If they can change the president to conform gorsuch with a simple majority vote. The leader of the senate says there is no way that he will reach 60 votes. He is urging republicans to go back to the drawing board. It looks like gorsuch will not reach the 60 vote margin. When a nominee does not get 60 votes coming you should not change the rules.
