels 130,000 to sign a nondisclosure agreement in the days leading up to the 2016 election. His attorney sent daniels a cease and desist letter. Howard kurtz joins us. She said she kept quiet, but she denied that affair had happened. She lied repeatedly. Thats one of the take aways from this interview. In fact, the very much hyped interview failed to live up to the sky high expectations. She described a one time consensual sexual encounter with donald trump a dozen years ago. She said this about a parking lot conversation about a man in 2011 when she was going to tell her tale to a magazine. I was in a parking lot going to a fitness class with my infant daughter. A guy walked up on me and said to me, please jump along, forget the story. He looked at my daughter and said, a beautiful little girl. Would be a shame if something happened to her mom. He was gone. But daniels said she cant identify the man and didnt go to the police making the account impossible for others to verify. She all told Anderson Cooper that she felt pressure into releasing statements denying an affair as recently as january. As the sound bite you played makes clear, she doesnt know who they are and only speculates it might have been Michael Cohen calling the president s personal lawyer. He did pay her that 130,000 to remain quiet at the end of the campaign. She says in that interview she took the deal, 130k because she didnt want the story to come out. She didnt want the story to come out. Daniels lawyer had teased on twitter with a photo of a cd he had pictures or texts to prove the affair, but she declined to discuss that in last nights cbs interview. Drawing criticism for that on the morning shows. Bottom line, its an unseemingly saga for the president. Stormy daniels did nothing to enhance the encounter that wouldnt shock most americans. Harris widely, the media reaction today . You know, obviously, lots of pictures of Stormy Daniels. Headlines that say she says she was threatened. In many, many accounts on many of the shows today, lot of push back for the fact that after so much hype. Some strong push back for her attorney for selling this and many people are now saying overselling this, given the fact that she wasnt able to provide much evidence on the magazine show last night. Harris no doubt what im seeing, isnt just words. But that dcd he had a picture of, it was just odd. Very odd. And weve yet to see that. Well see it maybe down the road. Hes running this as a Television Campaign not just a legal one. Harris howie kurtz, thanks. For more on the legal side of this, lets bring in an expert, judge andrew napoletano. I have never seen a case like this. Harris can we start with the line . We can start with that attorney, Michael Cohen, and the payment of 130k and the look last night on 60 minutes that this might be seen legally as tricky. Why . Well, its tricky for a couple of reasons. We dont know the true origin of the 130,000. For example, if it came from the campaign, its an Unlawful Campaign expenditure. If it came from the campaign and wasnt reported to the federal government, then documents were falsified to the federal government. If it did not harris it came from him. If it truly came from him, it was a ben fitted, it was a donation to the campaign which vastly exceeds the amount that a Single Person can donate, which is 2700. Then the campaigns failure to report to it the regulatory authorities was an error on the part of the campaign. Harris is this a problem for the president . That depends on what he knew and when he knew it. I, quite frankly, doubt that he was aware of each and every donation that the campaign received. I cant imagine he personally signed reports to the federal election commission. He is deemed to know whats going on but in reality no candidate knows everything. Harris where does the accountability lie . I think Michael Cohen may have some ethical issues here. Theres ethical issues with a client paying a bill and not seeking reimbursement. Donald trump didnt sign the agreement. Yet he was reported to go into court to try and enforce it. Harris have you ever seen a person like Stormy Daniels in the fact that you lie, you lie, you lie, then you want to get on record very publicly and tell the truth . What does that do to a case . There is no case at this point. She is not suing the president. As far as i know, he has not sued her. You mentioned in your intro, a lawyer for cohen not Michael Cohen himself, but his lawyer, sent a cease and desist letter to her. That is the precursor to triggering the agreement. Remember, she agreed in return for 130,000 not the discuss this and if she did, shed owe donald trump a Million Dollars each time she discussed it. I dont know a court is going to enforce that. Theres two courts in california examining whether or not the document is enforceable. That would depend on whether it was freely entered into or whether there was any fraud that occurred on either side of the time the document was agreed to. Harris Robert Muellers investigation, and somehow or another this has gotten tied into that because of the Campaign Issue with the funds that were paid to Stormy Daniels. Does he pull this . Yes. Yes, i think he does. Im sorry to say that. I dont think bob mueller wants to pull this in, but he understands his mission is pulling in whatever he can. Harris thats his mission . Thats the problem with special counsels. They will pull in everything. Money laundering in the ukraine four years before the election. Harris im going to bring you back. Pleasure. Harris any time. Harris a former Hillary ClintonCampaign Aide reportedly is acknowledging in a new book it was, quote, foolish not to push back more forcefully on concerns over hillarys use of a private email server. She says clinton wanted to address it, but the campaign urged her not to. An excerpt from that book obtained by the Washington Post read, quote, it was a mistake although at the time it was hard to accept that telling hillary to keep bringing up the emails could be possibly the right advice. But it was what voters needed to hear from hillary at that moment, end quote. The book says Hillary Clintons gender played a big part in the amount of attention the issue received. Quote, i think it was the unease people felt about hillarys motivation as a woman seeking power that made it impossible for us to very fully put this matter to bed. It was a box we could never get out of, end quote. President of Judicial Watch tom fenton joins me now. I should tell you, tom, as we look at this, its jennifer palmiary saying this. Your thoughts . She has a rashable disregard for the full of law. This is why Hillary Clinton isnt president. I think the American People recognize she couldnt be trusted and had contempt for the Little People who followed the rules because the rules werent for her. Palmperi said the issue was trivial and irrelevant. I tell ya, statement likes that and mrs. Clinton again blaming voters, her Campaign Aide blaming voters rather than the candidate for a series of misstatements about her email situation. First of all saying she did it for con jeans sake. That wasnt true. There was no classified information on the system. That wasnt true. She said she turned over all her government emails. That wasnt true. Then Judicial Watch uncovered all of this. On top of that we uncovered the pay to play information that came out which is also problematic for her. Then its the sexism on the part of voters that was the issue not Hillary Clintons criminality. It just reminds me of the outrage that i know i have, and i have a feeling Many Americans have, that she hasnt been arrested for her violation of National Security laws. Just late last year we found out theres classified information on Anthony Weiners lap top. Anyone else would have been arrested as soon as that was found out. Harris and the importance of that, just to remind viewers, is that her aide was married to anthony weiner, who has had all sorts of problems in terms of Sexual Misconduct and other areas, to upload when she would walk home into their door stop and up load her devices that had some of Hillary Clintons emails on to his unsecured lap top. I mean, thats how we got here, just to remind everybody. You mentioned the author of this book said trivial and irrelevant was the issue of the secret email server. The whole classified conversation would be proof of how relevant it was to National Security. No . Exactly right. This trivial relevant story generated an fbi investigation that would compromise it look likes in retrospect, but it was an fbi investigation into her activities. Theres still potential legal liabilities i highlighted for mrs. Clinton and her aides. To call it trivial and irrelevant may be an indication that the campaign didnt understand the legal seriousness of mrs. Clintons issues. But voters seem to do that. And they understood it. Harris you often step in to the nexus of politics and justice. I think thats kind of where we are with this. Because even if democrats are pushing to let this issue go, youve got a former member of hillarys inner circle now writing in a book she cant let it go. No. And mr. Trump is right to be frustrated that hes being targeted with a special counsel investigation based on really no evidence of collusion between him and the russians, yet Hillary Clinton was given a free pass and is still being given a free pass by his own Justice Department on in your face criminality. Harris what happens next with Judicial Watch in all of this . Were still getting clinton emails. I suspect theyre going to keep on popping up showing the classified information and violation of the law, pay to play and mrs. Clinton repeatedly ignoring warnings from her National Security or Security Experts not to use this system or other private systems to conduct government business and ignoring it. Harris tom fitton, well bring you back. Thank you. Thank you. Harris democrats are pushing the kwrd of a blue wave in the Midterm Election but a new fox news poll show, yeah, that wave is not blue. Are things any closer than what anyone thinks about that, or could the democrats advantage over republicans still grow or lessen . Our power panel will talk about it back and forth. Stay close. Dana we expects plenty of questions on the dozens of Russian Diplomats kicked out of the country. Plus breaking right now, north koreas dictator making a historic trip to china. What that could mean for a meeting between President Trump and kim jongun. Chris stirewalt joins me on the Daily Briefing at the top of the hour. Harris democrats and the main stream media pushing an idea of a blue wave in the Midterm Elections but a new fox poll shows no blue wave exists. The survey found democrats lead over republicans shrinking from a 15 point advantage last ogt to just a five point lead now. Were joined by the power panel. So, a couple of davids. Ill start with you dave. After this election, there will be more republicans in the u. S. Senate than there are today. And as we start getting closer to november and republicans are on the move in states like minnesota, wisconsin and pennsylvania, youre going to have democrats in complete retreat when you think about those three being on the table in addition to the ones everybody already talks about. West virginia, montana, indiana, missouri. As i said, there will be more republicans in the senate after this election than there are today. Harris David Bernstein . A pair of davids. So, you know, i look no further than claire mchaskell, senator in missouri. Some people are not real happy with where the party is in some its forward faces like Hillary Clinton. Look, reality of the polls were accurate, wed be well into the Hillary Clinton presidency at this point. Do you know what i mean . So i always harris wow, which polls were those . Thats what we have to watch out for. We know democrats, when they get complacent and think theres a huge wave coming, that is the biggest risk to democratic success. Republican voters turn out in midterms. Thats why republicans almost always do better in midterms and have in the last several elections. But, democratic enthusiasm is key to doing this. People who are out marching this weekend, those people dont just turn out and vote if they dont like their candidate. Harris lets stop there. Even if you gave every person over 18 a registration card for voting we know they dont go to the polls. You cant count on them. Yes, there will be some single issue 18yearold voters. I see that. David . Harris, heres why there will be more republicans. Because there are no longer blue dog democrats. There arent even very many purple lambs. All the democrats now want to talk about conor lamb and his victory in pennsylvania. There arent purple lambs. Why . Because thats not where the Democratic Party is. Theyre not nominating people in the center. Theyre going to dominate people on the left. Thats why Hillary Clinton didnt win the midwest. Thats why donald trump did. Thats why republicans continue to do well. Thats what we should be looking towards. Harris they were pretty atphaoeplic on the dnc side. But the dccc has raised record numbers. But theyre not backing people like conor lamb, who his former military, says hes pro life, the winner recently in that special election in pennsylvania. It does matter that they have those resources, because its what allows them to seek out first term candidates. Harris if you dont have the candidates that money will get behind. You said theres a question mark with how far left your party is going. Its one of the things people have to watch out for. The seats that will give democrats control of the house are all republican seats. You cant win those seats with people who are too far to the left and are running solely on the basis of being antitrump. Harris do you see some republican candidates in the primary to the right . No question that will happen. Harris where do you see that happening . The money question to be thought about though is the huge advantage the Republican National committee has is inconsequential as we go into the general election. Democratic National Committee doesnt have. Now, they dont need it as much cause they have all of the left organizations. They have the labor union, the trial lawyer, so lot of their activation doesnt come through their party. For our case, it does. Money equals enthusiasm. The fact that small money donations are pouring donations in to the democratic National Committee say the republicans also have enthusiasm going in here. Harris one of those states where you think well see a to the right primary . Montana, west virginia. California, arizona. A number of states. Harris very interesting.
